Too much damage at this spot, not due to caching activities but some thoughtless clearing by people camping here
Parked at the recommended spot, but when i got down, it didnt look like much of a way down further O.o I was going to continue on, only to find freshly shed snake skin.. >.> NO THANKS! XD
May tackle this again from the walking track... if i can find it, and when its been confirmed found once again! ^^

Any news on this cache? Looks like I will be back in town in a couple of weeks and would love to have another go at this one while there.
This was to be the last cache Otiose and I grabbed before heading back to Brisbane. But we failed to come up with the goods...
We found GZ and someting that matched the hint perfectly but, no container... [?] We scratched around and cleared out the area of focus but there was nothing to be found... After half an hour, we called it quits and headed back up to the goemobile...
I hope this one is still there as I would live to tackle it another time if I get back down to Nowra.

Found with the Canberra cachers here for the Nowra Invasion.
The geokid and I had to hang back for this one as it was way too dangerous for us to go all the way.
The super cachers had it in hand quite quickly though, after navigating their way through the muggles.

well another surprise and just as well we didn't attempt this one at night otherwise the group of climbers down here would have made it a tad difficult, I was surprised at the proximity to urban houses and so innocent an entrance, and quiet popular by the looks of it with the climbers.. then again the cache name says it all... *recommended*

Yet another fantastic spot for a cache ! The were many climber muggles around today - most packing up after a camp out - now that would have been fun ! We walked past to GZ and made the find. Thanks again for a wonderful location !

Reperio at 0955. I have lost count how many times I've said this on this trip, but boy there have been some fantastic locations visited on this trip. Being an avid climber, this was one spot I simply loved. Whilst there were plenty of muggles about getting ready to make their ascent, we continued on to GZ where we spent a few minutes locating the cache.
A wonderful location.

Wow - what a great location! There were very many climbers around here today... I suggested to some of them that it would be easier if they started from the top, but they seemed to think that that was not the point. After that we walked under the massive overhang, only to find a bunch of campers that were packing up after clearly a jovial night! Multiple camp fires, a carton of empty beer bottles and stuff everywhere! Luckily the cache was not here. Once at GZ, the cache was found within about 5 minutes. Well, multiple sets of eyes always helps! Really love all this sandstone around Nowra! Thanks again Lucy & Roo!
Cool hide as I am in the area climbing often. Maybe I will have to hide one down there myself.

Like so many others, I didn't know that this place existed.
Having completed previous caches that had a terrain rating of 3&1/2, I thought this would be ok to take geo kids (5 & 7). Let me say that it was interesting and challenging but the geo kids were awesome.
Worked out where GZ was from the clues but it took a while to decipher where exactly to look. Very well sheltered indeed but further away from the 'alternate' path to the top than I expected. All good in the end!

I had to find my 199th cache, in advance of the Illawarra event tomorrow, and this was the closest. So again, venturing along creekways at dusk means squadrons of mozzies - but this time Rid kept them at bay. The cache took some finding, so many possibilities around those majestic trees! But when finally located, the GPS had me 33mtrs away! This is a great area- who'd have thought these magnificent cliffs were right at the back door of suburbia.
Took TB, and signed log, and ran away fromthe mozzies

Looked for it yesterday with no luck. Went home and checked all the clues etc. and went back today sure to find it. No Good.
I will have to try again later.

A really nice walk on a hot afternoon. Wish I had brought some ropes!
Walked along the base of all those nice climbs, an interesting area.
The GPSr wasn't impressed, and wasn't playing the game fairly, but it was not a difficult find.
Thanks fro bringing me here, Robmc.

Got this one just in time before the rain. Saw a few climbers as we passed by. Once at the GZ i was following the clue which didn't help me very much. In the end we found it. Nice hide in a excellent location. TFTC

Second time around for this cache, was nearly going to give up again as the GPS was out of control, this way, that way, was nearly ready to throw it in when one of the team members spotted it.
What a good hide, well done guys, as previously stated there were no coins in the cache, but we grabbed the Bent Kiwi and Red Hots travel bugs and will find good places for them both.
It was Isabella’s first find so she was happy to pose for her photo with our mascot Chucky, took a bouncy ball and placed a matchbox car.

It was almost three years since I last DNFd this one not long after it had come out from memory. It has taken me that long to get back but whilst mum and bub were having a feed I took the recommended approach down and soon passed a number of climbs. When I was younger you would have seen me around this area on the walls on a couple of occasions. The cache took ages to locate but I wasn't leaving empty handed this time. The clue all made sense and I knew I was in the right spot but after going up down and all around on the verge of giving up I thought- I'll just have a little look in there- hey presto there it is. Thanks for the cache and glad to get this one off the list.
Went back this late afternoon and formally logged in the cache (and left a pencil). As noted yesterday, there are no geocoins which are listed in the inventory.
Found the cache, but, alas, there was no pencil. I wasn't carrying one either, nor was there one in the car. Until I get back, would you kindly accept the dropped off Bent Kiwi Travel Bug and the uploaded photo as evidence that I did in fact locate the cache?
Nice hide. Thanks Lucy and Roo
Just back from reviewing other logs. I note here I did not see any of the three geocoins that were supposed to be in the cache. I am sure i would have noticed if they were there.

a great spot would never have know it was here if not for a cache. when saw all the white all over the cliff i just though how typical of the locals to graffiti a nice spot but once we had decifered the clues and found the cache did the duty and was on our way out that we actually took note of what was going on and man i now know why i dont rock climb. i rather do it the more easy way.

Had a nice walk along some amazing rock formations. Together with Die Pinkos we found GZ but after looking around for quit a while we didn't find anything. We were about to leave this one as Die Pinkos suddenly moved away from GZ a few meters and screamed she found it! In the end it was a logical spot to hide but the GPS was unsecure because of trees and leaves. Thanks for showing this unexpected beautiful place.

Good walk/climb live local and never knew it was there! Was kinda hard to find as our GPS was dropping out a bit from the thick tree's and rock face's just stumbled apon it waiting for GPS to work, box was open and contents was scattered around so muggle's must have been there.........we put it back.

I found a plastic bag an a pencil(the ones you often find in a cache) lying around openly.
Great place anyway and I'll sure return

To many Muggles climbing in the immediate vicinity. I may have another attempt at locating this cache before leaving the area. Tavurvur
Found this one OK and left a TB. We were in a hurry as we were overdue to pick up the daughter so we checked out the hint which was very helpful - as was the parking coords. The trees below we full with noisy flying foxes. TFTC. There are a few more in the area that I will have to do sometime.
I've had this one on my to do list for a couple of years. It was worth the wait. Slowdad and I enjoyed looking at all the climber's hooks and thinking no way in the world would I ever be able to get up there. Thanks Lucy & Roo for showing me somewhere I would never have found.
Found with the psychodaughter. I'm glad the weather changed today for our attempt on this cache. Climbing from GZ back to the car in last weeks heat would have been interesting. TNLN TFTC
This was our first day of geocaching and our second find. What an awesome place in suburbia! loving it already. Didn't have much time and forgot the clue but found it anyway...cool. don't think it will take me long to be addicted.
Excellent spot. Used to rock extensively years ago, and would have loved to have known about this place. Needed the clus as GPS was playing up on a cloudy day. Great clue.

Dropped in here with just the coords but none of the clues and spent a while looking in the wrong place. Returned with the decryped clues and walked straight to it. We were within a few metres the first time, but had our blind eyes on.
Took a bottle of stones. Left Spiderman cards and some stickers.
Thanks Lucy & Roo.

Wow without knowing the area or having a map. We ended up on the north side of Bomaderry Creek, we didn't know that till we walked down the side of the embankment. When we finally got to the right side of the creek it didn't take to long to find. Cool rock formations.

Ducked down to this one on the way back from a southerly drive. The GPS took me to the correct spot but based on the logs I widened my search a bit prematurely. I was trying a bit too hard until after about 10 minutes I thought about it again and quickly had the cache. Can't believe I didn't find it straight away. Thanks Lucy for taking me to a nice spot that I would have never seen otherwise. TNLN SC
Good cache, but was a very rough track and it will be more interesting with a friend.

Found at 1645. Parked as suggested and found our way down to GZ. No problems locating the cache - our eTrex didn't lose satelite connection and took us straight to GZ. Spectacular location, and only we 3 to enjoy it.
Very interesting place. Shame about the gps coverage and thank god for the clue. Would have loved to have seen a few of the climbers in action. There is no way I would have got anywhere near any of the hand holds I could see. Anyway TNLN TFTC. Greg

This cache will stay in my memory for quite some time. Completed this cache on 29 September 2007 on the morning of my sisters wedding. Found in the company of Anne while on my Nowra trip. The weather was just perfect in the early hours of the morning and the scenery was just fabulous I would have to say that this cache location was set in one of the most beautiful areas I have ever cached in. The gps signal wasn’t too good at gz but after working out the clue (and what a great clue) the cache was soon in hand. Thankyou for showing me this spot Lucy & Roo it was most enjoyable left silver dice and took pompom
If at first you don't succeed......
This time it wasn't raining and we had plenty of daylight and lots of sunshine. What a lovely spot.

Found it fairly quickly this time.

Got this one on the way home from work today just to try out the new GPS, worked well but also glad I read the hints. EV0
A nice Monday on the long weekend so we decided to find another cache. This one is very close to our home. My husband used to spend a lot of his youth in this area, exploring caves. After finding the cache we walked back the other way and came out near the top of the creek. There was water flowing over the small falls after the recent rain. The dog thought it was great.
Great little spot, no wonder climbers like it. Once at gz the clue came to the fore although it still took me a few minutes to find! TNLN thanks Lucy and Roo for the find.
Loved this country, wonderful trees around.
Lucky we took friends with us, I walked straight past the cache, too busy looking at the scenery.

6th for the day while on a tour of the area. What a top spot! There were several Rock Jocks in the area doing their thing, I will be sure to recommend this place for some great bouldering. Found the cache quick & easy although I did have to resort to the clue due to sketchy GPS signals. TNLNSL Thanks!
What a great place to visit. Loved the climb, the terrain and the views. Mrs KC had the wrong boots on so climbing up and down was a bit diificult but it was worth the effort.

Unfortunately no climbers today just some local kids burning plastic milk crate (doing there bit for earth day). Luckily the cache was away from them so had no dramas unlike the kids who discovered what happens when you place a butane lighter in a fire, made a nice bang. On the way out noticed one of the kids face was a bit black and it appeared to missing his eyebrows. It was hard to keep a straight face when we walked by them.
Joint find with Swissball and a couple of mates from church. Great spot with plenty of overhangs, no swaps
I loved this place. It is amazing that in amongst suburbia you come accross this. I left the geo-wife and the kids at the park to play whilst I tracked down the cache.

Never had a reason to come here before but not glad we did. A really wonderful spot. A very explicit clue helped heaps. Thanks for giving us a purpose to visit Lucy & Roo.
I dropped by on my way back to the office. It has been quite some time since I was here last; I spent many weekends as a teenager climbing in the area.
Once I found the tree in question, the cache was quickly in hand.
Cheers!

What an amazing spot. I'm not a huge fan of climbing but I was in awe as I spent a good hour here checking where people had managed to get chalk and thus their bodies.
Took me a while to find GZ because as a walked in I thought I'd turn off the gizmo and see if I could work it out off the clue. My problem was that I tried to match it up with the wrong exit, most of it fitted but still there was no cache. After I broadened my search I quickly found the right channel.
Did my swaps and was on my way. Certainly a cache/area that Tangles would love.

We had so much fun! This was our 1st cache. I've been in Nowra for 20 years and never went to this place. What a great choice! The clues had us in great debate. Thanks to the Longreach bush crew for the introduction. I guess we'll have to buy a GPS now.
Well done Lucy and Roo. You managed to get us out to another great location. Excellent clues. We were helped by a family of geocachers new to the game. Thanks for making it an interesting one right in our own back yard! The Longreach Bush Crew L: Mini Cars T: Measuring tape
We took some friends along for this one. I think we put them off a bit. Definately not a place to come in your work clothes but a beautiful spot right in our backyard (so to speak) that we never knew about.
Had another look in afternoon without success. Think I will need to dig out the climbing guide to Nowra to make sure I can get onto a track for a bit more access.
S side of the creek is a clue I should have paid more attention to. Just when I thought there were a few more Nowra caches that I could knock off at lunch time I went for an off track walk in my work clothes without success. Might try and find the track and walk along it to GZ next time (originally logged as stepheneva).

A FTF. Interesting landscape but no climbers to entertain. Was able to get quite a strong fix on the location which considering the terrain was welcome. The hint was pure poetry. Despite this it took some finding. I restored the surroundings before leaving. Took the geo-coin & left a 1923 Penny.
