Logs
After work this evening and with daylight savings in effect, I wanted to go for a small walk/hike with jesswrigley before dinner. I had a few areas in mind, but with heavy traffic getting out of the CBD, we ended up choosing a section of Morialta Conservation Park. A steep walk up a hill, and it was then a nice gradual uphill/downhill walk along the Yurrebilla Trail. Some great views of the city and surrounds, and managed to get back to the car just as light rain had started to fall. A few kangaroos were seen feeding in the area at dusk.
Although this cache had been archived long ago, there appeared to be some evidence that the cache had not been removed, and may still be available to be found. Subsequently, I had a pretty good look around GZ amongst the sour sobs and locations that I thought would make good geocaching hiding spots, no caches were found. It may have indeed been picked up by the previous finder as they indicated in their log.

It may be archived, but the cache is still there and Owl found it and logged it, thinking it was another cache. Now that she knows it isn't the other cache she will return and remove it to avoid future confusion.
Goes to show how old my data is in GSAK and the GPS..... Anyway the cache is still there, there is a container with a matching lid, the notebook is still partially pulp and partially eaten but has a few legible pages and there are no hints for the final cache anymore.
As there has been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it has been a number of months since the last owner note I am archiving this cache to keep from continually showing up in search lists and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.
If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact a reviewer (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, the reviewer will be happy to unarchive it.
Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.

The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time please be sure to post a note (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the page and post a note every month or so to keep everyone up to date.
Found it with lux78 on our geocaching adventure. Left a marble. Log book a little wet
This was the first geocache we found. Log book was a bit snail ravaged. If we were more prepared, we could have put a new on in...
We came back here to check the question to finish the series, noticed that only the lid of the cache is here thus the log is almost destroyed.
Found this one this morning. Only the lid is there. The container is missing, you will need to replace or archive. Thanks!!
On one of MissyLJ's walks around Morialta, this one begged to be ticked off the list. It is now ticked off the list

After rounding up a bundle of Z and Wibble puzzle caches in Morialta (and enjoying a feast of Mtn_Lioness cupcakes and red wine) I needed to finish with something a little easier to drop of a TB. This will do nicely I say to myself, the only problem being there is a rapidly flowing creek between me and GZ. I'll cut this story short by saying that I managed to cross the creek twice without getting my feet wet only step on the wrong rock at the edge, while trying to get to an easier piece of bank to climb out, and ended up with one leg in the water up to my shin. Bugger!! Dropped off Hunting Tupperware TB TFTC T_Langy.
3rd LTC cache for me, but first one in a long time. I think I'll make the effort to finish this series off instead of dilly dallying any more. TFTC.
Beautiful morning, saw some beautiful Parrots and a Kookaburra. If the clouds weren't looking at us with an angry face it would be nice to keep walking up the track.

Found the cache today. Unfortunately no pen found inside the container and couldn't put a mark there. It's good to stop and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Quick find thanx to google earth being accurate and the good hint. Snails still there. Iz dog stayed by the road while her dad adjusted her new harness. Thanx
I think we first found this in 2009 but hadn't logged it. Signed log today. TFTC
Note to self. Dont go in shorts and Crocs. Found and signed.

Found the cache - no sign of the Q & A's though. Just the log book, blue star, teddy bear paper cutout and the obligatory geocache notice. Would have left a pencil but I'm down to my last one
Was nice to escape the road with all the noisy people. Easter Sunday is a busy day!
Edit: Oh, helps to read the past notes. Didn't look at the actual lid for the Q & A. Will have to go again. Silly me!

Today was the day everyone was mowing lawns and painting stuff. A neighbour right near GZ was kicking up a dust storm with his Victa as I turned up, so out came the geo-phone. Grabbed a TB and a Geocoin to move on ASAP. TFTC.
nice and easy cache. That toy truck was my brothers, he really wanted a toy that was in there and he wouldn't listen when I said it couldn't fit. TFTC.
Back to get the final cache in the series.

A nice easy find after a lovely walk through Morialta. The cache was actually open, so I took the toy truck with me so that I could get the lid closed, and keep it nice and dry. TFTC
What a beautiful day to go caching and hunting out these caches! An easy find with the clue and new "geophone"! Working on the clues - this is our first of this series, and looking forward to finding the rest!
Found after doing a circuit of Morialta. Kind of disappointed to see there wasn't a question in this cache; guess that means there's no chance of ever solving the final. Bummer. TFTC.
Quick find inn the obvious spot..... A lovely park here... we found the cache then went for a wander up the hill!!! TFTC
Finally I was able to sign my name to finish off the series. . Thank you very much.
