What is a Bay
Published for the Summer Scavenger Series Games 2016/2017.
Well time to find out what a BAY is. There are some different interpretations if you look on line or even open a dictionary. This one should be easy. Could be a photo of a sign with BAY on it. (aa) No photos of water unless you give an acurate description
and the co ordinates so it can be confirmed your bodyof water is in fact a Bay. Some people refer to parking spots as bays. Limitless opportunities here with this one.
Co Ordinates not necessary unless you chose opetion (aa)
GPSr in photo optional.
Describe your bay.

Changes to Locationless coming so time to go as it looks like any publisher will only be allowed to have 7 active locationless at any given time. .
My zanny interpretation of BAY is bay window, I am surprised that no-one has logged one before. I am not putting in my exact co-ordinates as it is in my front room but will just add the ones for Launceston. I hope that this fulfills all your requirements. TFTC YOF.
We were staying at Hideaway Bay and drive to Dingo Beach where we saw this sign for Nelly Bay and remembered to take a photo. TFTC

What to do whilst Muggle Hubby is at the "Boy''sToys" shop in Shepparton? Now that it is twice as big, it takes double the time to find that which he seeks. There's not a Geocache that I haven't found in the area. So glad I have discovered Locationless Caches. Now I can sit in the car and browse my options, and there are certainly plenty of topics to choose from.
And the very first one I noticed at the bottom of the list, was this one.
What's more the sun is shining in the right spot to take a good snap. Must be my lucky day.
Thanks Youngoldfella for giving me an easy opportunity, and a chance to log one beginning with Z.
In future every time he goes to Bunnings, I'm going to accompany him, armed with a list of possibilities, this store could be a veritable wealth of usefulness after all.

Put in Bay is a town on South Bass Island in Lake Erie in Ohio, USA. I've been visiting every summer for over 20 years. A fun place to visit.

How about an Information Bay?
This one is at the entrance to Hadspen on the Meander Valley Highway. It is sponsored by the local Lions Club and provides everything worth knowing about this small northern Tasmanian town.

This trolley bay photo was taken in the Bunnings carpark at Edens Landing in Queensland.

Went looking for another locationless but it wasn't where I thought it was- it had moved. All was not lost however as I found a Loading Bay
I took the family put for a long but scenic coastal bushwalk from Dunsborough to Meelup today, and on the way we passed Castle Bay, so named because there is Castle Rock at one end of the bay, which of course is shaped a little bit like a castle. Anyhow, attached is a picture of me with the Castle Bay sign. Thanks youngoldfella

Hi youngoldfella
My interpretation of "BAY" is to do with the Bay Horse:
Bay is a hair coat color of horses, characterized by a reddish-brown body color with a black mane, tail, ear edges, and lower legs. Bay is one of the most common coat colors in many horse breeds.
Sainted this cache at 1909hrs

Nothing like using fresh BAY leaves in cooking, particularly during the winter months and the season of slow cooked meals. We even have our own BAY hedge.

Getting desperate looking for a cache with Bay in the title, didn't come up when I searched but found it by looking at what had recently been published. I have taken a photo of Frederick Henry Bay at Cremorne which is close to home. We actually have a cache called "Rock a by bay" on the same bay at Lauderdale. Is that enough use of the word bay do you think? The Bay should show on the map as it is the bay the planes fly over to land or takeoff at Hobart Airport. TFTL Go nb on gps map it shows but can't see it on this map but this map shows Tiger Head Bay and a Crooked Billet Bay in the same expanse of water.

Bay of Fires - East Coast of Tasmania
Took this pic on one of our visits to the area whilst camping at Cosy Corner South campground - absolutely beautiful location and a top tourist destination when visiting Tasmania.
Claiming for the Summer Scavenger Series 2016/17
Thanks Youngoldfella for another locationless we can claim for the games.

The photograph we have added is of a TROLLEY BAY at a local supermarket. Thanks youngoldfella for the cache
In the last frantic days of the Summer Scavenger Series we were racking our brains for a 'bay' to log this cache. Thank goodness for 'zanny interpretation'. A wander round the hardware store soon gave us a 'bay' to log. Jimbaran Bay, a beautiful teal coloured paint!

Here I am down at Point O'Halloran in the Redland Bay Council District. This was the foreshore along Orana Esplanade where I did my first ever webcam cache. Felt like a bit of a goober standing there hoping that I was in the right place and the neighbour coming out the front door where the cam is. The Redland Bay area consist of many smaller suburbs like Wellington Point, Cleveland, Victoria Point, and the islands off the coast Coochiemudlo, North Stradbroke Island, Macleay Island, Russel Island and Peel Island. Sorry the photo of me is not that clear from a screen print on my phone from webcam. TFTC youngoldfella

I was wondering how I could log this locationless and then when I was out shopping today I had a bright idea fall into my lap and was unexpectedly able to acquire the photo of what I needed.
How about Bay equine ? Well I have found some.

This is my collection of Bay Leaves. I use these to cook casseroles in winter. They have quite a nice fragrance and flavour but you're supposed to take them out before you eat the dish!
Wikipedia says they come from the Bay laurel (Laurus nobilis)

Bardsley's Bay Rum
This bottle of Bardsley's Bay Rum has been sitting on a shelf in the laundry for 30+ years waiting for someone to find a use for it. I'm not a sentimentalist so a wonder I hadn't thrown it out. A Traditional Gentlemen's After Shave and Tonic according to Google. I'm pretty sure my wife's late uncle rubbed it into his scalp. It contains 2% o.p. spirit & measures 1 pint. Dusty. Returned it to the laundry to continue to gather more dust. Could donate it to the local museum. Thanks for finding a use for it.

Not FTF claim on this one. Just my interpretation of Bay. Where I used to work and we park the work horses in a specific bay.
