Went for an afternoon walk to look for this cache. Cache was a quick find, with our timing just right, as the trail was busy. Thanks Baktrak.

After getting the 3 new ones at Asquith it was time to come along this little trail of mysteries hoping for some scavenge points for the summer game. Certainly earned my smileys in today's heat and managed a total of 9 finds before the heat beat me and I retreated to the Berowra pub for a cold cider. Another nice quick find, thanks Baktrak.

My third cache and fourth find of the afternoon, having picked up a nearby trig too. This was a nice walk along a good path to GZ. The cache was located in good condition and put me in a convenient location to move on to another nearby puzzle I solved this morning. Racking up the point for NSW in the summer games today! Cheers Rex.

Out again this morning for some more Baktraking adventure all in the name of the 2017 Scavenger hunt.
A quick find, and the cache is in good shape.

At last, a puzzle that I solved in mere minutes. I enjoyed this one and got a huge sense of relief that I'd cracked another of the puzzle king's caches. This was a simple find as I saw it as I walked along. Gee this was heavy.. Trying to drag it out I thought what on earth has someone left for swag..... rocks, two rocks were inside. Signing the log I attempted to hide it and cover it a little better. Thanks for the clever puzzle.

Team Merlin had previously determined the final coordinates for this cache
So out today with Team Merlin to collect while in the area.
Such a wonderful day to cache.
Once found we signed our names and replaced as found and moved on to the next cache on our list.
Thanks Baktrak.

A quick solve on the puzzle soon after publication once the eyes adjusted to the night vision. With an opportunity presenting itself today to venture out and collect a few caches around Mount Kuring-Gai with JJCC we parked nearby and followed the track around towards GZ. Heaps of wildflowers out at the moment, so the scenery was absolutely magic. Cachce container was quickly found and after signing our names, we replaced as found and moved on to the next cache on our list.
Thanks for the puzzle and the cache Baktrak.

It's so nice to find some local caches that I can ride my MTB to again. It's also a great excuse to become more familiar with my 64s toy. Stashed bike near the top and came in on foot. It's been ages since I've been to this part of town.

Another quick look at the GCA site finds quite a few new puzzles close by. This one quickly solved and quickly located at GZ following a short MTB ride in the wet. Oddly enough we had been down this way a few days ago to provide a short cut to our RFS driver who was stuck in the traffic. There is another way out of Berowra but you need a key! There must have been a discount on these boxes or perhaps they have been recycled from the council scavenger piles.

#GA1269 - 13:05; Day 2 of a Sydney caching mission with Sol de lune. This cache was hastily added to the itinerary for today after a puzzle solving session over breakfast this morning. Initially headed to the wrong parking area, but eventually made our way to a convenient spot where we set off on foot. Made it to GZ via another of the CO's new caches and quickly came up with the goods and another blank logbook for another *FTF*. TFTC Baktrak Very HappyClan Cerberus

Another new puzzle in the area and one that was quickly solved before heading out for the days run with LuckyL10n. Eventually made our way to the start point and took the walk along the track. After grabbing one cache, we continue on soon arrived at the GZ for this one. The good size cache was found, the log was signed and it was time to head back to the car....wondering if another one was in 'here' somewhere. If so, it will have to wait for another visit.... Very Happy

Thanks again Baktrak....enjoyed the walk through the area.
