Sounds like it's gone. Owner: email me to unarchive it if you come back and replace it in the near future!
The council has completely ripped up all the gardens in this area and has it fenced of doing renovations. This cache needs to be temporarily archived until it can be replaced. Lovely area for a cache too. [:-)]
The area has been totally renovated and most of the plant life removed. I belive this one may simply be done for.
This has a number of DNF's and hasn't been found for quite some time. It needs to be checked or archived please. Cheers Quilter
Another dnf for the day
didn't put too much effort into it after getting bittten on the neck by a jackjumper at the last DNF

Unfortunatly we are adding another 'didn't find it' to the list. Ater a considerable amount of time of good searching we were unable to find this one despite the hint and help from previous logs.
We poked around in a number of bushes, but found only scratched hands and disappointment. I'm sure it's there somewhere, but the muggles enjoying the nice weather made it hard to make a thorough search.
I spent some time looking for this one without success. May try again before I leave Tasmania, now that I have had another look at the logs.
Nope, too good for us, we actually made 2 visits to this one today, but given the time, and the muggles, we felt descretion was the better part of valour.

What a wet and windy day. At least it kept all the people off the beach. Is there enough bags around this one? As it was VERY wet the cache was dry due to the bags of death . Left marble, took rubber
There must have been a sale on Glad bags when this cache was put out. Found thanks to previous logs. TNLN. TFTC
Thanks Sparklellama for advice in logs re: co-ords. Found quickly after that. Wish I had brought travel bug with me - would have fit. No matter. Had a lovely time showing a couple of Japanese students around the area - with chips and dim sims from the corner shop for lunch.
Another nice find, not quite where my iPhone directed me. But was there in all it's glory and bags.
Found quickly by geo kid once given a hint. Plenty of bags involved. We swapped a soggy one to the outer edge to dry out a bit, but it's all good.

FInally found it after 4 attempts or so! Cache is around 10m south of where my (and Adman1's) GPS reports it to be. Found by reading hints in previous logs. Leave a few free minutes to re-package this one if you find it!
Nice and quiet here today with the rain keeping the punters at bay.
Never seen so many plastic bags associated with a cache. Seemed like a russian doll thing before I could access the container which all made perfect naming sense.
Thanks.

What a good find. Had a story of a lost "ring" if anyone asked us what we were doing! Took a friend this time and so we were two mums with 5 kids in toe so were really stoked with the find. Thanks
Found in the hands of Greenish! (Found out in the open by greenish.) Bemused by the cammo - plastic bags blend right in to a beach eh?
Rehid near r seating as u face beach.

Not really a micro!
After the pub quiz (which we won), the kids had a quick find - in fact, they found it and tossed it back, saying it was just some old rubbish, and we had to get them to pull it out again!

Now the name makes sense. We used some well thoughtout tactics in finding this one. We were on a school excursion to the beach for the day and some of my students and I who are GCers went for a look and found it.
[After an almost disastrous mishap during the day, a rush night attack was undertaken and this tricky cache was returned to its rightful place Fyew. This cache could probably do with a sharpener too; we'll probably put one in next weekend if no-one does in between now and then. Possible Spoiler:] all is not always as it seems; one person's trash is another's treasure.

Another tricky one. Watch for spikey bushes and lots of muggles makes this hard to find without being too obvious.
This was a good find as it was our first micro cache. Took a little time, but a ball help us locate this, to early for Rum! 8D
We for a walk with CatWomanAu and sparklellama after a hard day’s work, hoping to find the treasure. We only found a very spiky bush and gave up and went home for tea.
A thorough search with Adman1 and N00b CatWomanAU yielded a thorough DNF.... and sore arms from scratchy bushes to boot! The woe! Sob!
My first geocache was a disaster. The agony. My feline nails are now wrecked, not to mention the lycra suit! Waaaaaah!
A cache in a needlestack [:o]
Muggles weren't a problem this morning, but I couldn't find a cache

spent a little bit more time looking for this one,as we where looking for a micro and it was more like a small container TFTC

Great view and beach. Lots of little muggles about! We knew we were close but without gloves could not like too deeply... ah well, another time in Tas perhaps.
Took me a second attempt but managed to get there. A lovely part of the beach can be seen from here and the weather made the water look much more inviting today. Removing the cache was a bit like playing with a babushka doll!

Had a hunt for this one without luck after doing some online scoring at Kingston Beach Oval - Victoria thrashed Tasmania in the women's CA Cup.
On a run to the grocery store with Cheesy Pigs navigating, 3BlindEyeys and I as willing participants, stopped off to nab this cache. It was wet, cold and raining. Who can pass up an easy cache to grab? It was wrapped in about six zippy bags, no chance of it getting wet. TNLNSL TFTC!
Found with Dad and Mum (WazzaAndWenches) on our Tassie holiday.
Had to chase the plastic bags along the beach coz the wind got them!

Found on our way to the cache at the very southern end of the island.
Only one bloke nearby and he was interested in watching the birds on the beach a fair way away.
Quickly found, signed, and returned.

How lucky can you be - we were quite lucky today. I had noticed a few misses for this cache and also that it is located in an area with high muggle traffic. So Sienna and I came up with the bouncy ball plan. One bouncy ball stray throw and Sienna found the cache straight up. A quick log of the cache in the car and another game of bouncy ball and the cache was back in its hidey hole. TFTC - we had fun finding it.
Went for another look tonight, after reading more logs, found it after quick search. TFTC SOD
Had a quick look for this one today, no luck and I was not going to stand in the rain for too long. Will look again.
Had a look for a few minutes but could not locate. Will have to head back in stealth mode so we can take a bit more time!

Oh yay! We got it this time. Thanks to AKB123 for confirmation that it was still there. This gave us confidence and determination. So we stopped by as we headed back to Adelaide via the Spirit of Tassie.

Had a fair search through the spot. Wonder if cache is still there or covered. Great spot though.
Looked for about 10 minutes before giving up. All the plants in the area have been trimmed recently, not sure if this would've effected cache?
Mr AKB123 was ready to give up when Mrs AKB123 delved a little deeper and retrieved the cache. We think this cache should be renamed the "Glad Bag" cache!
Another DNF for this cache. Had a good look at sunset with no muggles about but couldn't find it.
Like many previous searchers I only spent a brief period here. Apart from the rubbish the potential for damage to the area is very high, especially with the way the cache is hidden, so I too moved on. I suggest a rethink on this one.
Had a short look for this one on way south..not a fan of this hide as it's doing damage to shrubs.Decided not to waste time and moved on.Cheers SOD.
Finally, after a DNF at Boronia Hill in the dark at about 10:30, we attempted #4 and didn't get passed the houses....
OK, last one for the night... Found with Stretch after the pub closed at around 11:15pm.
Finally, a nemesis cache found. Thanks SOD.

We read the other logs and decided to swing by. We parked the car a liitle south of the final co-ordinates and looked at garden bed with its loads of rubbish. Shrugged our shoulders and moved on.
Glad I took gloves as it took a little while to find it. Removed a whole heap of empty bottles so the few muggles that were about thought we were just cleaning up the area. In the end it was as clear as the lovely sunny day was.

Some difficulty in finding this cache at first but after time I made it happen. I dropped a coin for someone to find. Who will be the lucky finder?
ME!
Oooh probably the second most sought-after geocoin in the world (after Mount10Bike v1) but ever so much more satisfying!
How on earth did the Geocoin Secret Agent know to place a coin in Tasmania where the most addicted coin-aholic could find it?
The mind boggles. Obviously the GSA has skills we mere mortals do not possess.
Wooohoooo!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKYOU GSA!!!!!!!!!! This coin will be cherished forever!

Finally! This was almost as difficult to get as Odd One
Out. This cache is never going to get wet, is it? Signed log. This was also our last cache for the RD to MH comp. Thanks TSOD.

Found this one when I was Mrs Cheesy Pig. I have struck out on my own and am now logging the caches I found in my previous persona (but not the ones found only by Mr Cheesy Pig of course)! Let me know if you would like me to find it and log it again but under my new name.
I'm very late logging this but with gspblu we did it on the way home from the event. Surprised to meet Cheesy Pigs and SOD doing the same thing> Made it easy. Thanks for the cache SOD
This cache has been causing me issues for a while now. So how do you find a cache that wont be found? kidnap the cache owner and threaten to make his piratey self walk the plank into the frigid blue unless he aids in the find. We were delivering the Shadow of Darkeness to his abode after the Geocaching 101 event and the conversation in the car went something like this:
Mr "your responsible for that sweet tooth cache series aren't you?"
Mrs "yes he is but leave him alone we have talked about that cache"
Mr "No I wasn't going to hurt him, and why is that always your first reaction? I thought as we had him we could keep him until we find the cache"
SoD "well I don't mind if you want to"
Mrs "But it's getting late"
Mr "You know I will winge and sing the Song That Never Ends if we don't take advantage of this opportunity we have been provided to get this cache found and stop my headaches"
I won and we went to the cache and after gormlessly staring at the bushes for a while SoD got cold enough to cough up the cache (No I'm not proud that I threatened a youth with hypothermia to get a find but hey) After logging we were about to put it backwhen Rebulus and Gspblu arrived. They found the cache in my hand and we all then left. As the cache was found we did take SoD all the way home, and not just push him out of the car as we approached. Kidding!! jeez.

After the Geocaching 101 event, where I spoke to SoD and he confirmed this cache was still there, we decided to have a look on the way home. What a surprise, we arrived and there is Cheesy Pigs and SoD at the cache. Taking full advantage of their enterprising solution to this problem cache we grabbed it out of their hands an logged it as well. Thanks Sod I hope you made it home safely!
Didn't find it again! GPSr had us on the road again. Hands got prickled again. Muggles looked at us again. No joy again. Will bring zero weedkiller next time.
Ouch, ouch, ouch and more ouch! and nothing found for our efforts. Lots of muggles walking backwards and forwards right beside us made this difficult. However, we were persistent and made a concerted effort - but to no avail........
Nineteenth of thirty-one finds in company with Snuva's female slave. Hire car for the day: $37; Magellan eXplorist 600: $700; beating the locals to a virgin cache: Priceless! A 26-day old cache, and still no finders? We started with a cursory search. No cigar! We decrypted the hint, and then set about a detailed search. Assuming the cache was there, it was only a matter of time before we turned it up. I was lucky enough to uncover it first at 1505. I made no exchange. Thanks to The Shadow of Darkness for the cache. Cheers, dak.
3:09 pm As he won't be able to log this quite yet, let the Schnauzer's bark ring out 'all hail dak, for a foreign FTF!'.
I worry this hide might not last gardening in the area, however in any case - dak has a Tassie FTF to his name!

After noticing a pile of didn' finds, I checked up on 'er, and she is still there. I've added a bit to thar end of thar encrypted hint as well mateys!
WOW, u better take a chainsaw and heavy duty gloves to try and find this one. U can not look / poke to far with out ripping the skin bare! Had a good look for 30 minutes, the GPS was showing it somewhere on the road, so.........will head back there when time permits!
Had a bit of a look But so many people made it difficult. After letting GPS settle down and average for a while looks like the cache is on the road! not 'almost on the beach'
No map, no rum, no mints, no treasure chest, and no cache either. Forget the heavy gloves, bring a whipper-snipper.
Unfortunately this sweet tooth didn't find any mints on the beach, only an uncapped used needle and syringe and lots of rubbish. I feel it is dangerous to look for this one without heavy gloves.
