Reasonably quick find. Not quite where I expected it. Pity about all the litter here, I would have brought a bag and some gloves if I'd known.
What a pity there is no access to the falls. Tftc. Tassie casher visiting family nearby in MacGreggor
Spent a lot of time searching where we knew it should be as two of us had previously got it. Lots of damage and vandalism in the vicinity. So replaced with new bison as per previous finders. TFTC
With some previous finders today who identified the cache was missing; it's been replaced with a new one where it needs to be.
Hundreds of people out trick or treating in Higgins tonight as they enjoyed the fresh air, beautiful weather and easing restrictions. Hoped that was a sign that the world was distracted and GZ out here would be quiet. I was right. Two cars but no humans in sight. Grateful for the space as this one took my waaaaaay to long to find. My coords were bouncing a bit, but I certainly can’t blame it all on that. Thankfully a tip for a previous log to not look low but “nearby” put me on the right track and I navigated the barbed wire to make the find
Log retrieval added an extra layer of fun, but the cache is now signed and back in place. On to the next adventure! TFTC

There's no need to feel around the base of the post and cut your finger on barbed wire like I did, because the cache is not there! I looked nearby and found it soon afterwards.
What's the story with this place? The sign makes it look like a summer camp from an American slasher film. Are the falls in private hands? Three cars parked nearby suggested people are ignoring the signs warning them not to enter.

A beautiful sunny day and time to collect some cache’s. Certainly wish we could go past this fence bus alas..... SL TFTC
Log book is full and requires replacing. Sorry I did not have paper in the car today to add in.
Fore!’s geocaching secretary reporting for duty: log replaced after a very below average round of golf...please place it in the lid for easy extraction...cache on...
The outlook is lovely through the morning fog. Shame there is so much barbed wire. I would love to see the falls some day. Thanks for bringing me out here.
The log is looking a little worn and almost full. I signed LHotL to save space TFTC

An evening drive to finally grt out to these caches here at the end of Belconnen. Most were quick finds with ample place to stop and noce views along the way. A very quiet street which makes this a very pleasant cache trail to do.
Quick find using the hint, not a place to linger for attention. All in good order.
What a wired gate. No one people are curious. He should just get rid of the writing. Strange must not be allowed. I have red in the newletter that we might get access to the falls again. Who knows there might be a hiking path leaving from here soon
Thank you Fore! for putting the cache out and maintaining it.

Decided that I should come out and do Parkwood road after doing some hours at work.
Been here a few times, I'd love to actually go beyond the fence and see the falls. Maybe one day soon again.
I don't remember the sign, but it clearly predates any visit I made!

Out on the edge of Belconnen for a day's caching, altho' realise we are in NSW! Oh, so sad to look at the sign above the gate, many years ago I remember going to the falls and canoeing on the Murrumbidgee river, sadly no more, this one took us a little more time than it should have, we had not yet got our eyes into caching mode!! Many, many trucks coming along the road loaded with dirt and seemed to be going into private property with it.
We made much more of this one than should have been the case - Travel-Gran and I out for a few hours respite from retirement - ha ha! Surely this should have been a cadestral road?? Guess too late for protests - missed the bus, as usual. TFTC
We went for a drive after school to get some caches. TFTC.
(Apologies for the late log - late catchup on some missed kids' finds)

I'd been to Ginninderra Falls about 15 years ago, when I first moved to Canberra & this is my first visit back to the carpark. The signs, padlocks & barricading make it much more ummm Fore!boding these days. Quick find with the geokids after school pickup. TFTC!
This one took longer especially with all the muggles driving down this road. Why??? Eventually got the log signed. All good. Kutgw
Our Sunday drive took up several places. Nice bit of country side. Cache found in good condition.
It's a shame the falls are not accessible Signed and placed as found.

Found with Smittengranny and Kittykatch out picking up a few on a lovely arvo to be out and about.cache in good condition. TFTC
Wow someone really doesn't want to share. I was hoping the falls would be easily accessible. I couldn't walk far having the flu, but sitting beside a stream in the warmth of the day listening to water gurgle is just what I was looking for. Oh well. Not to be. Instead I made a quick find of the cache. It's in good condition. Tftc
I returned this morning after seeing owner maintenance since my last DNF. on that cold winter day we looked high and low for no success but this morning with a earthmoving truck for company the cache was soon in hand. I must say the gate to the falls looks like something out of Mad Max. I was glad to be on this side of it. Thanks for maintaining the cache.

jazzy3008 and I headed out to grab a few caches together. We decided to tackle this road, but due to the cold weather we didn't walk between many of the caches, deciding instead to drive it.
jazzy3008 spotted the cache fairly quickly, but the log sheet proved tricky to extract from the container. I did get it in the end. And this brings Fore! back up to equal Fore!th on my list of most found cache owners. I'll need to grab at least one more to return her to her rightful place...

Was out with sumbloke on a beautiful sunny Sunday and decided to grab a few caches after lunch. I’d been wanting to go across the border for some time and this was the opportunity to grab a few of the caches here. The log was a bit hard to extract, luckily sumbloke had a “pen” trick to get the log out. Tftc!
This is number 5 find for today with baby&Mrs gopher. TFTC. We thought we may have been able to see the waterfall But that is some fence.
7359 Located by baby&Mrs gopher with CastleKay and Jack on a bit of time out in the countryside at 1300 . SL Tnx Fore! We thought that we would be able to make our way to the waterfall but the gate turned out to be quite daunting.
Fore!’s geocaching secretary reporting for duty: cache replaced...hint to be updated...cache on!
Fitzy_1965 (F65) and minniek (MK) picked ACTchil (AC) and I (DD) up this morning for a fun caching day around Canberra. Fitzy_1965 had prepared a list of some nice drive by's and other caches aiming for his 16,000th milestone. We p;arked the car and went over to gz, lots of barbed wire got a little spike enough to go and get my glove out of the car, looked around more but to no avail. Maybe it has been muggled or we're not looking in the right spot now. Maybe better luck next time, had a great day anyway thanks F65 and MK.
was out caching with Darzee Di, MiniK and Fitzy1965 but this one wasn't for us and not sure if its been muggled or we were cache blind. tftc anyway Fore!
Fore!'s geocaching secretary checking in: I plan to call past this one on the weekend...
Sad not to see the falls but nice to finally collect this cache. No problems today. Tftc
Another early morning cache hunt in Canberra another one found. Tftc. 8... see pic for what I found at gz
Never been to the falls or this road out here .
Nice quick find .
Many thanks for the cache .

Decided to head out to collect a few local caches today as it seemed that a lot of my caching recently has been interstate. Had to bring informed geodaughter and geohound along for the walk.
Decided to clean up Parkwood road since I was in the area. These were all quickly found with cache and log in good shape.
Thanks Fore! for the cache!

Have had this cache sitting out on the edge of all my founds so came to change it to a found as well. Came today with Shadowstorm1 and had the cache located and found quickly with the hint. Thanks for the cache Fore!
Out for a drive and thought stop by this cache on the way to Belconnen and log in TFTC Fore!
We see the gate got out just as two girls left them we saw the little key case and signed our name
Thought I might be thwarted by private property but easily accessible and managed to sign the log before a muggle arrived and parked close by. TFTC Fore!
Fitzy_1965 and I had a spare hour before heading off to watch a game of soccer. So we headed out for a cache or two to bide our time.
Fitzy had found this before so I headed out on my own. GPS had me walking away from GZ but I knew it had to be there somewhere. Found it when looking at the right angle.

Wednesday 24 May 2017 - mixed weather conditions on this Autumn day flipping between sunny and overcast as the temperature struggled to reach the mid teens after rain overnight. As I was heading to the shops I decided to extend the drive to a walk and picked up 4 from 4 caches getting plenty of fresh air. Loved the views over the rolling green hills, the black cattle/cows in the lush paddocks with the dark storm clouds threatening the Bridabellas Mountains in the distance - picturesque! Quick and easy find. TFTC Fore!
Here 3 years ago with a DNF, all I got was abuse from a person in the quarry and emotionally scarred. To-day I decided to try again. The gates to the property were open and I walked up to the gate for an immediate find this time. Went I got back to the car the property owners arrived and promptly locked the gate whilst I ate my lunch nearby. TFTC.
Found with Decrypter. We decided we wanted to have a short, easy walk, so we decided to go for this cache. We parked about 1/2km away and slowly made our way. I was surprised at the number of trucks going past us. Once we reached GZ I knew why and it wasn't long before we had CIH. Then a slow walk back to the car. TFTC.
Quick find with Trodectus. Interesting to see this place I had not seen since the late 80s when it was open to the public.
Just a couple of meters away we found a Bear (in excellent condition too) cache guardian.
Thanks for the Cache

Was in the area picking up a couple of caches and came to this one. Interesting history here, even the more recent stories. Geodaughter loved being the finder of this one. Tftc!!!
