Set out to get some of the GA's in the area, with much help from the CO's. Is that a surprise to anyone?!

#GA2341 - 12:40; Day two of the Macquarie mayhem cache hunt with Sol de lune and andrewbt. After a big day one with 56 out 59 finds, we were optimistic about another successful day two. A few cold ones, a few logs and a few more claims for the States of the Nation game set the scene for a good night's sleep and a spring in our step as we packed up and hit the trail again today. Hope the CO's are enjoying all the Karma points rolling in as we get through our logs Whistle. I thought we were headed for this cache a bit earlier on the walk but the trail took us elsewhere first. We eventually made it close to GZ, then wandered over for a relatively quick find. TFTC teamMerlin Very HappyClan Cerberus

Spent a bit of time in this general area gathering up the caches we had solved and those we could get. No issues here and we soon had our names in the book. Walking along the track at the top gave some great views over the river.

Thanks TeamMerlin...

Nearly a year unloved on this one and still in perfect condition! The puzzle gave me grief as I think the website might have changed but a quick rethink and logic got me better numbers. So noisy here today with mega decibels of cicadas! Cheers!

Nice walk but geodog slightly objected to the heat. Great views of the mighty river.
Thanks teamMerlin

After learning some fruity facts, we came here on Australia day but it looked like taking a while to get down to the cache and we wanted to make the event. It turned out I'd swapped to digits in the manual keying so we wouldn't have got to it anyway. Hope GCA can add "corrected coordinates" one day so I can fix the loose-nut-on-the- keyboard problem. Anyways, nothing more than a hot walk today and we were soon signing. The pup was panting overtime so next stop was a very nice cafe for iced coffees. Thanks teamMerlin.

teamed up with Celtical and headed to GZ of this one before attending the event at Tizzanna

Started working at this one at the coffee cakes & connundrums event earlier in the week, so I had the coords. Teamed up with lucky1955 & we picked it up on the way to the event at Tizzana's. Lovely area for a walk & maybe I'll be back to do the others someday when I'm feeling brave.

Another mystery to add to the collection. Once all fruits were correctly sorted GZ was determined.
With the correct GZ it was time to make a claim so the family and Geo dog took the afternoon to get another cache.
Once arriving at GZ we quickly located the cache and signed the log and returned as found.

Yeah! I was getting desperate for a "spring" scavenge and this lovely one turned up. I had a lot of fun solving the puzzle although I had to eat a lot of fruit to get the correct answer Laughing
So I headed out this morning very early to find the cache. Luckily I had been around here before and knew there was a good parking area nearby. Then along a track and as i was thinking i would have to plunge into the very wet bush, another little track appeared that took me right to the spot!
