I really felt like caching today, but I didn't feel like going too far. Unfortunately for me, I've found all the close traditionals, and the only ones left are really cryptic and difficult mystery caches. This one, however was not too difficult, and It was a nice bush walk up to GZ. TFTC

An icy walk up here this afternoon with K8TYBEE and GLISS! to grab this cache. A nice easy find at GZ on a cache in good condition. Thanks for the cache!!!

I had no problems working this cache out and then I took a short, pleasant walk to find this and two other GA caches in this area. Cache and log are good. TFTC Agent Basil.

This was a longer walk than I expected and it was getting hot. Took the direct route and found an easier way back. Thanks die another scavenge.

GCA 1875. Found after a short walk in with minniek today.

Parked in a now familiar spot in the suburbs and wandered up and over to this area again - keeping a wary eye out for old man kangaroo - and soon arrived at GZ. A careful search quickly revealed the cache. That's the trifecta Wink

Thanks AB !!

Some great memories in among that lot. Yes 2016 was an interesting year!
Out today for a stroll and grab some AB caches in the area. This was the first on the list and found with out any dramas.
Nice to be back in the area.
Thanks AB for the cache and the interesting research and puzzle.

Second for the day, easy route around Red Hill.

TFTC AB. Some more trails to explore on the Cross bike!

920. A little bit sad working this one out - even sadder when you consider that the pace is only going to accelerate for persons of a certain age and their idols from their era.

Anyway at least these days there's things like YouTube to keep them going a bit easier than back in the day.

TFTC AB and the chicks.

Found on a very early morning GCA run before going to the movies on a hot summer day. This puzzle was very similar to another GCA cache I did earlier in the year - I am still very sad about all the celebrities that died in 2016, espeically those pop culture icons that have shaped my life. After a short walk from the previous one, this cache was quickly found. TNLNSL. TFTC AB! Clan Cerberus

#GA1230 - 15:00; This was the second mystery solved for the afternoon after a rather warmish walk up a hill (where many caches seem to be hidden). Made my way to GZ from my previous find and started the hunt. No luck. I searched high and low before resorting to the PAF option, as I thought perhaps I'd miscalculated. Confirmed I was in the right area and soon after found the cache staring me in the face in the second place I'd looked! A bad cache of cache blindness, but I think I've recovered! Another quick puzzle find. And another quick find on the hill walk.

Thanks for another one Agent Basil.

Another find on our walk round the hill.

Thanks for another cache Basil.

Yep, I wonder if old Keith watches some of the greats move on....and sits there wondering what he did right. Who knows, maybe there is something in all that stuff. (Not...)

Anyway, a bit of a stroll down memory lane re-reading about some of these late celebs. The little Ronnie, one of my all time favourites. Solved the puzzle this morning and set off to grab it and a couple of others while out....and will be heading back shortly for another one I think.

Nicely done Basil....very enjoyable. Been a while, but someone finally got there.
