Wel, we had absolutely no trouble with WP1. PB leapt out and found it in a few moments on the day that we looked for it. We entered the co-ords for the final, and discovered that we were going in quite the wrong direction, so saved it until our trip back home again.
The final was at a place that Annie quite enjoyed looking at, however initially we did not have any success with the cache at all. So we returned in disappointment to the cachemobile, and were just about to drive off when PB exclaims, ' I know where it is!' He re-read a few logs and then went back to check out his theory - which turned out to be correct. The cache was returned to a location that more closely corresponds with the hint found in WP1, because it was nowhere near that spot when he found it.
So, all in all, this cache is in fine form, and able to be found quite readily, so perhaps it should be enabled again.

There seems to be a problem with one or other of the waypoints. I'll check them out and fix what is wrong.

We started this one on 24/10/08 but were going the wrong way to complete it. So here we were intend on closure and looking for entirely the wrong kind of "obk". Very clever!
Quick find at final, have always meant to stop at the final spot but never got round to it so it was great to have an excuse to stop! Took 2 keyrings, Left McDonalds toy and whistle. TFTC
Having failed to find the cache recently, we read the logs from previous cachers and took note of their hints.

Number one for my day out caching, pity I killed the car at the end of it, nothing like a roll down the bank to put some dents in it All fine though no one hurt!
Well this one was a bit special as it was our 100th cache! Being a multi was great - cute place to end up. TFTC

[Nice multi although the final is in the wrong direction if you’re heading] south.
[Found the final without the hint. At the moment, the hint is misleading anyway. The cache isn’t where the hint says,] but at the left corner of the building if you’re standing in front of it].

Although we had worked out the general location of the cache, we decided to do it properly, using the waypoint. This was found without any real difficulty, but although the hint indicated pretty clearly the location of the cache, we were unable to find it, and wonder if it has gone.
4.30pm. With the help of prior logs & hint we made quick work of locating wp1 but were surprised with results. Off we went to eventual success. An interesting history lesson. As muzza says it does depend on interpretation. Tftc. [8d] m & p.
Got very wet at WP1, as there is a leak. Emptied all water out of cache. I guessed where GZ was, glad to find I was right. Go past 2x a week, have finally stopped there. Very interesting. Left a pedometer in honour of the miles these people must have walked, - child cancer key ring. TFTC.
This was quite hard but once we found the Cache the clue was spot on. The next part was also quite hard to find but we did. I think this Cache had been moved but it does depend on how you interpret the clue.
Way point one was a fantastic curiosity it would be great to see it a working museum, wp on way down and final on way back from Invercargill. TFTC
After a bit of research, I discovered what/where the final area was. A quick park up and investigation of the final area (took a peek inside). Didn't take too long to turn up a cache and so the waypoint had successfully been bypassed.
TFTC indeed and, as always, cheers.

Only went to GZ as enough hints all over the page that I didn't need to go to Benhar. Should this be a separate cache? (the two points are reasonably far apart).
TFTC. Picked up a TB that was listed as being in The Stone Arch.
#7 of 10 on a trip south...

No problem finding the first waypoint. Had a muggle close by. Had to refuel our vehicle in Balclutha before heading to Waypoint No. 2. The hint pointed us to the wrong side of the door but with many eyes, we found the cache in good condition. Thanks for bringing us to this interesting spot.
2 DNF's, something's up .... will take a look at WP2 again, maybe the gardener has done some maintenance since I looked at this cache last.
Two very interesting historical locations, thanks for taking me there. Found WP1 easily, but failed on the final cache after a careful search, even with the hint. I doubt that it is still there. Worth a visit nonetheless, thanks!
Out and about hunting a couple at the end of a busy day with local Vets... One more before dinner... Came to WPT 1 and once the GPSr settled down I figured out I should stop scrambling down banks among the bushes and vines!!! sheesh..!
Think about it..!
Ohhhh duh.. found.. Nice placement..
Worked out coords for final... Yikes thats a way away...??
Decided to go for dinner and pick Final up in the morning on way to Milton Vets.
Next Day.. Stopped at GZ.. Nice historic place.. Worked out clue and searched in the likely spot... scratched.. poked and prodded and "NOTHING"....
It must be there as owner has recently done maintenance but I certainly couldn't find it..
Oh well.. An excuse to come back another day.
Thanks for making me stop. It is a nice museum display.

Something ran over the cache!! I will reposition it and list the new co-ordinates as soon as possible!
Had a good look around Benhur brick works, no sign of WP1, roading has been altered, drove to the sod cottage, lovely spot, quick find. TFTH
Great wee cache, have driven past final location, just like I did to day and said, " that need a cache" ( Well done )
Many Thanks Bitsprayer

did this cache when on a course at telford.was right on my suspicions to where cache was hidden.great cache,TFTC
Both locations have interesting history. Had to back track to final location as we were heading south. Crossed our minds that this may have been better as two caches and then it wouldn't have mattered which way people were travelling.

Looked a bit bleak at the first spot - there had obviously been some terrain change! Looked at the clue and went for the best fitting spot and there it was! No problem at the final, thanks.
Lucky to find the first cache, due to roadworks. Have re-instated it as best we could according to the additional hint. Enjoyed having a look around Benhar and the final cach site.Took Broach Left Aussie Penny. TFTC.
I recall visiting the McSkimmings factory on a school trip (Economics class I think) when it was still operating. I think we went to the cheese factory at Stirling on the same trip. I remember the Benhar factory being a bit of a "dark Satanic mill". Haven't stopped at the final location for many years. But it hasn't changed! Lots of road works (and therefore delays) on the Milton-Balclutha Road. Obviously they aren't recognising Anniversary Day today! Took Suzuki badge, left Child Cancer foundation keyring. TFTC. Oh, this was the FTF. Haven't had one of those for a couple of months. Too much competition these days
