DNF again but now I read the cache description again maybe we didn't look high enough.
TFTC Nice quiet park. Took the spinning top and left a bell. The notebook and cache contents seem to be getting rather soggy even though the container seems to have a decent seal on it
Missing in inaction. Agap found it on the ground so if it was high it no longer is and could be anywhere really, if it exists at all!
Ms Wig and I enjoyed a bit of lunch in this quiet park before heading off to GZ.
Once I ignored the "tip toes" hint, I soon found the cache
Thanks Cooroy Scouts.

We got the clue eventually bit tricky. This is the 4th cache I've found. Well hidden .
this took a while we were so close for so long it was silly
not easy with the clue
good luck
if we found it anyone can this was our second find at 7.30pm

A lengthy hunt for me. The poky stick failed me this time so I resorted to grubbing around with my hands. Cache revealed, with knobs on! TFTC cooroy scouts.
yet another quick stop ... yeh right this one took a bit longer to locate ... %&*@
... one last look - aha
SL and grabbed geocoin
TFTC and the chance to release some pent up frustration
got it eventually

Our second go at this one, easy find once we re-read the earlier logs left a couple of GCs and some extra loot. TFTC
Found it 10:45 am. This was my second visit to this site, this time with a new GPS. Cache pen damaged, left a new pencil for the next visitors.Good hide.
Hunted high and low for some time but didn't come up with the goods, then a young couple turn up, that would have been better off in a Motel room so we have left it for another day.
Found by Mrs Temingi when she came to help after I'd been looking for some time. GPS jumping around a lot here.TFTC
Found quickly at 1230 today. I had read all the previous logs and ignored everything in the description. TFTC TNLN. GPSr took me to within a arms length of GZ.
632 Perfect spot at the best time to enjoy the relative peace. Very friendly magpie wanted half our lunch though. Had we been ants, the hint would have been good... but. TFTC cooroy scouts
Hmmm, Cooroy Scouts. They're the sneaky little - er - critters, aren't they ?
An obvious spot, but only without the hint.
Or we just here at the wrong time of the year for tiptoe-ing ?
Took dolphin, left hair clips while geo-hound looked on

Found at 1100 on caching tour of Gympie's parks. Would have located quicker if we ignored the hint!
Hit this one with Konie .....he walked straight to it....this trek is going to be so suss.Parked needs a haircut but all ok. TFTH
2nd time lucky for this one. Found it within 30 seconds of arrival at 0945hrs. I don't know why I didn't search there last time.

With a spring in my step I bounded toward GZ. It seemed this would be a quick find judging by what I saw before me
But no amount of poking and scratching would reveal the little blighters hiding spot [:o]
So I did what I usaually do. Wandered off for a few minutes and then followed the GPS arrow back to GZ as if it was my first time there
Yes it sounds dumb, but it's amazing how often that trick works. It did on this occassion and I soon had the cache in my paws
I must have been filling out the log book at that magic time of day when half of Gympie decides to wander through this park though. After 15 minutes of waiting for a break in traffic, I gave up and used good ole cunning and deception to rehide the cache
TFTC.

Quick find as I had read in a previous log that digging amongst the leaves was required. Was side tracked by the little guy in the attached photo - he was sitting 2m away from where I found the cache, and didn't move at all! TFTC
I’d followed ‘Konie’ around most of Gympie and had a couple of DNFs in the same places, but this time I went one up. Found this cache, most definitely not on tip-toes, only after doing my famous bush turkey impersonation. Sure was a well hidden little bugger. I got some strange looks from a couple of kids across the park, but they weren’t coming closer to the weirdo combing the park. TN/LN/SL
GPS took me to what I thought would be a good GZ. After searching everything to the left and what I thought would be obvious places I didn't come up with the goods.
I'll have to come back and try again another day. Everyone in Gympie seems to be out exercising this time of day. I thought they'd all be in bed! [|)]

found after few mins of looking, good spot no muggles, took ball left army man. tftf
Nice easy cache location but the co-ordinates are definitely dodgy. Difficulty rating could up a tad especially when the need for a leaf rake is involved. Easy cache in the end but it did require lots of looking. TFTC TNLN
This was much, much harder than we’d thought it would be; first, we had the old co-ordinates and had to run away pretty smartly when attacked by a swarm of bugs that didn’t appreciate my probing their nesting hole. Then, after noticing and plugging in the new co-ords, both our GPSrs popped us about 5m or so away from the cache, kind of in an open bit of ground. Had to call powellbruce for help, and with his hint, we managed to locate the sneaky little devil. It was very, very well hidden! Got thoroughly dirty and moderately frustrated finding this one. Oh, no tiptoes required at all! For anyone, ever! TFTC. =’.’=
Thanks to powellbruce to confirm co-ords and tip-toes not required after all. Still took some searching and I'm sure I looked in that spot at least twice before!! TFTC
I don't think you need tip toes for this one any more. Had us a bit stumped until we read the logs.

These are the new Coordinates for this Cache as it was requested that it be moved. It is still within the park.
On our way back to NSW after our week of fun & 4wd'ing on Fraser Island with the gophers. A good cache container that we have not seen before. TNLNSL.

Finally - a park that's not full of muggles! Steve spied an obvious spot and grabbed the cache quickly,
We took a dolphin and left a different dolphin. Thanks for the cache!

We managed to pick the location as we drove up the street. Nice easy one. Found at 1440. No sign of the sugar glider, unlike the possum guarding a cache down Brisbane way. Find number 11 for the day, and 85 for the trip.
Cheers

TFTC, young geo's introduced friend james b to geocaching, great spot, found just on dusk
Number 961. On the way into Gympie we picked up a couple of elderly hitch hikers with greyish/white hair who claimed to know where this cache was. So we took them along for the drive. True to their word, we found the cache fairly quickly. I thought I recognised them, they turn out to be the "Human Travelbugs" Liz and Bruce from Adelaide. I hadn't seen them for 2 weeks. An easy find in the company of Danielle from Everlasting and Liz and Bruce. Thanks for the cache and showing me this spot. The tree is a cracker. Cheers The Nanks.
Found in the company of Liz and Bruce.
I managed to spot the cache but couldn't extract it lucky Bruce was with us.
This is also the home of a Sugar glider so keep an eye out for it.
