The Australia Day holiday marks the end of school holidays, so here's a cache to celebrate.....!

This cache celebrates the looming end of the summer holidays. I'm sure most parents have been hanging out for this since around Boxing Day.

This mystery cache IS NOT at the posted coordinates. To find GZ, you will need to answer some questions about the 2016/17 summer school holidays in the Australian Capital Territory.

The summer school holidays in Canberra run from AB/CD/2016 until EF/GH/2017,

The cache can then be found at S35 FB.A(D*E)(A+C+E) E149 GB.(A+C+D+E)F(B-H).

I do love the Games that Geocaching Australia manages to think up. They certainly inspire me to get out and be more involved. Today I decided to come out to Mulligan's Flat and see how many of the Puzzle caches that are out here I could find. I had them solved and drove out early. Along the way I frightened kangaroos (and they me), I collected numerous spider webs (sorry spiders plenty of repairs for you to do) and even collected some caches. This was one of them so many thanks LuckyL10n. SL Dancing

Found with Nibletricecakes on a night adventure in Mulligans Flat. This was our last find of the night - 3 gca puzzles, a gc trad and 1 gca dnf. Not a bad night. TFTC

I headed out into Mulligans Flat with Joolay and AKM to collect the caches about halfway between 'pointless Roundabaout' and Horse Park Drive near the Federal Highway. It was mostly flat and we had a great walk. I was happy to get to five previously solved GA caches along the way, so a good bonus.

Now excuse me , Mr LL10n Esq, I beg to differ. My memories of school were, come the bell on that final Friday (or Thursday if we were lucky), my hols started a microsecond later as I skipped home or wherever. Hence, my first calcs didn't quite work but all good in the end. At that ended the Mulligans Flat part of todays adventure.

Haven't had to worry about school holidays for a long long time....but soon had a website that showed when the all the schools will be kicking off again. A bit of deep level maths...more than I normally do anyway...and a set of co-ords was produced.

Arrived at what is a well known area and after a pleasant walk to GZ...dodging the spider webs...the cache was soon in hand. Log was signed, cache returned and again, it was time to head off for another one.
