Park was completely empty, except for GZ. Always my luck. Pulled it off after waiting. Tftc!
On our way home to Wood County TX and saw this cache pop up. Decided to take a break. Enjoyed the town and lots of parking available for larger RVs etc. Great hide and a neat cache. Log is full and needs to be replaced by the CO or next cacher. We were not prepared. SL. Thanks for bringing us to this area. This is a favorite...
Hittin' the road with Rockdawg350, Big Bend-bound. We swerved off I-10, as I received a last minute summoning for jury duty in Hudspeth County. The verdict: Guilty - for too much High Life in the park. TFTSentencing.
Found some time ago as part of the RETIKON Team. I now have my own account and am logging previous finds using my own cache name. TFTC SL
Tourists from Minnesota heading for a Road Scholar program in Big Bend National Park. Made a stop and found the cache. Nice area. TFTC.
Making our way on down the road one cache at a time. TreyB and I are making a county run. Today it snowed on us at every cache. Great times! TFTC!!
Road trip with annaLasagna and rootee2t. Made a quick find here at 3:40 PM. We interrupted some kind of militia training exercise, but they weren't interested in learning about caching. Their loss...nice hide.

The seventh cache for Muggleman Dave and I on our 1st day of our 3000 mile, two week road trip from San Antonio to Phoenix AZ- Sant Cruz, CA - Sacramento, CA - Las Vegas, NV (where we are getting married) - Winslow, AZ - Santa Fe, NM - Ruidoso, NM - San Angelo, TX and then back to San Antonio.
Thanks for the quick grab!!!
Thanks for the quick grab!!!
Shiniest thing in a sad little town. Hope everything improves for everyone. I think the "needs maintenance" tag can be taken off.
We stopped here for lunch, cache and restroom. The cache was fun, it was too cold to eat and the restrooms are disgusting. On to van Horne. TFTH
US11. It was only a bit off the road, but it was a great park with great facilitates, and none of the through traffic stopped here while I was here. A bit of a pity. I meant there was no pressure getting the cache. Thanks.

Got to watch the local team practice for a while -- I think they were split into smaller squads and were scrimmaging each other. Shortly after we finished replacing the cache I started looking around the park to see if there were restrooms available -- when I finally gave up and started walking to the truck two schoolboys cut through the park near where the cache was apparently on their way home from school -- glad we found the cache as fast as we did!
