Fangsoki rang me this morning and asked me to join him while he did cache maintenance of his caches in Fitzgibbon Bushland after a recent bushfire in the area. I jumped at the chance of checking out the hides in there.

As we were walking back to the car I noted that this one was in my GPS but Fangsoki didn't have it. I realised that it was a GCA cache so we detoured to it and found it hidden away after a bit of searching.

Thanks Barb. I don't get many GCA caches these days.

This one needed some lovin. I found a manky tuppaware lid so replaced the container at this location which matches the hint and is an obvious location for a cache. Fresh log also added. Kinda cool having a cache at an official Meditation Space Very Happy … although, my serenity was disturbed by awful sounds of religious people singing nearby about jebus. Maybe don’t visit this one on a Sunday haha. Thanks for the cache and thanks to Ellapointe Dance Studio for their location for the GeosportZ game Smile

On our way to a Sip & Solve in Aspley. Log sheet was far too wet to sign (Have photo of cache and log book) ShockedSurprisedSad , and unfortunately to fit Mrs RoddyC's wheelchair in I had to remove caching gear so had no replacements. It does need some TLC, though.

Was in the area to attend the Sip & Solved Event. We selected some caches which would help us qualify for some Challenges. We picked up the puzzles in the area and knew there was a much favourited multi around here and follow the tacks at daytime hoping we can jetski.

Found this one laying out in the open. Thankfully it had not been muggled, but unfortunately it was drenched. I didn't attempt to sign the log but I have taken a photo for you. Have also rehidden where I think it should be. TFTC Barb Smile

Happy new Financial year. almost. Working hard all weekend ... basically for 6 weeks running now.... I felt I needed to escape if only briefly to chase some random bush-tupperware. Not much within a reasonable radous of home that I haven't already found, but I was aware of this little bb-beauty hidden overhere somewhere.

it is dark. I am wearing shorts and a tshirt, I forgot it was winter outside, and still there were mozzies . I hope this will.be quick. Found somewhere to sit and search and thanjfully I soon spotted blue which gave me a logbook. phew

uncle C153 will be proud I voluntarily chased a GCA. no small animals or Primes were harmed in the making of this log entry.

much thanks for the random tupperware barbbowman, and the (brief) respite today.

Having to head out to take 1MinnieMooJnr out to the Bluesfestival tonight, I figured I may as well make coming out on the wet roads worthwhile and grab a cache somewhere along the way.
This was tonight's pick, as it ticked the boxes: it was on the way, I knew the location, I didn't have to bushbash in the wet, and it would be a quick grab.
Pulling into the parking spots it was nice to see there was nothing big on at the community centre tonight, so I parked the car and 1MinnieMooJnr and I headed out with our lights and across to GZ, through the community of toads that had come out to enjoy the wet weather.
Log signed it was time to head on up and get 1MinnieMooJnr to her evening of fun.
Thanks for the cache barbbowman

Out and about chasing smileys on this lovely sunny day.
I made my way to GZ and found the cache without a hassle.
As has been mentioned the log is a tiny bit damp but still usable.

Thanks for the smiley Barbbowman Very Happy

Found today on a quick cache pick up before heading to Zilmere parkrun. Container was a bit wet and the log book damp - could still use but it will need to be dried out or replaced. TFTC

Staying in the area for a couple of days and headed to try a few local GCA caches. First stop was here and the cache was found after a short search. With no-one around the log was soon signed and the cache, which is in good condition, was returned as found.

Thanks Barbwowman, hopefully there might be few more finders in the future.

I probably went to the same log that others have been to then I remembered 2Y'stassies putting in different coords in their log so I read that then found the cache straight away. Rushing over to the dark side to grab GCA caches for Xmas in July Challenge which I did not end up needing...better to be safe then sorry especially leaving it to the last 3 days...hahaha Clan Phoenix TFTC Barbbowman

After finding merry Christmas we found this great cache. Great location Smile

We were passing through the area today and stopped to search for this cache. The new community centre nearby appears not to have been open yet.
We made our way to GZ and searched the only object fitting the hint. Nothing. We looked around for other similar objects and saw 2 possibilities about 20m away. Mrs y'stassie search the nearer of the 2 and soon had a well stocked cache in hand.
We were surprised to see 4 teams have signed the log but none have registered their find on the cache web page.
After rehiding the container as we had found it we took a number of readings the average being S27 20.306 E153 01.714. We hope this helps future searchers.
Thanks Barbbowman for the cache and for bringing us to this interesting spot.

We were here chasing Tinkerbell and I saw that there was a new cache right here. I had a brief look with the trusty old Dolphin but couldn't find anything near the only log I could see. I might have had more success in daylight. Thanks anyway
