Searched every place that it may have been with muddtrax but alas no cache ....., possibly washed away in floods as there was plenty of evidence of this occuring around the cache site.
Went searching with Krossbo but could not find the cache after looking in every nook & cranny.
Could not find cache. There is evidence of wash out around tree so may have been washed away in the recent floods. Otherwise muggles may have taken it. Could you please check to see if this cache is indeed still there and intact??
It was bucketing down as we approached this one. Had a look around the gnarled tree but couldn't find it. There was a significant volume of water around the base of the tree which we did also fish through but still no luck. 'Til next time
Was up in Toowoomba today visiting my grandmother for a pre-xmas catch up.
One half of the DRML group headed out with Cuz Radonski in his trusty Geomobile to go and do a bit of a family cache!
R spotted this one under said tree, and Radonski tended to some water related maintenance issues.
Decided this was a nice interesting place for the Launceston Lackey Geocoins I'd been caring around to live. Unfortunatly it narrowly missed an opportunity to shoot itself over to Canada - but it should have a nice time up here anyway.
Narrowly escaped the attack of the killer Cache Dwelling frogs - I hear they are rampent around SEQ at the moment!

This was the closest cache to my grandma's place. After lunch with some relatives we decided to find the nearest cache.
The TMRG (The Mysterious Radnoski Geo-Mobile) was loaded with DRML and some other CSAGK (Cache Search Assisting Geo-kids) and off we went.
We arrived at the park and pointed the geo-kids towards the likely hiding spots. "Put your hands in there" we said and "Maybe in there" we said.
In no time the cache was found. TFTC IanandMichelle
The log books were both soggy. I had a spare log and a zip lock bag so we shouted the cache a new nice dry log book. (The old logs are still there but may need to sit in the sun for a bit to dry out)
While signing the log one of those pesky cache dwelling frogs hopped on in.

Toowoomba 10.7. Last for the day and the place reeked from the train being being painted over the fence. It was a quick grab so I did not have to stay long. Thanks.

Found on our way back to Oakey. Logs need to be replaced as they are very wet SL TNLN TFTC
Love these hides that one doesn't even need to use the GPS. A great tree wish we had one like this back home. Kids run over to the fence to look at the trains in the yard.

Found by Mary & David at 1305. The cache is wet, and we found it fully exposed again. Dried it out as best we could and re-hid it with some natural camo. A wonderful old tree with lots of character. Our thanks again to ianandmichele.
found with plexy - the cache was littered around the base of the tree - something or someone had gotten to it - packed everything up and replaced under the tree
found with jetmadchic, geocache had been disturbed and was lying open on the ground, we put it back together as best we could, but needs maintenance.
Found it on way to work 17-3-10. Needs a new log book as quite soggy from recent rain. Cleaned up as best i could with what i had (tissues!). Cheers!
Description says it all. Had to wait until council workers had finished cutting grass. TNLN.
Sad to say the log books in this cache are very soggy and a bit smelly. Really need some urgent attention. Luckily our pen writes on wet paper. Wonderful tree. TFTC
Good hide. No muggles on Australia Day. TN left purple key

Found with out a hitch at 7.15 pm. Although I had no troubles the location could make someone from any of the landscaping or repair shops across and down the street take a curious eye on any traffic that might be going on. But so far it looks to be problem free.
Revisit again, to change over GC with a travel Bug. Thanks fla66 for the new geo coin (that I'm learning to activate) and the Canadian coins it made Minus's day.
Nice cache! Left un-activated albertasaurus geo coin.
Left a Canadian breast cancer quarter.
Left a candian poppy quarter.

What a lovely old tree in a very large park. Prize quickly retrieved and returned as no-one was about. Left a geocoin for someone else to enjoy. TFTH.
We were in Toowoomba for NY and were staying nearby. So we rip sticked our way down Ball St to find this cache.
A rather large family had descended on to the park to play with a frisbee on NY's eve but ignored us.

This was my first ever find! It was great fun. I went with friend who was introducing me to the sport. TNLN.
found on the TiedyeSmileys Adelaide NSW QLD trip away.
On the last part of our journey up from Adelaide, the geopup enjoyed the chance to stretch his legs and run around a bit here.

Found at 12.05pm GAFF3. For an easy find we took it too easy and thought at one stage that it had been muiggled. A second and third look revealed the cache in a snug little spot.
These trees are very common in central Victoria and there are endless hiding spots in them.
Thanks ianandmichele.

Only one place this one could be however, it eluded Silver Sovereign and she moved on to searching elsewhere, only to be followed by my grab in the place she had just looked.
GIB69 in tow, we signed the log and moved on. Nice and quiet at GZ today so business was conducted casually.
Cheers ianandmichele

Between a police surveying nearby, dog owners and work at the railway yards I cannot believe that I got away without being seen but I am sure that all is OK.

A gnarly place indeed. It's interesting to think that substituting the last two letters of gnarled produces a totaly different meaning.
Interesting specimen at GZ. There were a few muggles bout so it took some work to retrieve the cache from its hidey hole.
Nice specimen of a tree. Had character!

Good location just as well had daughter with me as she has skinny arms. Left a platapus badge. The container is no longer in a plastic bag. Didn't read about the need for siccors until now so could the next person trim the log. TFTC
Found at 1245 today. Nice quick easy find despite the well hidden container. Log book is full and one finder has left there log on a piece of paper. I have replaced the log book but I had to tear it down. Could the next person attempting this one please take a pair of scissors with them and tidy the torn edges up for me please. ( Or the owner might pay it a visit). TNLN TFTC.
