This sure is a nice park and I remember we were telling tall tales as we arrived, so Whint, Gambler, Net88 and myself piled out of the car laughing about some silly story. We strolled along the path towards GZ and when we arrived, found a spot that matched the hint. After an extensive prod around, no cache was located. With the previous DNF's, I daresay this one has left us. I second that NM log before mine. Hopefully next time..
This one appears to be gone unfortunately

Nope, I don't think it's with us anymore, unfortunately. I found the clue and had a pretty good look around but there was nothing to be seen.
Could not find this on first visit. The council have done some modifications to the cach location. Not sure if it still exists. Could someone who has already found it double back a check it hasn't become extinct.
DNF at 18:25 because it wasn't a particularly nice place to search after the recent rain.
A cache check might be a good idea as water appears to have gotten as high as the likely cache location.

Like others before me...THIS NEEDS SOME MAINTENANCE
No lid and totally soaked logbook. Could not sign.

Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
After parking nearby we headed in for a quick find this afternoon, this cache is in desperate need of maintainance.

Never found a cache before in so much need of maintenance that was actually where it was supposed to be. TFTH
Found it but the lid of the cache was missing and the whole thing is full of mud. Needs a new log book now to. TFTH
As DrChook says, really needs some love. No lid, logbook doing backstroke in the cache. I thought I even heard a cry for help.
Up from Adelaide for a conference so it was time to get in some long-distance caching. Found OK but really needs some love. Are lgbooks able to swim?? TFTC happyharries.
This cache seriously needs some maintenance - whilst the hiding place is secure, there is no lid on the cache and the log book is unusable. The clue in the bottom remains intact.
Easy find - clue was dead giveaway. Cache needs some serious maintenance - there is no lid on the container, the log book is completely soaked through but the clue in the bottom is intact (thank goodness for laminating). TFTC
was about to give up after searching for 10 mins when I spotted the solution to the clue...found. no lid, everything soaking...so couldn't sign log.

The cache took a little while to find We were paying too much attention to the clue and it wasn't helping us. When we did fnd the cache, it was sodden and muddy inside and out so we couldn't sign the logbook but took a photo of it to confirm is necessary. We weren't here at the right time to see a hot air balloon. I think it would make for a fantastic sight though. TFTC
Unfortunately I had left my repair kit home and we found this cache sitting in a very damp spot on the ground, completely saturated and mouldy making it impossible to sign the log. I have replaced the cache in a drier position still at the approximate co-ords. Perhaps the next visitor could bring a spare log book and plastic bag.
Mr Bushies2 went there by himself while I played with our dog at the park...he couldn't find it.
Found this morning, but as previous logs have said, the log book and contents are absolutely soaked so couldn't sign the log book.

Quick find but unable to leave the mark of the wombat. as mentioned by other finders this cache is very wet, needs new logbook and other contents are beyond saving. Nice spot, enjoyed the park. TFTC.
This one was found fairly easily, once we looked at photos! Another gr8 one for the kids. Ta!

The whole area was saturated ...... as I walked in the grass the water came up over my joggers ...[xx(]... the stash was quickly found ...... however upon opening it I was confronted with water ...... and everything totally wet. Managed to get a stamp on the bit of paper, however this really needs attention.

Great area here. Loved the walk to GZ. as mentioned the log book was too wet to sign so we signed a small temp log someone has already left. Thanks also for water proofing the cache.

Was debating whether to do this one, but once we found that it was an open feild we were off. GPS spot on and cache was on hand. A stick in the open feild almost impalled me! TFTH. TNSLLN

Thank you for the "hint" - that sealed the deal for us!!

This is a nice shady spot to cool off during the heat of the day. As mentioned earlier, the container needs drying out - the log sheet was just too wet to sign. After this, I enjoyed the walking path from the park to Coorparoo business area, and stopped a while to watch the lawn bowlers. TFTC!
I know a few people full of hot air - but thankfully this cache was not about them. TomTom did very well getting me as close to the cache as possible for this one. Afte a brisk, nightly walk I arrived at GZ and found it after a small hunt. As reported, the logbook is very wet. I did sign the log though. TFTC happyharries
Quickly found the cache, but as previously reported the log book needs replacing. TFTC!
Found this one quite easily, a little worse for wear. Tis quite soggy but pretty good considering the recent flooding. There were a few muggles in the park but far enough away to not be annoying no sign of any hot air balloon though. Happy hunting all
This was cache # 18 of 30 for the day, on another nice warm days caching. A nice walk to find the cache, this one was rather wet and slimy. My thanks to happyharries for the cache.
Found the cache late at night when we visited pyroice42 in Brisbane.Hike58, Pyroice42 and Hoppi56 walked the geodog Milo and did some maintenance at the muteny cache. SL and LN but took the TB LS4J4A to get it moving again. Thanks Hoppi56
Found cache with Hoppi56 and geo dog Milo.
Took Travelbug with us to go up North.
Thanks for the cache and a nice walk in the park.

Rained the night before and so we thought that it might be hard to get the cache without getting very muddy. Luckily the ground was drier than it looked. In the end, a nice easy find. Took a toy soldier for the geokids and left a travel bug.
In the area collecting a mystery. Recognised the place immediately as being where I had my hot air balloon flight launch from just 3 weeks previously! That was a lovely today and so was today!
Took the travel bug and signed the log.

Found by Mary & David at 1105. Fascinated to see mangroves so close to the CBD. Luckily Mary was wearing essence of Aerogard this morning. Our thanks to happyharries.
Found in good condition which is great considering the amount of water that appears to have gone through! Good thing we had 2 GPS units running as the GPS60 decided not to play nice. TFTC happyharries
Found it during a midnight stroll through the park. Little damp from the recent flooding but still there/intact. Might want to wait till we get a bit more sun before hunting for this one.
Well I thought it was here, but your clue threw me off a little before I set out. I jumped to the conclusion that B2685 referred to a traffic signal box. (look at the yellow plates on the boxes next to each set of lights in Brissie and you'll see what I mean.) Rode through the Norman Creek bikeway, arrived at GZ and all was revealed...

Found at 0759. A quick find using the clue although I found nothing with reference to the name as with the rest of the series. Must of approached it from the wrong direction. Cache OK and dry. TFTC.
Was starting to get quite overcast as I got out of the car to look for this one. Felt quite pleased with myself that I found it quickly... but not quick enough! Just as I opened the cache the rain started to pour down! Signed the log while trying to keep it and the contents of the cache as dry as possible before returning to the car completely drenched. TFTC
Quite a scary little spot as it was almost dark, after a thunderstorm and I felt like I might fall into the mud here and never be seen again. I had a fair idea where it must be but I decrypted the clue to make it easier, signed the log and made my mistake before I got devoured by mosquitoes!
This is another one of those places that I would never have known about if not for the cache hidden there. A quick, easy find but I forgot to grab the clue so will go back another day.
Thanks for the cache.

Nice walk through the park to find this one. Cache and contents in good shape except for the pencil, it needs replacing but I didn't have one on me today. TNLN TFTC
Found it after a short stroll, never noticed it until today.
When I came across it though the lid was removed and I feared someone had muggled it, however contents were intact.
Took nothing left nothing but a log entry

unfortunately I wasn't here for an inflation, but enjoyed the bike ride nevertheless. cheers
Mr and Mrs Mad found this whilst geokid free - they were just around the corner at a flute workshop - so we snuck off and did some geocaching whilst in the area. No hot air balloons for us to see - too late in the day - but we did look at all the modern art work on the way into the cache - well some could be called art work. Thanks for the cache.
Nice lunch time stroll through the park. Quick find.

Nice quick find this afternoon with Silver Sovereign.
Very quiet in the area so we were free to conduct business in the open.
Took nothing, left Shiloh Geocoin.

Must have lost my mojo. There was nothing cache like at GZ. Suspect I was not looking in the obvious place.

Nice little walk along the creek on this very warm Melbourne Cup Day. Thanks for the hint, didn't really want to tackle the masses of spider webs on the "other side". Took nothing but the clue. Thanks for the cache happyharries - svn07
Very first cache down under. Very nicely done... didn't see any hot air balloons though. Thanks for the cache.
Working just around the corner this morning so took a slight detour and went for a pleasant stroll for this one. TFTH
