Add me to the the list of DNF's on this cache, it wasn't a good start to the caching day for me today.
Missed this one today, although I'm not sure how, as the hint and my GPS seemed to line up pretty well. Couldn't be too thorough as a council worker arrived for bridge maintenance. Maybe next time.
as the cache is a great new bridge the only thing is the geowife didnt take to well to the bridge having a bit of movement while looking for the cache. easy find but lots of fisherman there be careful of muggles.
repalced log book ,as it was full, and aparently damp, but today it was so hot everything was dried out.
easily found but muggles were everywhere log is getting a little weary and is damp and cache container is showing its age but its good to see a cache so old still frequently getting logs no objects in cache to swap
Second cache find for me for the afternoon in conjunction with "TheHunterGatherers". I had checked here and found nothing.
After we checked every other possible place the first place I had looked was re-checked. Bingo. Thanks Geomonkeys.

Grandpa (aka Hunters & Collectors) had checked here and given the all clear. After we checked every other possible place we re-checked the first place he looked. Bingo. Thanks Geomonkeys.

Talk about fisho's they were everywhere near the bridge sitting in their tinnies, it was probably the place to go when it starts raining (under). The cache had us guessing, yes there are limited spots for hiding a cache at the GZ but it was how it was hidden, you have done well on this one. We did locate the cache after some looking but trying not to look to suspicious.
SL and then placed it back the same way
Cheers

How is it when there are heaps of muggles around the caches your after having you climbing all over the place looking stupid.
Oh I dropped my keys again, and again, and again.... Oh I think I have tripped flat on my face... better turn over and look straight up for a while and catch my breath while trying not to look like I am having a heart attack...
Tamykian and I had a lot of fun finding this one...
Thanks GeoMonkeys for the effort in placing the cache.

Found on a stinker of a hot day. My big fingers had trouble retrieving the cache but managed to get it out eventually. As I was grabbing it, a boat passed underneath and scared the bejeesus out of me!!! Also, didn't know this was the Spike Milligan Bridge. I'm an avid Goons fan so this was a pleasant surprise. For those uninformed people, the Goons were a weekly radio play by Harry Seacombe, Spike Milligan and Peter Sellers. The comedy was madcapped with crazy storylines. Just a bit of trivia ...... Spike Milligan is buried in Winchelsea, East Sussex. England. His epitaph on his headstone reads "Duirt me leat go raibh me breoite". This is Gaelic and translates to .... "I told you I was ill." A comedian to the end!!
For those who are interested, check out this link: http://www.thegoonshow.net/
Note to owner: The logbook is full and needs replacing.

Nice views of the water today, it was nice and sunny to. There were hardly any muggles crossing the bridge so we were lucky. The log book is full and may need to be replaced. Thanks GeoMonkeys for the hide.
Good spot.. Log needs replacing though...Thanks

Found this one on a weekend of caching on the Central Coast. Really can't believe that the owners don't mention the new bridge is named after Spike Milligan - that's a pretty cool thing. The GPS was pretty accurate and with the help of the additional hint, the cache was quickly in hand. The log is totally full and needs to be replaced. We were amazed by a female muggle jogger who chose to jog along the road instead of along this amazing bridge - and we later spotted her at the Time and Tide GC! TNLNSL TFTC
The log book in this cache is totally full and needs to be replaced before anyone else can log their find. Thanks
Flashy bridge! Fortunately today there was only one bike muggle, and one fishing muggle facing in the other direction.
A nice hide, but a quick find.
thanks, Robmc.

thanks, Robmc.
Cache was spot on at GZ, with not too many muggles around in the rain. Thanks for the hide.
What a great hide. Picked an overcast day with showers to look for this to reduce the muggle activity, but there was lots of activity from the Woy Woy Australia Day activities. Was about to give up when GeoMum found the Cache.
So many muggles everywhere today. Tried, and couldn't find it. Checked most of the places on the bridge where it could be. Maybe we need to check again.

Nearly gave upon this one but had one last "look" and just found it. Thanks for the cache. And yes,my assistants had much fun in trying to get some sort of resonance happening on the bridge.
Nice to see who the bridge is dedcated too! Cache was hard to retrieve, hopefully made it a little easier to obtain whilst still remaining well hidden. Cheers Gav [3234]
Found with the kiwi team on our great Australian caching tour.
Bridge name was a surprise, very nice. Sure is a bouncy bridge!

Team GPS.org.nz Cache Raid: Very interesting to the link with Spike Milligan. Perhaps that's why the bridge is so bouncy . T4TC, M@
Interesting Bridge, after looking in the wrong spot a few times we tracked down the cache. Quick sign and then back to the geomobile. Thanks GM.
SixStars found it on a cold and blustery day while on a bike ride to Woy Woy. No one around except passing traffic and some pelicans. TFTH
Crossing the busy road was the hard part, found an under pass to return to the car and geokid got to see heaps of jelly fish.
JABs.

Hoojar and I have seen one of these with a cache that is near our home, so it was a very quick find. Luckily because the weather was terrible.
Found a 4 leaf clover though

Fun find from start to finish!
Just crossing the road was entertaining, feeling the bridge move under our feet was also pretty cool, checking out the nearby fishermuggles catch always appeals to us and to top it all off, our new Oregon GPS'rs showed us exactly where to look for the cache. What more could you want!
Thanks GeoMonkeys for a great experience on our short visit from Tassie

Parking was rushed, crossing the road rushed and a stroll along the bridge trying to make it bounce as we went.
Thanks GeoMonkeys
Thanks GeoMonkeys
There was plenty of traffic on road, on the path and on the water while we were here today.
Spotted a man jogging here, seen the same man jogging at 'Diving prohibited'. Thats just insane!

Decided to get my dad to have a go at geocaching.
This was his first find.
Very sneaky hide and yes the bridge does bounce a little.
Signed log (now full)
Did not replace log as owner would more than likely want full log sheet.
Thanks for the Cache
I am glad I decrypted the hint! I would never ever have found that! Found it on my early morning jog. Nice place to be at that time of the day. Good one! Woyboys
Found with The Carey Clan with not very much trouble.
The odd passing muggle so pretended to tie shoes laces or stop for a drink.

First one for the day with Toonarmy. Easy find and nice place - few muggles about riding their bikes, walking or fishing in boats close by. TFTC
Quick find on a glorious day. lots of bream bellow but none of legal size this day. it's a bouncy bugger of a bridge though.
Who was the young geocacher in the red t-shirt I spied re-hiding the cache at about 3:45 today? ( 13/11)
If only I had realised earlier I might have been able to get out of the traffic and say hello!
i was driving onto the bridge from Gosford side just as you bent down and re-hid the container!... Spotto!
good luck, and well done whoever you are!...

The GPS wasn't too friendly amongst all that steel, but it didn't take too long to locate the cache. No bridge movement today and no other pedestrians either making my job all the easier.
Had to time the walk across the bridge to avoid the many muggles out and about. Stopped to tie my shoes and had the cache in hand.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.

It is a bouncy bridge, loved it. Watched the oyster boats go up and down as well as the other boats below the bridge.
Easy to find.

1st of a few today in the area. Found quickly. I guess this is the Woy Woy version of the Anzac bridge.

The fishermen mentioned before may have been here again today. This time they weren't dejected, they were just pi**ed. Huge boat, 15 lines out and no-one caring except where the beer had gone.
Able to grab the cache, log it and return it while the fishos went inside the boat (I said it was big) to find the grog.

And yet another geomonkey cache today. Our 3rd in fact and our 5th find out of 10 for the day. This one we drove past on the way to visit a friend and we nabbed it on the way back over the bridge. There was a few fishermen about but I dont think the fish were biting, (they all looked really dejected) and none were looking our way anyway. SL TFTC
An easy find on a novel bridge. No fish today as the water was brown after the recent heavy rains. Watched a guy trying for Jewfish but didn't appear to have any luck. Thanks for taking us there

Finally got a quiet day on the bridge without an endless stream of muggle cyclists, fisherman and walkers! The sun was setting and the water was bright pink - just beautiful! TFTC!
Thanks for the chance to walk over the new bridge. Lots of passing muggles so stealth was required to retreive and replace the cache. TFTC.
Found at 08:35. Not being local anymore, I'd yet to have a chance to try out this new bridge. It was a fantastic morning, and I was impressed by just how many people, including kids, were out riding, jogging and walking. It looks like this bridge has helped to open up the foreshore area. The cache itself took a bit of an effort to get hold of - smaller hands would be ideal. And watch out for metal barbs/sharp edges.

Found with SkAttA BrAiNs and Mira - Mira's first! A nice easy one to introduce a newbie to the sport and a good start to a long trip.
found with Mira and Cherryred... the first of many to come for the day TFTC!!!
Seems I crossed over Mira as the log was signed and dated today.
Many years ago I spent some time around Bathurst and met a guy called "Newbwidge". He got this name because he used to go out on the town (in Blayney - he worked at the abbatoir) and once he had a skinfull used to jump into he back of a taxi, lie on the back seat saying "Newbwidge, Newbwidge" - and was so tanked, that's all he could say and answered every question from the driver the same "Newbwidge, Newbwidge"... if the driver was quiet he would repeat it during the journey every five minutes or so "Newbwidge, Newbwidge"
... 'caus that's where he lived (Newbridge) SW of Bathurst; E of Blayney. The story goes that the taxi drivers (both of them!)didn't know where his house was so use to deposit him at the (now closed) Newbridge general-store-with-one-petrol-bowser in the "main" street where the locals would find him on Saturday morning.
Nothing to do with this location, but bought back memories none the less.
Did a juggle with teh cache but it hit the rail and saved itself! Phew!!

Took geodogs for a night walk to find this one. Not to hard to find. I still think it should be called Spike bridge instead the offical name of Staples bridge. Staples already has a look out named after him.
My wife wanted me to place a cache here as well.
Thanks for the cache.
