Has been found by just about all the locals and many more, bout time to open the spot to others to freshen it up a bit.
Looks like it might be gone.
Will check it out and replace with a new container shortly.
Thanks MVB for the update.

Thanks MVB for the update.
Came past on a Sunday afternoon walk and noticed all the rocks were disturbed and the container missing, so this one might have been muggled!
A beautiful day to do a walk and take in some sights of the local wildlife with the extended geofamily. Made our way around to the gz and came up with a quick find, SL and ambled our way out again. TFTC DazRascal. Sorry about the late log.
Have been going to visit here for ages, so with visiting geo family Happy pants and Moosetash it was a great opportunity. It was a lovely day for a walk and the kids loved playing in the shelters and looking for the birds. Cache quickly found at GZ. TFTC RazRascal.
A beautiful day for a walk, and a fantastic location for it. Thanks for giving us a reason to explore and for the hide.
Really enjoyed finding this one. New to geocaching & still amazed at how many caches r in locations we've previously been too. We had our wedding here & had no idea about the 'treasure' hidden at this beautiful sanctuary. TFTC
After the event we had time for a couple of caches before dinner so we headed out this road and just picked up whatever came up. Have to say this was a bit special and it is a shame a few more people didnt venture out here. We really enjoyed the wander through the venue and on our return we met a family of kangaroos on the path who stood and watched us watching them for ages.
We found the cache out in the open and have hidden it where we think it was.
Next time we will bring the bikes and do all three walks.

Family up from Melbourne, looking around Wodonga/Albury, took them here for a look on fine cool day, and remembing there was a cache here, it was a very quiet here today and a nice walk not much water around or bird life the cache was found and the log signed and I took the coin. TFTC
What a great walk. Nearby bird hide a bit optimistic at present (no water in the lagoon) but a great way to spend an afternoon with the Geokids. Left geocoin. Thanks for the cache.
After Mr Lost Wanderer woke from his slumber (post night shfit) the lpost rocket was loaded and we were off. Lovely day fora walk. We hadn't been here before but will be back to have a proper look around. The cache was uncovered and was discovered by Little Miss S who is this3 who got rather excited until she realised that the cache was dirty. Thanks for the hide.
I have driven past the wetlands many times before and never taken the time to visit, am happy to have finally done so. We took the long way around to the cache and enjoyed it very much. Once we got close to G.Z. Mrs. 2755 being the geo-beagle she is ran ahead and found the cache before those of us holding the gps even had a chance.

Doing some caching on our travels from Canada. Enjoyed the walk through the wetlands on a very beautiful day!
Thanks for bringing us to this spot DazRascal, we would have driven right by if it wasn't for you!

Really enjoyed the walk here, birds in noisy profusion and variety, and not another person to be seen. A magical place which i have visited several times before but never to cache. TFTC

Found last week while spending some time caching around Albury Wodonga

Still logging ones we have found and this one wasn't hidden in July it had just been flooding and we forgot to take a pen
Looked at the community art whilst the the wetlands. Great location. Had some friends along and introducted them to geocaching. TFTC
took a little bit to find the way but once the was sorted it was a quick find good spot plenty of bird life tftc
Had a wander around the wetlands while attending the Oz Mega Event in Albury - the cache was easily found and the log signed before we left. Thanks for the cache DazRascal
Visiting from Mandurah, WA, for the Oz Mega, and having a wonderful time visiting all the sights around here that caching is taking me to. There has been so much happening since then that I am struggling to log them all, and already two weeks have passed, so am regretfully having to do a 'bulk' log. Thanks for the cache DazRascal.
We enjoyed a pleasant stroll through the wetlands (it reminded us a little of our own Wetlands Cache back in Sydney0 pursuing clues for the Mega Event Hume & Hovel Cache. This was a quick, easy find in the company of a couple of other caching teams. Thanks DazRascal for bringing us here.
That was fabulous.
One of our favourite finds for Easter.
We found the bird hide waypoints for the Mega competition and then attempted this cache. There was a group of finders who were in no hurry to move on.
Sitting right at GZ there was a little Azure Kingfisher. It flitted off but skimmed back to roost on the side of the dam.
We took a photo from way back, then closer, then closer. The bird just ignored us.
Further around there were two more Kingfishers getting into the evenings catch of insects.
Happy Mega Easter.

Hit the trial with Semik, Skippy., and a few other cachers picking up the answers for the Mega event adventure. This cache was close by and a quick find. SL. TFTC.
Our third day of Oz Mega 2012 and picking up a number of caches as we do the Hume Hovell Adventure game taking us around the area. Great idea and so far good fun team caching with a number of other teams all helping each other out.
We arrived at the cache location to find a blue kingfisher just below it catching leeches from the stream. Beautiful bird and very quick which in our books is good as less leeches is better .
Unfortunately a muggle photographer turned up at the same time and by the time he left there were 4 caching teams waiting patiently from him to run out of SD card space and move on. he eventually did and we all signed the log and replaced it, the kingfisher was unperturbed by the whole exercise.
Thanks for the cache DazRascal and greetings from Western Australia.

Found this while down for the Ozmega Event, at GZ was other cachers waiting patiently for a muggle photographer taking many pictures of a kingfisher bird. He probably was surprized why so many people stating in the one spot all looking at the same thing especially without cameras. Evertually he did leave and we all signed the log. Thanks for bringing us to this area.
I have visited the wetlands once before, but don't remember them being so wet (nor having such a distinct odour!) - but we still enjoyed a pleasant walk today. TFTC.
Doing the rounds for the Mega Event activities, I made sure to grab this cache.
Thanks!
Thanks!
**late log** You know how when you clean out the garage or are packing to shift houses you find something you didn't realise you had been missing and you think "that's where that has been"? Yeah well that happens to me when I clean out hard drives after finalisation of my Australian citizenship. I do remember the caching trips, though, and in this case it was a day of caching while at the Oz Mega Albury Wodonga and a carload of us went out to cache: Liz & Bruce, Skippy, Mrs Flipper and myself. Its the best kind of caching -- with friends. Lots of laughter and fun. Your cache was one of the many we did that day, thanks for placing it and keeping it maintained for us to find over the Easter long weekend. Cheers, Semik
One of many smilies claimed while in the region for Oz Mega, belatedly logged

Walking through this great area for the Hume and Hovell game at the Oz Mega and grabbed ths cache while there.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Whilst wandering around the wetlands we discovered a green box on my Nuvi. Stopped off here whilst completing the Hume & Hovel game at OZ Mega.
It is quite a nice spot here with lots of birdlife for all to see

Since we came here for the H&H Ozmega trail waypoint, it was only logical to grab the cache here on the same visit.
A great little place to spend some time, but not today as we were chasing waypoint answers!

While doing the Hume Hovell adventure we noticed there is a cache nearby... Of course we had to go and find it with Dicksontwo, Powpea and Nate the Great. Thanks.
Found with Chris while at Oz Megga. Sorry only just getting around to logging and have lost my notes, makes for logging a little difficult tftc
What a lovely place for a walk and also for a bit of bird watching. After the hustle & bustle of all the other cachers cruising about Albury and Wodonga for Oz Mega, it was nice to go for a bit of a wander through some wetland areas with Nowhere2Bseen and enjoy a bit of tranquility. Signed log and replaced. TFTC
This was a very easy, quick find in a fantastic area. We really loved the bird hides too. Thanks for this cache.
Here for Oz Mega 2012. This cache is not far from my accom so went for a walk this morning.
Found in the middle of the night while completing the Hume and Hovell Tour. A frog jumped on my face and plenty of others were heard hopping away as we approached.
The hint was very helpful in that I didn't need to go poking where I shouldn't SL #366

We were at the 2012 Oz Mega and met new caching buddies so the GeoCruiser was filled for a day doing the Hume & Hovell game. Is there a cache hereabouts, though? Yep, there is, so may as well divert from the game for a little while. Had the cache in hand together with hippihiiri, Powpea and natethegreat at 4.30 pm, late because of a long enjoyable chat and nibble session at Splitters Creek Vineyard, it's not all about numbers! Thank you, DazRascal, for the diversion and for an excellent informative cache page, no snakes spotted today and we all stayed on the paths!!. Left a Mega pathtag to move or kep, finder's choice.
1155, GAFF1, We did not see any snake today but plenty of bird life.
SL, cache in good condition.

Found in the company of the Walenators, The Earthbound crew, Datruk and coley_babee on day 2 of our caching blitz at the 2012 OZ Mega.
The couple of clues we found today were nearby this cache.
We thought it rather stange that ikkbrady didn't go the <50m to get a smiley on this one.
Thanks again DazRascal for this cache.

In the wetlands for some of the clues for one of the Mega games, we couldn't pass up the chance to hunt down this one, seeing as it was less than 100m from one of the game clues.
I went off with Earthbound Nano, and after a few moments he says I can see it. so carefully we retrieved the cache.

This is an amazing place, plenty of wild life, soon cache was located, it's a shme about to odors woofing . TFTC
On our way to Albury for easter mega caching. Caching with the Walenators and my earthbound family. TFTC
This was our first cache after arriving in town late yesterday ready for the mega (lucky we got here early, so the cache was still in place!) - we haven't come as far as many, but it still seemed like we had been sitting ever since leaving Hobart, so we enjoyed the stroll around the area. DD especially enjoyed meeting the bird who appeared to be guarding the cache - a little blue and orange kingfisher. TNLN, as the swaps seemed to ahve decided to stay in the car. TFTC and showing us this area.
Very Easy with the photo. But without the photo, i'd be wondering if i had to go swimming.

Nice walk in to this one - no sniggles about either which was good. Easy to find with the photos supplied!
Enjoyed the challenge of choosing the right path. Arrived @ 4:30. Found before carpark gates shut @ 5. Only saw the after hours entry afterwards. TFTC
Just beat the weather getting this one...and the wildlife. On the way along the track to GZ myself and the geoboys Ben and Ryan were stopped in our tracks by a Black snake. SL at 3.30pm. Took Geocoin but left nothing. First time to Wonga, very impressed! TFTC DJ Rascal.
Found on a trip to Albury. Great location and good to see the development here from how it was many years ago when I was last here. Left Geocoin to sit by the water for a bit. TN. TFTC
Found at 1540 while on a caching day in Albury. Arrived at the wetlands and set off along the path in search of the cache. We probably took the long way in but it didn't matter as the walk was very enjoyable. We found the cache container fully exposed. Covered the container up as per the photo on the cache page and enjoyed completing the circuit on our walk back to the parking area.
Thanks DJ Rascal.
Thanks DJ Rascal.
Thanks for bringing me to such an awesome place. Must come back with my boy. TNLN
Thanks DJ Rascal. Was a bit worried as this cache hasn't been found for awhile. Lovely scenic walk to GZ. Took the long way around taking lots of pics. GPS was playing havic but soon had cache in hand. Thanks again. Great location and hide.
Decided to take my wonderful GF on a trip out to corowa for the after noon in geolovethatlancer.....this being number 7....mozzies out in full force....
1 of 12 for the day with three of the geokids. Today i had 6yo Jasmine and my 4yo twins James and Jemma. This was the first on our trek across from Tocumwal, and very much enjoyed it, although was worried when i first got to the car park. The car park was open, as parks NSW were having a luncheon in the park, but, about 50% of the park was closed due to flooding.
Ah well, stuff it, i will go for a walk and see what happens. You know what happened? Got to GZ ok, but forgot a pen. I was not able to sign the log, although i took a happy snap of the kids with the cache to substantiate the find.
Thanks for bringing me to a beautiful place. TFTC.

Found at 4.45pm after an excellent walk through the reserve. Plenty of Birdlife and Frogs, thought I'd do this one before the snakes came out considering the logs in summer this year! TNLN SL TFTC
Had a bit of debate over which way to go to this one but it mattered little. We came one way and left the other and both were well worth the walk. A fabulous place although I'm very glad we didn't see any of those long slithery things.
Thanks indeed. Was this place here about 15 years ago when I lived in the area? If so I never knew about it.

Fabulous wetlands park. We took the wrong trail at first, but then we saw more of the park that way.
Didn't see any muggles on the trails, but lots of birds.
Thanks, for bringing us here, Robmc.

Beautful location. I have been meaning to take a day and walk through these wetlands for years, it's a wonderful rehabilitation project. Thanks to the cache, I finally got off my arse and gave it a shot.
Picked up the trackable koala. SL. Thank you very much for the cache.

Found today and what a great place to come to on a beautiful day. Thanks so much for bringing us here we enjoyed it. Thank god its winter and there were no snakes!!! Took blue spiky thing and left dinosaur. TFTC.
#520 @ 11.45am. This had been on our to-do list for 12 months now and just when we were going to give it a crack originally....it was archived. Glad to see that it was again re-instated so on our way out of town to scope Corowa we decided to add this to our list of smiley faces. We actually saw more of this area than actually intended due to navigational issues - no regrets though because this is such a nice area so we really enjoyed the walk. Some of the river gums around this area are magnificent! Dad soon had the cache in hand & although not much in the way of reptilia around today (YAY!!) there was a black swan checking us out from a distance - much to the GeoPrincess's delight.
Took: Success Stone
Left: Blue Spikey Creature
TFTC - glad to have a reason to come visit today - thanks for bringing us here DJ.

Found this morning in what felt like 2 degrees!!!
Mrs H & Roosta Ez thought it was time to crack a few other local caches that were on our 'to do' list today!
We had both never been to this place before, but will defnately be back. An excellent walk with great views and heaps of wildlife!
An easy find once we were at GZ! We noticed no TB in there.
Many thanks to DJ Geodog Rascal for bringing us to yet another wonderful Albury location.
Cheers, from Team Haveanez.

Decided to have a go at this one since we where in the area. Im glad we chose today as I can honestly say we would not have this one crossed off our list had it been summer! The cache was an easy find due to the pics on the cache page, lucky we did because our gps was pointing us 5 metres off the track. Took: bison micro, Left: Success luck stone and army man. Have never been to this place and was quite surprised at how lovely it is, we will be back to have a better look another time. A note to others.....don't leave this one too late as your car will be locked in....we got to our car at 3.50pm and the gate was shut however we were lucky as the lock was left open. SL TFTC
What a lovely place. We will be back in the spring to see more of these beautiful wetlands.Found the cache and took bolt cache and left TB Elroy and a parachute man. TFTC.
Ok, cache page updated, cache back in place with a fresh logbook and some sneay little swaps for the next few finders
Cache was still there in its hiding spot, but was farily damp inside so have bought it back home with me to clean up, should be back online in the next couple of days.
