FlyingPigSquadron not cleared for landing! but thanks for bringing us here The Doctor & Co
Had a good look for this one and could not find it at the location my GPS said was GZ.
Pretty sure I was at the correct location after double checking the description and and reading the clue.

Tried to grab this one on the way from Thames to Coromandel Town but there were too many Muggles about. Got it on the way back though.
There is not much room in the cache for the logs now. It may pay to take some of the older logs away at some time

A small detour from the main road. Went out on the beach to take a few pics of the birds. TFTC
We encountered friendly muggles too. Luckily they quickly moved on enabling Mr L to do the deed.
There wasn't much sanctuary this morning, an elderly man was whipper snippering the grass on the seaward side. That must do nothing for nesting birds in the summer! Anyway his back was turned so we made a quick grab. Thanks The Doctor & Co.
Had to wait around a little while for a family to leave, they were sitting right on the cache...

We sat. We saw. The birds flew. The breeze blew. We found it too.

Lovely spot on a great sunny day. Found nice and quickly which was good as GZ was being watched by a family enjoying the sunshine in their garden. Saw lots of birds (kingfishers, pied and little black shags, oystercachers and an unidentified tern) which pleased the in-laws no end as they are avid twitchers. TFTC
Nice quick find, spotted on approach so hid a little better on replacement.

Stopped here and had our lunch while we watched all the birds sitting around doing very little. TFTC
drive-in cache on our tour around coromandel peninsula.

We made here a quick stop and cache was found easily. Nice place for a cache. TFTC.
Were on the other side of the creek first, but then out was an easy find.
Best regards,

Easy find driving by the place. Unfortunately logbook is completely full! But thanks and greetings from Latvia!
Founf at the right moment... a while after came some seniors to sit down and watch the sea!
After a lovely night spend at the local Van park just around the corner, we found this cache quickly in the morning before having to head off on our way.
Not a lot of birds around today but a lovely area anyway.

Cheers

We are on a caching holiday from Australia and dropped by this cache. We actually spotted the cache as we walked towards GZ so this was a quick easy find. The log is very damp and totally full so needs to be replaced. We had to sign on top of the Geocaching logo. TNLNSL TFTC
Quick detour here to make a few phone calls and grab the cache. Beautiful calm spot at 10am today. The log book is full and wet. I couldn't find the latest entry on it (and didn't want to tear the sheet opening it up so wrote on a clear spot). The owner may want to grab the log sheet (there are heaps of comments on it) and replace with a new one. There isn't much room to have two in there. TFTC.
Ran from the car in the pouring rain to retreive the cache then back to the car to sign the log. Was surprised to find everything all dry inside given the weather conditions today. Another dash to put the cache back. TFTC
14:56 Lorelle found this one, didn't even hop out of the car. There are a lot of birds here. TFTC

Found this one on my trip through the north island. Visited some great places and saw heaps of cool stuff. Thanks for showing me around and thanks for the cache.

lol....... yep we misjudged the size of the street with the caravan on the back... spotted the cache straight away from the car and while "him" took caravan off so we could spin it around I grabbed the cache... I thought he was providing enough entertainment for people to not be taking notice of what i was doing... i guess it takes another cacher to "know"... will need to be more discreet TFTC
Spotted the cache from the car but as we were parking a car and caravan came down - no room to turn around! As they took off their caravan we saw one of the occupants grab the cache and sign. We left them to it and meandered along the path - lovely place for a rest home! Came back and found cache replaced and caravaners gone, Me&Him - you got spotted!
There were about 1000 oyster catchers on the tide line. At least they were not looking at me otherwise it would have been a scene from the Hitcock film. Did sit here. And again admired the view. Water like glass.
after a long ride this cache was giving us the chance for a break and was a fast and easy found.

Very quick find made by our 5 year old. Log very wet but still managed to put ink to paper (just). TFTC
No sunset in the middle of the day. Muggle couple gave us time to contemplate. TFTCSL
The customary muggles meant a short wait but then they moved on. Found with Little Blue Hen.TFTCSL
An enjoyable find accompanied by 'Just Floundering' (who had previously found but did not assist!) and 'The Pud'. Easy find and stunning views. +0-0 T4TC
5.15pm Too early for the sunset but plenty of birds waiting for the tide to go back out. Found easily, then off to the next......

Quick find, but nice to sit in shade for awhile and watch birds, even managed to park truck in shade. TFTC
Well the birds were out today in great numbers, which meant a few interesting photos for us tourists. Great little spot.

Easy find once we arrived at gz. Thanks for sharing this place, interesting that there was a blue budgie flying around the tree T4TC.
No time to sit (and no birds around), just enough time to make a quick and easy find. Thanks.
#31 Having done another recently this was a quick grab and fortunately the area was quiet so we were not disturbed.
We had a nice walk along the beach from where we were staying to pick up this cache. A quick grab. Left some keepsakes. TFTC.
Had to finish this one after our unsuccesful visit in February. This evening nobody was cutting grass and therefore an easy find.
Not a DNF, but rather a couldn't look - a pair of muggles innocently looking at the view.
Since I was out introducing dad to caching, I said "Here's what we do. You need to pretend to have Tourette's, while we go over and talk to them..."
No, not really, we bottled it and left it for another time.

Found as part of my three week caching trip from Wellington to Auckland - # 676. Thanks.
Nice easy find, though road works forced us to take a long detour on foot. Anyone else noticed the birds are racially divided?

A nice quick find on a very wet day - no time to stop and admire the view! We parked very close and made two brief trips - one to retreive and one to replace. Anyone watching would have assumed I'm barmy! Many thanks.
Easy find, thanks for sharing, took a nice big piece of driftwood home for the garden.
