Cache was half full of water so emptied out, contents mostly OK but logbook saturated and unusable. Container looks OK so might need a slight rethink/replace.
As Richary mentioned the cache is wet at the moment.
Taking offline until we fix it.

Easy find, though as I pulled up one of the locals obviously wondered why I had stopped there as she drove up, did a U turn and parked 50m behind me watching. So nonchalantly got out of the car and pretended I had just stopped for a smoke. That seemed to satisfy her and she moved on from when the cache was quickly found. Unfortunately it was half full of water and the logbook was unusable so just left a card instead. TNLNSL, thanks 2Dudez.
Found at 1540 by the Mudster clan + 1 on a trip to the nearby Tangled Maze. After the official approval from Mrs Mud we will now find the remaining 3 of the "First Name Basis" series on our next trip this way. Thanks for an enjoyable easy cache - particularly when dragging around two 7yo boys. Their interest quickly vapourises if the cache is not in hand within 30 seconds of leaving the car! Number 2 of 2 2Dudez caches for the day.

A nice quick grab. Took the toad and one resident earwig and left a key ring.
Found at 1445. Took a quick detour from Creswick on the way home to Wodonga to grab this one. The geowife and I spent the afternoon working our way around the The Tangled Maze. Suffice to say, the cache was a lot less challenging.

Found a few days ago, but I have been too busy to log it. Don't you hate it when work gets in the way of your caching.
The container was a bit damp, but all contents are okay.

the last cache of 12 today while out touring around with Mrs acts2. Another one of the series done and a nice quick one at that, I almost left my gps behind as we got to the intersection I realized and we made a quick turn around to retrieve it.
My thanks to 2Dudez for the cache.
My thanks to 2Dudez for the cache.
We had to deviate a little to go here in honour of our friend Dean. The farmer mowing the pddock behind the cache must have thought us a little strange. Tooka squishy lizaard who had suffered fropm teh water in the cache and wa svery soggy. Left dice which woudl not suffer form water damage. Dried the cache out as best we could.
Oops - missed a couple of logs from our recent trip to Victoria - TFT series of caches
Found 8.30am
A nice easy start to our trip to Ballarat, was a quick find and having dried the inside out a bit we signed the log and dropped it back in it's hiding spot.

Found by edmil & maddie. We'd had enough of micros in Ballarat; no not really, we were actually heading for Daylesford for lunch and then to start on our way home. This one Just popped up on the radar and I had to do it, I say I because at this stage maddie was hungry and wanted her coffee - believe me not a good combination. Well I had my way and we grabbed the last cache of the weekend. Thank goodness it was a quick find. Thanks for the Cache, No swaps were made.
A very quick and easy find...we'll look for the rest in this series when we get a chance.
Took: A Tasco pin.

A quick one to start the day off in the Ballarat area. Was a fair bit of fog around this morning but turned out to be a very nice day.
Thanks indeed.
Thanks indeed.
It is always good to start the day with an easy drive-by.
We were spending the day around Ballarat and this is where we started.
Thanks, Robmc.

Thanks 2Dudez for another of your series of "First Name Basis" You brought me back very close to where I grew up. Left Tasco Pin took water boms. found at 3:20pm
I was keen to get out and find this one as Dean holds a special place in my heart. I have never been here before, but a few months back my sister sent me a photo that now serves as the back ground on my phone. It is my all time favourite piece of grafitti from one of my favourite Simpson's episodes. When I return home I shall upload it with this log.
Thanks,
R - B

We dropped in here to say a quick hello to Dean as we had missed out catching up with him at the cache event. The cache was located quickly even though it was dark and raining fairly heavily

The sun had set and it was getting dark. Did I have time? Of course, although it was nearly torch time. Managed to get here in time to see well and soon had the cache in its really neat hiding spot. Thanks 2Dudes for a great little series taking me to those little towns that we otherwise wouldn't go to let alone stop at. I really enjoyed these.
I have found this cache as part of JADE004, but have now created my own separate account (therefore I am not shown in the log book under this username).
Nice and easy. It was a race out of the car by two geokids to find it first. Took Lisa figurine and torch, left pack of cards and donkey kong. TFTC
Found by caughtatwork at 3:45
How cool is this location? I nearly drove over the cache.
Mrs. caughtatwork was quite impressed with the series so far as she's not keen on bush walking and too many caches take you too far down too many dirt roads, seemingly for the hell of it. These, she decided, were just her cup of tea.
GabGab took honors at this cache too.
Took donkey kong, left water balloons.
Thanks 2Dudez. I will need to get to the remainder of the series another day as we were going to run out of daylight.

I found this one today before caughtatwork was even out of the car. Thank you 2Dudez for a nice simple cache for my short 6 year old legs.
Our second cache of the day, almost a drive by as we were on the way to clean up some of our nearby caches.
GeoMum got out of the car, with GeoTodd sleeping in the backseat. A quick sign in the windy conditions

11th of 11 find on our weekend away.
Found @ 4.05pm. Find # 194.
This one popped up after we had left for our holiday in Ballarat, so Highrod mentioned it whilst we were out searching in the opposite direction. Decided to attempt this one whilst on our way home to Castlemaine.
An easy drive by. My wife spotted the hiding place from the car, and our no.1 son found it before me!!
What a way to end the weekend after coming home from a family reunion. 11 caches richer and having the time of our lives.
Thanks 2dudez, the last log from me for the next couple of weeks I'd guess.

Came home from work to find that this series of caches had just been approved, and not too far from home either. So off to try and get on first name terms with some caches before anyone else.
Drats, beaten by Romax. To add to the excitement we figured that if they were also on a First-Find hunt of their own, then they would do Gordon or Wallace next, so having just done those we raced on to meet Elaine. Then finally on the way to Meredith we rang them to see if we could catch up en route, only to discover that they were back home & just about to have tea.
