JJKCL - found 25.08.24 but reception was sketchy at the time .... had such a rippa day with the lad and pooch - thanks for the vitamins legends
A bit off the beaten track but great cache, still in good nick, no pen/pencil sorry didn't bring a spare. TFTH CITO
Came to fill in the other end of the trail I didn’t get to do the other day due to running out of battery. TFTC trail_geek
Simple but effective cache. Someone left a candy cane in the cache… not sure how long it has been there
Found it. TFTC trial_geek. Spent far too long here. I should have read the discription first. Dam, it's that age thingie again. Replaced as found.
Out for another day of caching with BJA3 & arnott family . Great spot.
All good here, TFTC!

TeamBarritts and I had a day off work so we decided on a caching day together. Found a few including this one.
Teamed up with TeamBarritts and Arnott Family for a days caching fun.
Thanks to all the CO's for great hides and containers.

The cache is all ok. The NM flag can be removed.
The container and log book are intact and dry. Plenty of places to write on the log book.
As for my adventure.
It wouldn't be a fun day if I didn't draw blood. As usual over I went when I got tangled in some branches then fell into something plant like that can make holes in my flesh. Owww. Ask Pat of the fun.
It's nice to see such an old original cache still getting looked after.

The knees complained a bit as I climbed the hill. At the top, Kyzabra spotted the cache quickly
Late last year Kyzabra floated the idea of a bit of a walk through this area. Over the Festive Season, we locked in a plan.
Met early at the locked gates and made a walk to some of the close ones. Then once the gates were open we strategically positioned both cars and set out.
A good mornings work, great to get some exercise and catch up.
trail_geek SVKR_WA is happy to have found your cache Old Victoria today at 09:51:16 3 Jan 2022. This brings my find count to 5093
trail_geek - Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment. I love travelling and visiting some places that I would only visit due to this game.

Little climb to the cache. Added our name and continued the walk.
SVKR_WA and I hadn’t been out for a while and with one FOTT down south and others with work commitments, we decided to hit up Allied’s series and Laxa’s labs. Started the morning at 6.30 to do the top end first.
Many thanks to trail_geek for placing and maintaining Old Victoria. I was here at 9:51 am on Monday and this is my find 9771.

Got out MTB for the ones along the track. I’m a bit time poor today and already soaked. Quick find. Thanks for the hide
Contacted the CO to see whether they objected to a replacement. Sadly they aren’t caching anymore. I left a container as per description and signed

Most greatful to KB for sorting this cache out. Good to keep these oldies going.
Cache is nearly 15 and deserves to live on.
Thanks

After having read the previous logs could the CO please check and if needed replace this cache.
Thanks trail_geek
Thanks trail_geek
Bit of a disappointment here we hadn’t read previous logs which was unusual for us. Took the 700m walk here but came up empty handed. Thanks trail geek but it looks like this one has been taken in the fire.
Had a good poke around at GZ and even expanded the search but no luck here

Got to GZ and it was burnt. Not sure if a fire/burn back came through between last find and now, but had a good look around and couldn't find it.
Walked in from Masonmill road as the gate was locked and would you believe it met another cacher at GZ nice to make your aquaitance TeamJ131. Strolled back up the hill to the laughter of Kookaburras. TFTC
That was good. Got a little lost. Maybe took the wrong path in the beginning.
Didn’t like the idea of going off trail and bush bashing in the national park, but found it easily and intact. Nice spot on our Victoria Dam hike. TFTC
Master "now 8" got a new bike for his birthday so we decided a ride was in order. We parked at Hardinge Road & had a ride to the dam, finding this cache on the way
We had only previously gone as far as the bridge so it was nice to continue on & finally see the dam... Master 8 found the prize quickly thanks to the generous hint

Found on a beautiful bit of bush. No muggles around with the showers. Great bit of history. TFTH
Out for a walk with my family and The Jokers darted in for a little longer look than expected TFTC
Out hiking /caching with my buddy Andrew from Taiwan. Found this cache safe and well in good condition. TFTC
Thank you! The nephews and I decided to do the trail walk in the area and find a cache or two. We enjoyed checking out the dam, before continuing with the walk. The cache was found on our journey in a logical spot. Thanks for bringing us here. We had a great time.
Quick find once at GZ. Wandered down from the car park to find a nearby puzzle cache, this one and a GCA virtual. TFTC
Well sealed and wrapped. Would be even better if fellow cachers sealed the ziplock bags as well. The amount that I find unlocked is incredible.
What a great spot for a cache! Was out for a nice walk with friends and with some young eyes about we found it pretty easily.

We came at this the hard way -- from the west, through the bush. Glad to reach it !

We took the wrong track to this one but enjoyed the slippery slope none the less tftc
Out and about with richlink and JacobsCrew2 on another perfect day for caching. Thanks for the cache trail_geek.
Rode bikes with JacobsCrew2 from our previous find to make a quick find here. Thanks trail geek
Found with friends. A beatiful winters day on the school holidays. With Hadiel, Dalia, Oliver, Ben and Keegan, and Caroline.
Found this one with sykeskids after going in circles trying to find the path that lead to the cache it was a nice cache and we did a few swaps too TFTC
Lovely hike to the dam in this very unused and quiet spot. Took travelbug which I will take to Thailand with me in June, left coins.
finally made the effort to ride out to this one today. BAD IDEA... mustve lost a good kilo or 2 in sweat.. and the flies.. well... its going to be a bad summer for flies.. Dropped trackable off. as always, TFTH
Finally, school holidays and the rains arrive. Love bush walking though, rainy or otherwise. Tftc!
Wow I have been looking forward to today for 3 weeks. A big days caching with The Machman and SpatialRiQ
The Machman and Mrs Felix left home at about 6am in the dark to be joined later by RIQ. We walked a circuit from Bickley Bush Bashing II taking nearly 3 hours and making us late for our meet up but had a very enjoyable walk even if there were lots of hills
A quick find here before moving along. Loving these nice big containers. Interesting history around here. Certainly never been in here before.

FELIX and I had been planning a trip to Kalamunda Hills for about 2 years, but the seasons just passed by and
we have never quite made it.
Over this time the list of unfound Caches grew astronomically and we are now left with needing to spend a week there just to make a dent.....
Anyway today was the first day of our assault on the hills...and we started with a decent enough walking loop
around the northern part of the Banyowla Regional Park picking up a number of caches as we went.
No probs here, found the cache waiting for us in just the right spot.

Had a rare Friday off, and on such a nice day who could resist a bit of hunting...took a friend out. This was the second of 4 for the day. After a bit of bush bashing from the ruins we had cache in hand. Really nice area to take the time to explore. Took tweezers (to remove the prickles I collected as I was attacked by an unyeilding bush.. hahaha) Left shell necklace. Thanks trail geek
Relatively straight-forward find as part of a lovely stroll along the New Victoria Dam walk from Bickley Reservoir. It's worth taking the time to explore the area around the dam and visit the lookout for a nice view. All these years, and I never knew this was here! Next time if I have a little more time I'd like to try the Mason-Bird walk, and explore the trail past the lookout - seems like it's a fairly cache rich area! TFTC!
What a special spot, hidden away at the end of this walking track. Impressed to see the way the old wall has been modified when the new dam was built, lets you see how it was built all those years ago. Will do some of the other walks in this area now we know these hidden treasures exist.
TFTC.

Nice walk in the bushland picking up some caches along the way.
