Its a nice park, but the owner hasnt actioned the DNFs, needs maint logs or my email to them. Its time for this to be archived.
It looks very much like this cache is gone. An owner check would be appreciated.
Have to agree with the last 5 logs. We spent a long time searching and didn't find even a sgn of it. Maybe it's been muggled or removed in a clean up. Disappointing!!
Another disappointment at Noosa. I thought that after the DNF reported in June through to October Pinnaroo may have been checked and restored but apparently not. Disappointing.
The area looks like it's been cleaned up here, could that log have been cleared? Too many muggles at the picnic area to have a good poke around. Maybe next time!
TFTC. Found this one while holidaying in Australia from NZ. Kids had been hoping to see a cane toad while here, but didn't expect this cache to be protected by one!! Managed to encourage him out of the way with a gentle prod of a stick, then could log cache.
On walkabout while visiting family. What enthusiasm & sharp eyes they have. Lovely park.
Nice park with an easy find. Just the sort of caches we love. Watch out for the spiders!! A few muggles around.

Found whilst on a trip to get some groceries from the shops. As others have said, it's about 7 metres from the listed co-ordinates, but luckily it's in an obvious spot.

Found with nathanr.au - the cache was peeping out of its hidey hole and I also uncovered a large spider while retrieving the cache...

Found it with crushernz...Eventually just started looking at all hollow logs in the area once realising co-ords were out.
In macarena, out koala.
The correct coordinates for it are as follows:
S 26* 23.867
E 153* 05.249
Maybe the cache was relocated as the old coordinates there is a hollow log but seems to of rotted completely.

Found on the way home from Noosa, yes there is abour 20m difference from the listed coordinates. Cache in good condition, and the park was very quiet and peaceful, difficult to find in noosa! Thanks for the cache. Andrew and Maryan.

Quick find for us this morning of a few caches to hit today we hope.
Easily seen from a distance of 10metres away.
Wonder how long it will stay. Covered up a little with some leaf litter to hide a bit more.

Spoke to the owner and its probably missing. We found a scrap of black plastic bag, but that is all. Didn't have any problems with the coords, had put us near enough to search where it should have been.
Had a good look for this one to no avail. I suggest you check its still there. Found some plastic which looked loke it may have come from a cache.
2 Kiwis in a park that we wouldn't have found otherwise. A bit chiily to stay long. A quick cache before breakfast. TNLN
An easy find for this one - I could spy where it would be as I approached - TNLN, TFTC.
After reading the logs deciede to just look for the clue. Found quickly by Sunshine T who seemed eager to move on to the next cache spot. TFTC.
Found @ 1210 few muggles around even in the rain, found cache easily, TNLN TFTC and the nice area around it.
I was searching at GZ when I got a call of "found it" from Roz. "What's that! It can't be over there.". 18 metres away from GZ. Had to wait for muggles to pass before replacing the cache. TNLN.
Nice easy quick find, and no one around, cache exposed a bit made it even easier. T air freshner L Rememberance day poppy. TFTC

glad I read the clue and logs. Fairly easy find once I had cleared the area of cobwebs with my face. Took geocoin, left flower fridge magnet. Tftc
Found this one pretty quickly at 0920hrs. It was definately further away than the co-ords listed but heck, the clue gives it away. (My GPS had a 16mtr difference)
I had just completed the log and was having a look around before going back to where the cache had been when a muggle came along and set up a camper chair and cracked a coldie! To top it off he was facing towards the cache area and once he saw me started asking if I was looking for birds. So off I went, without the cache, to have a chat about birds and why he sits in his own chair and not the concrete ones in the park. I noted that the bottle he was drinking from was very full so guessed that he would be there for a while.
I eventually broke free and headed off and picked up the cache and decided to take it for a drive around Noosa. I returned a couple of hours later to find that he was gone and the council workers had moved in. Fortunately as they were getting their mower off the truck I quickly replaced the cache Now that was a cache that I really enjoyed!
Took - geocoin SL TFTC
P.S. I didn't see the German geocoin in the cache as I was a tad rushed by my friend.

My wife did found this cache first. The coordinates are very exactly. We put a GeoCoin from Switzerland in it, because we are from Switzerland. It's interesting to see, which journey this Geocoin now will do.

Nearly didn't find it, until I read the other comments about it being approx. 30m from the stated coordinates, which I can also confirm. Easy find once you know that! TNLN, TFTC.
Drove almost all the way round the park before Mrs Bent and I walked down from up the hill.
GPSr placed us 22m away but after reading the previous log expanded my search. Thanks Cooroy Scouts, I have my eye on a few other of your caches over the next few days.

I was very happy to find this one. After a long walk (up around 25 km now) on my day of caching Noosa on foot, and a couple of dnf's I was starting to think I'd never make find #11 for the day. The GPSr again gave me a few problems but after circling around I found the cache - actually in a spot I walked past, thought it was a good spot for the cache, but dismissed because the the GPSr still said another 30 m. Thanks Cooroy Scouts for today's caches. I enjoyed the walk.
This one was offline last time we were in the area so once we saw that it was active again we put it on our todo list. There were a few hollow logs to choose from but we finally found the right one. The Mini Inks were wrapped to see some swings so they didn't take part in the search.

Out and about on foot today. Walked up and over from Noosa beach. Nabbed this one after a lunch.
Pinpointed the cache location but had to wait for a man at the bus stop to move on before reteiving the cache. Took: Commanders Scout 3 TB and keyring, Left: waterpistol TFTC
Easy drive up find in a very flooded park. Dropped off Commander Scout TB, took luggage tag.
AAAARRRRGGGGHHHHHHH 399 caches down, 1 more needed for that milestone. I had actually given up for the night, after a phone call from those back at the Coffee Conclave, seeking my return. But, in true caching tradition, this one came up on the radar, so how could I resist. The closest I came to the cache on the road was about 50 metres, but I discovered a footpath ran down the hill, much closer to GZ, so, I rolled down with lights off. After about 10 minutes, dammit, another DNF.

Found quickly with geoparents - the cache was very much exposed. Tried to cover better. Took geocoin. TFTC
A sweet spot, great to find this kind of place in such an urban environment. The world’s most inquisitive brush turkey came running over when he saw us pulling the cache out, only halting a metre away and doing circles. New recruit, perhaps? The coordinates seemed correct for us, although we've had many, many coordinates being out quite a distance up this way. Must be some weird influence! TFTC! =’.’=
No muggles, just the very inquisitive and totally fearless brush turkey. Either he thought the cache was our lunch box or he was a guardian of it as he made a quick beeline for it as soon as we retrieved it. TFTC
Hmmm - this was fun. We searched for a while without any joy. I fired up the PDA and read the recent logs. Hang on - another set of coordinates. Let's give these a go.
Dak's coordinates were spot on - found the cache in the first spot we looked. The GeoKid was disappoined - she had to leave the park!
No swaps today. Thanks for the cache!

#18 of 27 finds on the Sunshine Coast in company with The Garner Family and HawMorFords. We found this one at 1205. This one took us a lot longer than we expected, because we found the coordinates to be out by about 12-15m! HMF finally found it, and we each recorded our coordinates. They were roughly the same, so I've attached the average to this log. I made no exchange. Thanks to cooroy scouts for the cache. Cheers, dak.
Our fifty-fourth find of a weekend's caching on the Sunshine Coast in the company of The Garner Family (Mr) and dak's Emu Mob.
We found a park fairly close by and enjoyed a nice stroll along to the cache in the drizzling rain.... which is a rare treat for us! It took quite a while to find this one as we were miles away initially. Eventually, as our search widened, TGF came up with it. Thanks to cooroy scouts for the cache. #1877

Find #18 of 27 for the day in the company of dak's Emu Mob and HawMorFords - found at 12:08pm.
There were certainly plenty of spots to hide a cache in this area but initially none of them seemed to match the description or the hint. When we did find the cache we all noticed that it was about 17m away from the posted co-ordinates. dak recorded some updated co-ordinates and will post these with his log.
We did like the location & the nature of the hide which proved quite elusive. TFTC.
