I actually can't be shagged replacing it when it has been deliberately destroyed.. Who ever did it.. You win!

I'm going to call it. This nasty green dot on my screen is bugging me. I have been wanting to turn it into a smilie since the beginning of the year and turns out it's been missing the whole time. Could the CO please maintain or archive [hopefully maintain ]?
Thanks for Team Chakas for the push to check out this cache... Sadly this hide has been stripped out. The retaining strap has been removed and the cache is gone.. I'm not sure if I'll rebuild this but will make my mind up in the next week or so..
I've just come out to check this one as someone had contacted me to help them, it's no longer here
I sought a hint and returned with half a hope, but still nothing came to light. A local finder has told me he'll try to stop by soon to check it out.
Had another shot at the bastard today. Still has me stumped. There seen to be a few trees down in the area and given the number of DNFs for this one maybe a visit fron the CO might be in order. I know i would feel more confident if i was sure it was there. Maybe next time.
Had a second try at this one today. We didnt have a lot of time but i had made a few notes after reading through the logs last time. GPS still jumping around a fair bit but the best i seem to be able to do is traverse up and down the path looking at every tree within reaching distance from the track. Never mind. A DNF today, but i will study up some more and maybe try again tomorrow as i have a free day and a couple of solved caches to follow up on around these parts .
Total disaster. I imagine I lived out exactly what you were expecting a cacher to go through. I thought I'd spotted a likely nook very early but nothing would emerge for me and my big hands. There was a strange object nearby though, which may have been a retrieval device. Over the course of maybe 90 minutes, I went through a solitary hell. Thoroughly depressed, I'll need a good psych up to return, I think. At one point, I stuck my hand into another low hollow and thought I touched something which moved and touched me back! I jerked my hand out fast enough to draw blood on the back and anxiously searched for puncture wounds, but I don't think there were any. More lessons learnt. Ciao for now!
There was nothing tough about this cache. I was the 'I'm a bastard' series in Adelaide were as easy.
Thanks for the cache Rasta000.

Final cache for the day and Ruzzelz, again accompanied me. The phone was putting me in one spot, and I tried punching the coords into my GPSr, however was not really finding what I wanted.
Soon after spending time looking in rocks and roots, and wood and vines. I took a look at the photo which got us into a much smaller area to search. It did not take long before Ruzzelz mentioned he spotted it and that just left me to take a quick look and make the find. Log was signed and it was back to the car for me, and onward towards home for Ruzzelz.

Out with T-Tech and some other friends we decided that we could not ride past a cache with such a name. We hunted around GZ and found nothing. My GPS had us a fair distance away from the actual GZ. Once again a PAF saved the day. The cache was found by the muggle of the group - nice work
After a great mountain bike ride through the X cache Teamdfl, with a couple of her friends (J1 & J2) and I decided to grab this cache on the way through.
We arrived at GZ and began our search, and search and search. Time to call in a PAF.
So we call IolantheK the PAF Queen. Got her description of what to look for and while still on the phone J2 finds the cache [^]
The cache log book is a wee bit soggy

Took Aunty along with the team for an introduction to geocaching. It was a beautiful afternoon in Brissie and a pleasant change from the weather in Victoria. Everything is so green here!!! This was the cleverest hide we've seen yet! Very impressed that Cub found it!
I had driven past this one on the main road not far away, but it turned out to be a long drive to get closer to this one. The name, the hider and the age of this one drew me to it. 2007 is certainly a respectable age for an active cache, I'll admit I scrolled back to read a bunch of the earlier logs, many from before my caching time.
I had Net88 with me who had found it before but was offering no help other than telling me how she had taken the 'long way' in to this one. So the GPSr soon settled on a spot in this mnice patch of greenery and the hunt was on. I had my eyes on 'high beam' ready to spot anything not quite right. It didn't take me long, maybe a few minutes to spot it. I think father time and mother nature have made this one a bit easier than it originally was, but still a well camoed container. All in good condition here. Thanks for this somewhat challenging cache and for maintaining it for so long Rastas000

Did not have much luck looking at the published coordinates today, so widened our search a bit and Jenn found the cache quickly. Looks like most of the camo paint is gone from the container which made it easy to spot . If the container was repainted I reckon this one would be a lot harder to find TFTC Rastas000.
Find #250 .
Searched around GZ with no luck . Decided to widen the search when I found the cache . Sneaky hide . All is good with the cache . Found with Matt_Eth . TFTH Rastas000 .

Passed some semi naked muggles (shorts and bare chests) on the way in doing the jogging thing.
Took a little while to find as there were lots of things to look at and lots of trees overhead and rushing water in the creek nearby but I eventually had the cache in hand.
GPS took me on the GPS dance for a little while.
A dog came to join me but took off back to its owner when I spoke to it.
Water was creeping up under the bridge but I had on my gumboots and had an umbrella.
I can't say as the name suggests for the day as it is Australia Day and I am out here in the bush happy to be a 5th Generation Australian even though I was wet as a shag on a rock.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks Rastas000 All good with this cache

Wasn't too hard, don't go over the top with looking, nice cache in an area with heaps
I was out for the morning caching around Samford when I spotted this one on the map.
Given my user name I just had to have a go.
After a short search I had it in hand.

This cache was found on an overcast day of caching with barbbowman and fasted 59.
I had just parted ways with barb and fasted and was heading home, but I decided at the last minute to pull in and get this cache, seeing as I was driving past it anyway. I wanted to be very quick though because my Geodaughters were all tired and grumpy and I still had errands to run on the way home. After a short search of the area because my GPSr wouldn't narrow in (clouds and trees), I tried PAF to barb, but got no answer. As soon as I decided I would have to leave this one for another time, I spied a possible hiding spot and there it was!! Not as tricky as I was expecting, but still devillish

Arrived at GZ expecting I probably will have to resort to a PAF option, however only just a short search and I found it!!
Well, it was quite exposed and not in the manner I believe it was initially intended. So spent quite some time trying to get it back to its former nature, however, this will only last until the next find, so it might be worth having a look at this and seeing what can be done??
Anyway, I really liked this, it would have been awesome back in the day!!
Thanks Rastas000, Favourite point from me!

Three sets of eyes can search a lot of area in a short time which is good because I was way off on this one. Once spotted it was quickly signed and returned to its hiding location. TFTC
This one was found quickly, signed log and was onwards for the next one. TFTC
Well we parked up on the road, thinking that it was a pretty dull, ordinary sort of road, but the Geobeast was moaning to get out so I did... We walked down the road, noticed a little path down towards the creek line and entered a magic network of paths, trees, creeks and wildlife! Quick easy find of a lovely creative hide and we are set to happily roam around here exploring for a few hours! TFTC
I've been putting this one off for ages, basically because of its name, but it was nowhere near its difficulty rating. I had a lovely shady walk through the bush, crossed the creek a couple of times on sturdy bridges, arrived at GZ and found the cache in the first place I looked Nice! The logbook is damp but still usable. TFTC, Rastas000.
second time out and i found it . nearly got bitten by a load of ants when looking in the wrong place though. book a bit damp with a small hole in the little bag, other than that looks fine.
Found fairly easily. Never know what to expect at some of these hides.
Thanks for a great hide Rastas000

Find #1095, being the 6th of 10 today.
I've been called a lot worse. Actually, I think net88 called me a lot worse several tiems today - and I KNOW she was thinking it most of the afternoon.
Thanks, Rastas000 for the cache.

Found with Stairman1 and geodog.
The day was coming to a close but we couldn't resist grabbing this one. We parked our car and let some muggles with their dog walk past before heading in for this one. Stairman1 located the cunning little hide. Thanks Rastas000

Wow i don't know if it is because both P` and i know a lot of bastards or if this particular bastard was in a good mood today but he was quite easy to find. We approached GZ and i said "I bet its there" P` put on his anti spider glove and sure enough there it was. We tried to cover it up a little more, since we found it so quickly we thought it may have been uncovered by an animal who also likes that spot? Thanks for the cache Rastas
Had prepared ourselves for a long hunt but the walk took much longer than the find. Good hide but we must be thinking like you because hit it straight away.
It seems I made a wee error on my 1st log with this one [B)] so I am hoping to redeem myself with my new log
We arrived at the parking area and it was quite wet with all the rain recently - Mr Herbz gallently piggy backed Mrs Herbz across the raging waters due to footware issues unfortuantely my camera was not at the ready and I missed getting a pic
I had heard about this one so much from Bedmaker I actually thought it was his but as it turned out it is one of Mr Rastas000.
I knew this was not going to be easy and I p'd Mr Gap for a hint but he wasn't helpful as he had failed to find it
So it was look here, look there, tug on this, pull on that......and just as I was about to ask for some help from another....Mr Herbz came up with the goodies
Oh what a devilish hide I love it....a LOT!!!!
We rehide it quite well as Mr Herbz had caught a glimpse of something not quite right - Mr Gap is now asking me for a hint but I think I'll make him sweat it out a bit
TFTC Mr Rastas000 just fantastic

The name says it all. Fortunately, I tumbled fairly quickly, but could have spent hours stumbling around looking for this one. Had to attack this one from Lanita Rd as access from Samford road side is closed due to council works.

After returning from finding a nearby cache we remembered that this was still not a smiley for us. Hey, we're only about 200m away. Let's do it. Now - how to interpret these clues. Hmm. No. No. No. Oh - there it is! Very sneaky and a clever little design

this was kinda easy as it was still kinda exposed... re-covered certain aspects a bit more... lovely spot though
I approached the area with trepidation after reading a few of the previous logs.
I knew it would not be a conventional hide so I started looking for a few non-conventional spots. The GPS was not helping to narrow to down so I had a few to search. Finally I spied something different but it still took a bit of juggling before I had the cache in my hand.
Thanks Rastas

4th for the day, The Mrs found this while I struggled with the smartphone gps and tree cover again. Nice hide Rastas TFTC SL returned as found.
Intrigued by the name, we thought we would pop in after completing Bushranger series nearby. Got dark quickly so with only an iPhone light available, we let this one go. Will come back in daylight when over this way again
I was in the area with MrsW and dropped by to show her this cache. Found the logbook a soggy mess......and replaced said logbook. All good now.

976 - Arrived at GZ and did a quick lay out of the land. Then read through the previous logs to get a feel for where the cache wouldn't be. Then started a search in the nice quiet park and found something that looked a bit unusual after about 5 mins into our search. Then I discovered why the cache was named what it is, as it took a good few minutes to extract it from its hiding spot. Just after we signed the log at 2:16pm, two groups of muggles descended upon us from opposite directions at the same time. Wow, lucky that could have been awkward. Thanks for a great cache Rastas000.
Thought I might of had to climb up a tree for this cache, but was not too bad. The cache concealment is very good TFTC
We were nearby looking for some puzzle caches and decided to check this one out. It was a clever little hide, but with a bit of a hint from modelbears, we soon had it in hand. TFTC Rastas000
We grabbed a nearby puzzle and decide to give this one a go. For entertainment modelbear (as a previous finder) sat back and enjoyed us look through things at different angles before Just a Trifle was able to pull out the cache.

2nd time lucky for us on this utterly sneaky hide. It was our last for the day and we were ready to give up after about 10 minutes, when i spotted it. Nice hide, thanks Rastas000
I searched almost during an hour but didnt find anything. I Will come back and try another day. Anyway, tftc
Searched and searched. For some reason I thought this was high up in the branches. Then I searched under everything, even the @#$% rock wall. I was just starting to compilewhat I would write in my DNF comments and how I would come back and search again when ta da. Second time one like this has go me. Thanks for a great hunt and cache Rasta.
Funny ,we took the wrong track in ,had to do a bit of bush bashing to get there ,found the easy way back to the car.
This was cache # 13 of 23 for the day, on a great day out caching around the hills. This one was not as hard as I thought it was going to be, my keen eye soon spotted this one, looked like a nice spot for a picnic. My thanks to Rastas000 for the cache.
Tried to nip in and find this one on my way home from work. No luck.
Next time I try, I'll try to reach it from the path, as you suggested.
I was bush bashing in work attire, flinching everytime I heard a jogger approaching.
"Just having a nature pee" was my excuse should any jogger sneak up and see me there...
Will try again later.

Second time lucky, the joy of finding a cache and turning the failure of a NDF to a "found it". A moment of inspiration took us straight there, not suprised we had such a struggle last time. Great camouflage, thanks.
Fangsoki suggested that I check this one out. After searching in all the wrong areas for a while.... and then for a bit more, I spotted the suspect item and in no time the cache was in hand.

Ah yes.. Micros in the bush.. my favourite.. NOT I had read the logs on this one previously and was not looking forward to a possible DNF. Approached GZ and began the hunt. As predicted, there was a lot of GPSr bounce. The GPSr was pointing to two different places. Hunted for about 15 minutes and examined each of the two areas with my best "Thinker" pose. Then I noticed something that wasn't quite right - and SUCCESS! A very clever little hide - even if it a micro in the bush In the spirit of the show that gave the inspiration to the cache's name - "Is it just me, or is that cockroach shuffling too loudly?"

I'd been this way last year, and searched for this one without luck. Thankfully my GPSr has been upgraded since then, so I was able to get a better idea of where this one would be. I seached in one location, nope. Then I stood back and something didn't quite seem right. BINGO! I had the cache in hand at Midday.
Thanks for the cache, Rastas

Tried for this one before work today, without luck, before i had to go. I'll be back next week to try again.
NyletaM and I decided to look for this one as we were in the area doing others.
We had a lot of GPS bounce when at the GZ, so started a systematic search of the area.
Funnily enough, when we finally found the cache, it was in the location our GPS led us to in the first place.
The cache is in good condition and very well hidden (took as a while to find this one)

What a fabulous hide, love the work that went into this one. It must have taken us close to 30min to find it and we had pretty much given up when I went into a cache trance, walked up to it and grabbed it. TFTC
Nice hide! There are just so many obviously b@stardly places that looked likely. The iPhones had us scrambling all over the place but the little etrex pointed right to the cache. Not such a b@stard at all, really TFTC Rastas000!
After a bit of a read I decided this cache required a think rather than a hunt so I when got close to GZ I stood and just looked. Tested a couple of possibilities before spying the hiding spot. Great hide! TFTC
Did 10 caches 2day with AmbulareSimia and this was by far the most difficult cache of the day, but also the most satisfying.Very tricky. From memory, based solely on the name, i think it had been a fairly unanamous decision to do this one 2day, now, no matter what. I'm sure everyone that's attempted it has said "huh can't be that bad" My bad. It was. The rain was absolutely bucketing down by the time we got 2 the GZ, and to make it worse, our gps's seemed to keep changing their minds as to where the thing was. When it was eventually found by the geodaughter (excellent work), we must have been a good 25 meters from the first position the gps gave us. This was a really awesome hide and it's these caches that keep us on our toes. Thanx for this Cache Rastas000
Finally found at around 1700 with Loupyloo.
OMG, we must have looked for this one for over half an hour and we were almost ready to give up - what with the driving rain soaking us through to our undies, and a badly behaved GPS - when the Geodaughter just headed over and picked it up.
Sense of achievement? You betcha After this, we decided it was time to go home and dry off. This certainly was a b@$tard. TFTC Rastas000
