Description

Kitty's Creek is a nice little spot where the local bush care group have been doing a good job.

It is right near Wallumatta Nature Reserve which covers more than six hectares and is a relaxing nature retreat in the middle of suburbia. This lovely park protects the largest remnant of the Sydney turpentine and ironbark forest. It was set aside as part of the Field of Mars Common way back in 1804, and was again saved from housing development in the 1980s. Today this tranquil bush oasis is popular with birdwatchers, bushwalkers and botanists. Take a walk on the loop trail through the open forest and enjoy the area - after you've found the cache of course!

Solved this one when it first came out but have never made it here to sign it. Today we had a chance after the CITO we could get here as it was a short walk to make the find with alnic39. Soon had the cache in hand. Signed the log and replaced as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for the puzzle blossom*

Found while out on a walk with the geo-pup. This cache had been on my radar for some time. I had a cache hidden on the nearby pedestrian bridge, before it was demolished and upgraded. The puzzle was a quick solve and the cache was a nice easy find. Thanks For The Cache BLOSSOM*.

I picked this one up after solving this last night, my car was being serviced close by so after picking it up, this was my first stop. Nicely hidden. Thanks for a workable puzzle that didn't leave me in tears....lol.

This one was solved some time ago but didn't get a chance to collect for the last games.
Out to grab some more high value scavenges this morning. Quite hot already early when I found the cache.

The absence of brush turkeys was surprising. Perhaps the impending storm had sent them running for cover.
Found quickly with excellent coords. It still has a pristine flag, ready for next years A Day. Thanks blossom*.

I had figured this one out a while back along with several other of Blossom's puzzles. Getting around to actually finding them has been harder and I picked this one up while passing through. Unfortunately I had not updated coords for some reason and had to do the puzzle again on site. With that hiccup sorted the actual cache was an easy find. Thanks

worked this one out a few days ago & made my way to the area today. Nice quick find, good sized container.

Yay! I solved this one during the GCA Summer Scavenger Series but never collected on my efforts. So today it was time to rectify that problem. Walked right past GZ as I didn't equate it to a large hide...but then spotted the tell tale sign from another angle. Think this one might be a regular size Blossom

Worked this one out before leaving home, so once at Ground Zero it was a nice quick find. Had to work out the best way which after reading the description became clear. Once signing duties were complete I headed back to the car to realise I had souvenired the pen so it was back to the cache to pop it back as well. Thanks blossom*, another one for the Summer Scavenger Series.
