One of not very many puzzle caches I have figured out in this area. (They are not my strong point) Parked at the nearby car park and enjoyed a late afternoon stroll to the cache, found after a few minutes.

Mrs jinta and I had some spare time today so we set off to Whiteman Park find some GCA caches! We had a lot of solved puzzle caches to find and this was one of them. Cheers for placing this one. jinta29

I was on my 4 days off and decided to head out to Whiteman park to clean up a few caches today. I spent a few weeks solving the C series and some of the P and W series. It was fun solving several of the puzzles in particular the jigsaws. I love solving jigsaw puzzles. As yet i have not solved all of them as i need some help with some of them. I printed off the Whiteman Park map and plotted all the coordinates into my phone on cgeo and then roughly plotted them on the map. This then gave me the opportunity to work out where to park and what caches to get from each parking spot.

I parked at a few different locations and did large loop walks collecting caches one of which was quite large due to the Keith Maine Centre being closed. I spent about 6 and a half hours walking and logging caches in the heat which was quite draining today. Luckily i had plenty of water and fruit to keep me going. The easterly breeze offered some respite from the heat but more so in the shade. All up i walked 10+km's which i did enjoy and only saw 6 kangaroos and one bobtail lizard.
All up i found 30 of the 31 solved caches in the series.
This cache was a very quick find after a short wander around the gz and just as quick signing the log.
Thanks for the 3 great series Chwiliwr, Gwiber, TBH and Gwar. ClappingClapping

Out today clearing out some solved puzzles in Whiteman Park with Lazarus. I managed to grab as many as I could but will have to return another day to finish off the series. I still have a few puzzles remaining on the to solve list and a few solved but yet to be found list. The cache was found replaced as found once the signing duties were completed. Many thanks TBH for the puzzle and the cache.

Solved this one some time ago, but waited until today with my statistics saying 27th of month has been my slackest day; plus coincides with Saturday, geo-buddy hhheddy available to keep me company. Thank you Chwiliwr, TBH, Gwiber & Gwawr for this stimulating series of mental challenge variety.
This one well-hidden, took bigger search effort than others.

Finally returned to this one. Still took a few minutes of hunting through the bush but got it this time. TFTC Clan Minotaur

I've solved about 2/3 of these mysteries now, so slowly getting here to log them all. Had a couple of hours this afternoon, so decided to tick a few off my list.

A nice quick solve on this one, but gosh, at GZ - it was like looking for a needle in a woolly haystack!! This one took me a little while ... for a little cache ... relative to the others! Sneaky! Wandered around for a bit, then decided quite luckily to approach it from a good side and angle and success!

Thanks for the puzzle and the cache.

My Grandparents took me to Whiteman Park to do some caches. They got wet going back to the car after the last cache but I stayed dry. I could hear the steam engine whistle all the time and saw it on the tracks when we were near them.

Granddad signed the log signed for me.

Thank you for the cache.

Took the family to Whiteman Park and did a few walks around the trails to do the puzzle caches. Managed to stay dry by sheltering when it looked like showers but got wet walking back to the car from the final cache. All caches were found OK and apart from one in good condition.

Log signed and cache returned as found.

Thank you for the puzzle and cache.

Searched the GZ, a large Albany wooly bush for about 15min. Circled and searched thru it but couldn't find the cache anywhere. Hint might be of use for this one.

Phew, after a few other nearby finds I had another go at this one, and I searched around and around and in the other spot, and back to the main spot, and eventually I found the well hidden cache. A real tricky one for me! Thankfully I was quicker at solving the puzzle on this one.

Thanks for the puzzle and the cache tbh.

Ugh, unfortunately I couldn't find this one today. There were 2 likely locations to be GZ, and I searched them both, but they were both a bit on the spikey side, but I didn't find the cache anywhere. I'll be back...
