Calculated the coords in the car. Spend a hood 10 minutes looking under every rock in a 20m radius. Rechecked solve but came up the same. I can't find this one today.
Blitz continues and we need to work hard to achieve that magic number. I was out late this afternoon to see how many more caches I could grab before the dark beat me.
I have had the solved coordinates of this mystery cache for some time so it was next on the list for me this afternoon. TNLN SL TFTC SDL

Day 8 Mega Road trip.
A Tassie contingent was out and about searching out caches and this was one we had solved prior to our visit, so now nice to get a smiley. TFTP

Ok so I accidentally found this cache....
Very strange given that I only started looking at GA caches again this week, that I stumbled across one by accident!
I was in the area finding another GC cache for my streak, and was walking back to the car but took a small detour in the bush.
I was walking along when I spotted something from about 30m away. What is that!?
And indeed, it was this cache! Very easy to spot and barely hidden, it only has a couple of sticks on top of it but can be spotted from a mile away!
Signed the log and recorded down the code and was on my way.
Now that I am home I see it is a puzzle, but not a very tough one which was solved quickly!
Thanks Sol de Lune

917. Following on from the last find and what's this? Another larger container? I mean what's the point (or should that be how many points )
I've contemplated walking up here on my lunchtime walk but I think it may be a tad too far, but then again...

A nice little stroll back in a place I hadn't been for a while. It wasn't long before I stumbled across this one.

My last cache for the day on a walk around Oaky Hill. I had never been up here before and glad that the SSH has brought me to a new place to explore. Hot here today though, so glad to make the find and head to the car's aircon. Cache found in good nick. TFTC
With some spare time this afternoon Jac and I decided to grab a few of the new caches which have appeared lately. We made our way to GZ following a SES crew up the road and made a quick find.
Thanks for another cache Sol de lune.

Quick afternoon find with Black Bunny. Still too hot for me.
Too many grass seeds around. I'm glad we didn't take the dogs today, or I'd be plucking for days.
Thanks, Sol!

#GA1195 - 10:30; After seeing those pesky Phoenix stretching the lead in the SSS, while I was away in Melbourne, a mission was hastily organised on my return with Agent Basil and toy hunters to collect some of the newly minted local caches which might help to close that gap. Happy that we had solved a number of puzzles to ensure the mission's success, I headed out and collected the other members of the trusty trio. This cache was a last minute addition to the day's itinerary as I only spotted that it had been published when I was finalising the plan last night. A couple of hiccups, but in hindsight, it wasn't too long before the puzzle was solved and the checker agreed. This one wasn't too much of a climb as we'd already covered most of that requirement, so wandered over and not surprisingly another blank log sheet and another joint *FTF*. People must still be away on holidays! TFTC Sol de lune

Woohoo - FTF with LuckyL10n and Agent Basil!!! After a reasonably short walk from the last cache, we reached this GZ for yet another very quick find - you've gotta love these large containers! Great area with a lovely view of the suburbs/hills! TFTC SdL!

Off on a Scavenger mission with LuckyL10n and Toy Hunters under the guidance of our very own Yoda (who was somewhere else). This was a late breaking addition to our busy schedule but we managed to fit it in. Didn't know you were such a handy man
