Stuck at home for far to long these last days a walk was in order this late afternoon.

Nice and easy puzzle I could solve at trailhead

Blitz continues and we need to work hard to achieve that magic number. I was out late this afternoon to see how many more caches I could grab before the dark beat me.

I have had the solved coordinates of this mystery cache for some time so it was next on the list for me this afternoon. It was an easy find at GZ and the cache is in excellent condition. TNLN SL TFTC SDL ClappingClappingClan CerberusClan CerberusClan Cerberus

A Tassie contingent was out and about searching out caches and this was one we had solved prior to our visit, so now nice to get a smiley. TFTP

a bit of a slog up to this one for a weary goose but I couldn't let a large cache go unfound while I was so close. TFTC

Fitzy picked this nice short walk for our daily today.

I've never been up here, but shall return - not just for the next GCA cache - but for the others up here as well.

Thanks SDL.

GCA 1835. Found on a nice but short Sunday stroll with minniek.

We had a few hours up our sleeves before I had to go to Futsal, so we earmarked this one which we had pre-solved. Its been years since I'd been up here. Quick find at GZ. I looked in the general direction of the other one up here - probably grab that one during the week.

916. Well this is certainly a Magical Mystery Tour with another difference - the caches are all of a decent size. Well except for one but that needed to be small.

No dramas finding this one and all good with the log. Some nice views today over a washed down city.

TFTC Sol and the co-sine.

A nice little stroll back in a place I hadn't been for a while. After finding the one a little further along the track, it was time to about face and head to this one. It wasn't long before I stumbled across it and then back to the car. Where did that drain come from?

I headed out on another hot afternoon to pick up a few caches on Oaky Hill. Photos of snakes on FB had me feeling pretty twitchy but no snakes for me today - phew! Cache found in good condition. Thanks again SDL Smile

With some spare time this afternoon Jac and I decided to grab a few of the new caches which have appeared lately. We made our way to GZ (unintentionally) collecting some grass seeds and made another quick find.

Thanks for another cache Sol de lune.

Quick afternoon find with Black Bunny. Still too hot for me.
Too many grass seeds around. I'm glad we didn't take the dogs today, or I'd be plucking for days.
Thanks, Sol!

#GA1194 - 10:20; fter seeing those pesky Phoenix stretching the lead in the SSS, while I was away in Melbourne, a mission was hastily organised on my return with Agent Basil and toy hunters to collect some of the newly minted local caches which might help to close that gap. Happy that we had solved a number of puzzles to ensure the mission's success, I headed out and collected the other members of the trusty trio. After a hill climb for our previous find, we made our way to a different hill to do it all over again! Parked at the bottom, but this one had a nicely paved road to wander along. It brought back memories of long lunches past for the wily fox and regrets at the locked gates which have infected areas like this one. A quick detour from the track had us at GZ and while the hide wasn't quite as prominent as some of the others, once observed from the right angle, we had tracked it down, along with its pristine log sheet and another joint *FTF* was in the bag. Woohoo - FTF with LuckyL10n and Agent Basil!!! Clan CerberusClan CerberusClan Cerberus After parking down at the gate (which we all resented), we walked up the hill to GZ, where the cache surprising took a minute or so to find - obviously, it was all good in the end. Nicely sized container - however I made a comment here about the lack of swaps for the little kids, lol! Lovely area! TFTC SdL! Clan CerberusClan CerberusClan Cerberus

Off on a Scavenger mission with LuckyL10n and Toy Hunters under the guidance of our very own Yoda (who was somewhere else). Reminessed (ok- can't be bothered running spell check) about how one used to drive up this road and eat my lunch a long long time ago
