Description
In 2012 the legendary Romax hid this cache which has tormented many a cacher. For a variety of rreasons the original has been archived but it now lives on at this site.
It is a small 200mm long cylindrical container holding log book and pen, located adjacent to a recreation reserve popular with walkers, exercising both themselves and their pets, and amongst others the occasional golfer practising their skills!
GZ can be a particularly busy place during both the Fire Brigades practice and competition events!
Thanks for the hide Romax

I searched for a while but couldnt find anything here.
Today is the first time i have set out to find Geocache Australia caches. I forgot all about the app and typed coords into geooh go instead which was a bit painful. I had a fun time finding seven and DNFing five.

With over 300 weeks since a find we weren't hopeful here but success at a difficult cache is always worth a try.
Thanks The Morris, it would be interesting to know if this one is still here?

#GA1978 - 09:50; Day six of a caching mission around western Victoria with Sol de lune and we were now headed for home. The plan for today was to head north through Central Goldfields and on to Castlemaine, Bendigo, Shepparton, Cobram and Yarrawonga before crossing the border into Mulwala and then on to Rand, Lockhart then home. Another stop on the way through Bendigo and things weren't looking promising. Checked the hint and earlier logs for inspiration, but still nothing. Sdl said "It could be something like......." and soon afterwards spotted something suspicious. Eureka, we had it! TFTC The Morris, well done

On the way home after 5 days roaming around parts of Victoria with Luckyl10n and this was our second stop in Bendigo. Looked for a good few minutes without luck before stopping to have a think about what the hide might. Kept looking around the GZ area and then noticed something that I had thought could be the prize, and wow, there it was.
Wasn't thinking about this sort of hide even though I have seen one before. This one is excellent and blends in very well with the surrounds.
Thanks The Morris...nicely played. Recommended.

It would be remiss of us not to log a find on this cache for old times sake.
We have to admit that changing seasonal conditions interfered with what should have been an easy find for us today!
We also admit we had to resort to the measurement hint that exists on the other now defunct cache page, find the x and proceed from there!
It is not the first time it has tormented us for this same reason although this cache name was never intended to project the English interpretation of the word but was in fact another oblique clue as to what was sort here, from within the Spanish speaking language!
Thank you Robyn and Chad for keeping this GZ as a geocaching destination.
Cheers,
Romax.

We returned today totally tormented from our first look and after further torment on this occasion we finally came up with the well cammoed cache. TFTC

Having found the original incarnation of this cache I thought I had a fair idea what I needed to search for. The GPS pointed me to a specific spot that seemed quite likely but didn't fit with my thought. I spent a couple of minutes giving that spot a very good look over before resorting to the original plan. The very well camouflaged cache was then spotted quite quickly and it's in god condition despite the heavy rain over recent days.
Our thanks to The Morris for taking ownership and to Romax for the original and subsequent replacement caches.
