Doing almost daily caching outings during this covid high time in April. Very good to get out for some exercise into nature. Today an assault on some caches on the lower parts of Black Mountain. Found all but one of them, good to clean these out after I have had them sitting there solved and starring at me for a while now. Thanks for the little series Fitzy.

Thought this was a familiar spot.... have been here before to pick up other caches. TFTC

Smittengranny and I, out and about getting caches for the summer game and decide to head up the mountain. Lovely being up on the mountain when it was not so hot. Cache found in good condition.

Out with Joolay again today - the last day of her holidays and we were determined to make the most of the day. Goal? 20 more GCA caches to add more points to the current game. We succeeded in our goal and this was #1. TFTC SL

950. Find 7 for the day as we wandered down from Belconnen way towards Sound Cache, hoovering up all caches of any persuasion on the way. A top day out with winglen while training up for the Toughest Challenge last bits.

A day out with McPhan walking most of the Black Mountain Reserve, from north to south and west to east and back to the car - great training! Thanks Fitzy for the hide, and thanks to McPhan for doing all the puzzle solving. By the way, I misplaced my black gps case somewhere during the day and in spite of coming back looking for it I've not located it. If anyone finds it, I'd be pleased to get it back thanks.

Not the easiest car park to pull into as it is a busy road with cars speeding down the hill behind you. The cache was easy to find though.

This one took some accessing and even when we were turning in to the gate our GPS was still telling us we had 11 kms to go!!! Only a fairly new GPS too.
A quick find and loved the access hole in the main gate - never seen that before. Thanks.

An easy find. The difficult part is to get off the road into the carpark with the speed of the other traffic not expecting this. The gutter of the road is deep for a normal sedan but can be taken at an angle. The coordinates of this one were useful again at the end of the day to find my way back to the carpark. TFTC

I went for a short but fun walk around the western slopes of Black mountain to collect six GA caches. They all went smoothly and I made it back to the car in one piece.

Had to find this cache a bit after the gully cache, as a muggle was packing up to leave. Headed into the bush, came back, muggle gone. Cache collected. TFTC Fitzy!

#GA1376 - 12:40; Headed out on an errand and stopped off for this one on the way to fill a hole on my dZ calendar. Parked in a familar spot and took a short stroll to GZ, where yet again I signed the log in second place. Another 2TF! TFTC fitzy_65

Saw these new ones come out while away for the long weekend and fully expected they'd be found before I returned......but alas not. So Headed out today for a road trip around Black Mountain and had no problems making the finds.
