Approached the GZ from the nearby parking area, there was nobody about early this morning giving us plenty of time to search for the cache, after 20 mins of searching and searching all available possibilities we were unable to locate the cache there is however high muggler activity here indicated by the rubbish in the area
I reckon I checked everywhere a regular-sized cache would fit within a reasonable distance of GZ. There were finds almost every month until January. Makes me think there must be a few unreported DNFs since. Time for a check, I think.
Found a perfect hide at exact gps spot but no cache anywhere in sight? A dnf for us today... There's a bit of rubbish around so cache may have been muggled?

Great location, absolutely beautiful view. Another one of those great locations that nobody seems to really know about.
Searched for a good 20 minutes in the heat but no success today even after much clambering.
So many hides holes though, it must be there somewhere!
Will return, thanks for the cache!

Had a crack at this one over a year ago but it had been pillaged. Different sort of problem today. Well two actually. I was followed into the reserve by 3 kids who promptly hung around right near gz. I could see the hide, but couldn't get to it. Eventually they moved a little away and I grabbed the cache. But it was full of water. And I mean full. I poured it all out but the log was drenched and will need a proper drying out in the sun. Took TB. This is a great spot - thanks Riptide.
My parents used to live Just a few streets away and so I know the reserve. I spotted the cache container thrown down below the rocks. I retrieved the empty container signed a piece of bark and then wondered where it actually came from. I decided on a position and there I found the log in a plastic bag. The two are back together again and I dropped a tb. The other one has probably long gone. Thanks for bringing me back here.
Found with Ellie&Carl, had to give this cache a bit more camo as it was very visible where it was. Nice view here!!!
That certainly is a secret little part of the peninsular. Good to know such a place exists. I really like the view from the rocks there, and can imagine the water below being watched by the traditional people of the area in days gone by. Thanks Riptide. It's the sort of place you would take overseas visitors just to get them jealous of what we have here!
Geo-Haiku:

The water sparkles below.

Parked easily along side the road for a quick walk to GZ. Great views from here. I wish I had more time to sit back and enjoy it. A nice quick search for a nicely hidden cache. TFTC.
Had come on down from Taree with Cookie to get a few canoeing caches, and swung by the Northern Beaches to grab just a couple of caches.
Nice open bush to make our way through, tho not the usual route it turned out.
Soon found the cache, and then a much easier walk back to the car.

1212 GAFF1 Didn't drive as far as I should, but saw a track off in the general direction and headed in down to find a fenced off area. Was able to skirt around, but it is not the recommended route.
Glad is the bush is not too thick. Soon made our way to GZ, and with no muggles soon found the cache.
Dry and intact, but no sign of TB
Think I was able to leave a Correct Site Marker in there (a surgical marking pen)
Brought through for mileage: 3 Bros, Aust Light Houses, B 2 B ingot, I Bashed at MidWest 2007, Iconic Bridges, Just Monkeying Around Oz, Little Moo, Trackabulldog, cache critters Baa, Neigh Neddy, and Oink, and trackable shirt.
TFTC Rip Tide, always nice to get an 'older' cache from the era when I started caching.

BTW I did find a State Survey Marker near where I exited, but as I had to use a crow bar to open it I think it wouldn't have been logged at GA0094. (52521 if interested)
Nice to walk around solo up here while holiday weekend madness goes on below. Excellent views from here indeed, and a quick find of the cache. TFTC!
Nice panorama which we would not have found without there being a cache there. Took Jurracic Jaws bus and will move on for a different view.
Geoson needed a driving lesson so we went up the peninsula. I made a deal - I'd give him a lesson if he helped find a cache. Best views ever from this spot and really nice bushland. SL TFTC
Tried to find this back in June with no luck, very happy to put a smile on this one, great view, I suggest bring lunch and enjoy the view and interesting GZ. SL, took and left a TB. TFTC
TFTH! Placed travel bug inside, didn't find travel bug listed.

Great view indeed! Shame it was so damn windy this afternoon. Regardless, this has got to be a favourite! Simply amazing.
Not sure this is a "Regular" cache? Seems a bit on the small side to me? :p

It was a wild and windy day so we took the 'go for a drive option' with the occasional brief sojourn to find a cache!
On arrival we did not have the log showing it had been replaced so, nearly gave it a miss on seeing the DNFs!! We did have a go and found it after a run around the boulders! A great spot so, nice to have a cache to bring you here.... thanks Riptide

I had a good crack at this one but didn't find it! Covered off a pretty large area with a lot of potential hides investigated. Anyway, loved the location. Thanks Riptide.
I have looked for this cache a couple of times over the long weekend and can't find it, even though GPS said Zero meters with 4 meter accuracy. Lots of hiding places! but this spot is just magic, the trees are very sculptural, million dollar views.
Enjoying the day with muffled friend - he's quite he's found 2/2 caches. Off to find a third now
We have had a very unsuccessful day, set out to fine 3 caches but didnt find any, this one there was a family sitting were we think the cach is hidden eating there lunch.
What beautiful views tucked away in this great hidy spot....we sat & enjoyed them for a while & due to the growing trees we had to get a little closer to the cliff's edges to appreciate them but just couldn't help ourselves with views like these....we took shell & left heart rubber...thanks for bringing us here...T4TC

Great spot. Great views. Great cache. And lots of kookaburras too! They were everywhere trying to put on a show for us. What an excellent place for a cache. Thanks so much for bringing us here!
Amazing view! If we weren't so addicted to finding caches we would have stopped for longer
Out with Zuesrules haveing a great time visiting friends and seeing a small part of Australia for the first time. The caches here are really great and take one to some interesting and senic places!!!

Wow, we dragged ourselves away from the views to search for the cache eventually. Grabbed the TIKI Stomp coin before moving on. Great cache especially late in the day. TFTC Riptide. [1032]
A not-to-be-missed outlook over Pittwater. Nice walk up the Stairway to Heaven and across. On the way we found an absolute mess of branches and scratching acroos the road as high as a speed bump --- courtesy of the brush turkey waiting patiently in the bushes for us to pass by. Thanks for taking us here, Riptide. TN L an Old Bulls rugby badge SL TFTC Cheers........Gaztek
What a magic spot. I walked down to the rocks to be welcomed by an absolutely brilliant view. Definitely a spot where I'll bring people in the future. You can imagine what it would have looked like from here with no buildings in site. A beautiful spot. Clear skies.
A truly wonderful view. Thought I would have a problem as a Bride and Groom + guests were also enjoying the view! Fortunately the cache was just far enough away to be found without being seen. Dropped off Hans Blix TFTC
Very nice area. I liked the short walk to GZ.
Surprisingly quick find as there are many possibilities to hide a cache.

We were a bit concerned about what might be lurking under the rocks but found the cache without incident. The view of Pittwater was the best ever on such a calm day. TN but left a shark and TB. Thanks for a great hide.
Great view, quick find. Joshua.Hamey and I brought along a muggle friend who enjoyed himself thoroughly on our caching day trip! TNLN Great Spot
Caching around after a big xmas breakfast with my partner's family at Avalon..

We were looking for somewhere special for our 600th find and this was certainly suitable. What great views and an easy find.
Once we came home and did the logging found it was only our 599th but I would recommend anyone in the area come heer to check out the view.
Dropped TB but we hadn't logged it as a pick up so if the next kind person who visits sends us an email to gives us the code we can log it appropriately. Picked it up at Midway.

Fantastic views across Pittwater - thanks again Riptide for a local spot I had never been to before. Kookaburras aplenty today.
There were lots of places nearby where the cache could have been hidden, but I am beginning to learn what to look for. It was a wonderful spot with a lovely view and I am very glad the cache led me there. However I did get a tick on the head, so watch it!

Thanks to Riptide replacing this after it had been muggled prior to my last visit a month ago, the cache was not only here this time, but was a relatively easy find. I had spent 45 minutes last time when it was missing, but got it in the 2nd spot I looked today.
A beautiful warm sunny day today, with excellent views from the rocks around GZ.
The sunrise down at Whale beach was brilliant earlier this morning some time after we rocked in for a gig there. So were the large pod of dolphins that were feeding just off the beach for a few hours too.
Not a muggle in sight near GZ today, they were all down at the beach enjoying the sun and surf, which was where I headed straight after rehiding the cache

The views were a bit foggy today with the constant drizzle, although the soft views were very English like.
Thanks for the chance to put our search skills to the test on this one.

needs checking - appears to be gone - 5 DNF's in a row.
Lots of signs of people partying at night in the area too, so maybe it was found?

methinks is missing - spent 45 mins searching all over - with GPS reading 0M away and a 4M accuarcy at one point.
Tried many levels too.
Tried many levels too.
After a long drive from the Central Coast we found several caches, but were stumped with this one. We did find what had to be the best view of Pittwater and on the the smaller rock next to it the GPS said GZ was less than 1m away. A very long search, moving out, up and down from here gave us nothing, so we will come back when someone else confirms it is still there.
Spent a good while looking around, but eventually got too thirsty to continue. Not too sad though as it is a wonderful spot with a great view. Sure we'll be back this way again soon to finish what we started.
Searched for ages for this one but had no luck. I think the local stoners may have discovered this one as the GZ was littered with trash and smelt like spilt bong.
Fantastic view but we didnt find the cache this trip. Lost the glasses and thankfully later found them among the rocks! TFTC
100th cache! What a view - we love that caching brings us to places like this, which we would have never known about otherwise. Thank you.
A breath taking view, the cache did not reveal itself quickly, but some persistence won out in the end SL TNLN TFTH
A great hide that took us a little time to find. Great view all right. TFTH...SL....TNLN
Amazing views! Thanks, we had lots of fun finding this cache on a cold and rain afternoon, but the views more than made up for it. Thanks
We found the geocoin GSNCCY in the cache and will move it on soon. We took the toy horse and left a bracelet.
