Suffice to say this was a little creepy and disturbing TFTC love its originality ! Geodisc518 won't recover !
We love a good cemetery cache, and this one did not let us down so well planned! Geo kids loved it. Found with SCAHPA. Thank so much for putting this one together.
Down in Brisbane for the day and had a whole day of caching planned but the unseasonable amount of wet stuff falling from the sky might hinder that plan. Ive got my gumboots, raincoat and umbrella so well see how far we get! Whats a caching day without visiting a cemetery?! With the numbers worked out I headed in and found the very well themed GZ! Very well done! Gets a FP Thanks for the cache 1MinnieMooFind #6227
Spooooooooooky! Nice hidden spot, spent embarrisngly long trying to find the actual log. Thanks for the cache!
Been on my list for so long. Finally found it before school pick up. Winning.

Picking up a cache or three on the way home from georode's Magic Maker Event this morning. Also trying to whittle down my solved puzzles pile so stopped here for this one.
Zoomed in to GZ to make the find and got a laugh at the unusual camo.
Deserves a favourite point.

Have replaced log. Container still good tho the site could use a bit of a freshen up during my next maintenance run.
My husband and i decided to go for a little drive and i have wanted to find this cache for a long time so we popped in and had a wander around this nice little cemetery where we gathered the information and soon enough we were at GZ where we spotted the guardian of the cache. Well 2 guardians as a great big spider had made it its home . After putting the guardian in its correct position and taking some photos we set about finding the log book . How fantastic is this cache. Giving it a FP for such a creative cache. Thank you Minnie Moo for adopting this cache .
Loves this one, the simple it interesting puzzle then the find itself. TFTC a fav of mine
Well this was a comedy of errors… I tried an easier way to solve this cache that some very smart ladies mentioned in Cunnamulla… I then doubted my numbers so did it the old fashioned way…
Couldn’t find the second headstone, it’s not like he got up and walked away… the number of surveillance cameras though was a little off putting… then, as I suspect, I fell face first into the next trap that saw me drive to what I thought was my GZ… only to discover that that gate I went through, was to someone’s front yard…
I backtracked reasonably quickly, and after reading a log or two realised my mistake… talk about amateur hour…
Back to my original park… I wondered what the council workers were thinking about my antics as I strode off into a not very visitor friendly corner of the grounds…
Found ‘dem dry bones and the cache too… dropped a fave point in the lead litter too… tftc…

Today, I joined Beardman75, GurTheWanderer, and karicka, as we targeted a few high terrain geocaches hiking up Mount Kobble followed by Mount Samson. We returned back to Samford for a bakery lunch, when a few of us spent the early afternoon walking around Samford completing the *Samford Village Heritage Tour* Wherigo, and a few other caches in the vicinity. A hot and humid day for the morning, but at least the rain held off for it to turn out to be a nice spring day.
I was five minutes behind karicka in arriving at the cemetery, but karicka had already located the two required graves, and extracted the needed numbers. So it was relatively easier for me, as I used those numbers in working out the coordinates for GZ, and we made the short walk there. We found the cache very well-themed, although it is starting to show its age. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks K8'n'Co. for the cache placement, and 1MinnieMoo for its ongoing maintenance.

A cool finish for this puzzle.
Glad that the walk was short as my legs were a bit sore after climbing a mountain this morning
Thank you for hiding this geocache K8'n'Co

Returning home from the Mega we called by here to check out the cemetery and grab a cache. Renewed co-ordinates on board we went for a short bush walk and indeed found some dry bones. Apparently something must have been hungry and had a chew. However all good and back together. Thanks 1 MinnieMoo.
Great time geocaching with RoddyC, hatzofff, Snickersallan, Patrol14, grannysmith1947 (with Ms Millie the geo ) and Just a Trifle after the Community Event at Lake Wivenhoe.
Thanks for the cache and taking us here K8'n'Co and 1MinnieMoo. Glad we swapped our numbers before hunting.

Always enjoy walking through cemeteries looking at the graves of pioneering families who lived in the area.
With the numbers needed we quickly worked out the final coords. A short walk and the cache was found.
SL then returned as found.

With the weather looking a little dismal, & everyone in hiding as it appeared close to raining at any minute, we decided to head out Dayboro way to clean up a few dots on our geocaching map.
A pleasant country drive and, hopefully, low numbers of active muggles were anticipated so we bundled Winter the Geo-Cat into the Geo-Beast & headed northwest.
We have had this puzzle solved since, hmmm?
So far back I don't recall!
Well it was as quiet as the grave here today, no bones about it!
A nice quick find for Mrs VC.
Great 'container'.
Made our mark & replaced as found.

Out and about this afternoon with Thomsen8tors to pick up a few of our target caches. This was our first stop of the afternoon and as it was a public holiday in the region, the nearby school was off for the day so we had the place to ourselves.. We took a slow walk through the cemetery checking out the mix of old and new grave sites before coming across the required information. Coords in hand we started the short walk to GZ. After a brief search, we had cache in hand. Very cool hide and a great idea for cache. RIP Dry Bones. Thanks for the adventure K8 n Co and thank you for maintaining this hide 1Minniemoo.
Out today for a drive for Chikinlittler's birthday with Ma and Pa Kettle. We decided Samford was to be our destination and that we would grab some caches. It turns out everyone else was converging on Samford/ it was packed. So the first place we headed was the cemetery (as you do). A littler quieter over here. We all walked around looking for what we needed and it was Pa Kettle that found them. We gathered what we needed and then headed off. What an awesome hide indeed. Really neat, very apt and super special. A FP from the chikins.

Out chasing some target caches in the area today, this is one of those.
I needed this cache for a particular challenge and, what a fun cache it was. Had the girls with me and they always enjoy a different style of cache, not into the bush bash style. However this turned out to be more fun than I hoped for. We started our search and covered the whole of the area before we found our required adjustments. I plotted our new course and off we went. While one child went back to the car the youngest followed behind, we found the cache and had had a huge laugh, AWESOME. We dug around and cleaned the area while looking for the log then Maddie says; look dad, it’s the same as the one we did a long time ago! (Oh I love my girls). So we signed the log, replaced as was and made our way onto the next cache for the day.
Thank you so much for keeping this one going, it was an easy solve, a fun cache to do and time well spent with the girls, thank you. Cache and log are in good condition and this cache gets a FP from me.

After spending the day walking in a nearby National Park around Mount glorious, we took a slightly different route home to Brisbane and came via this location. We pretty soon had the numbers we needed, but don’t you think after finding over 5000 geocaches we would know the difference between latitude and longitude!?!?
A quick juggle and we were back on the right path again and this set of numbers looked much more likely. At GZ we admired the beautifully constructed/deconstructed container. Thanks for keeping this one going.

We're in Samford this weekend for my niece's wedding but I couldn't let that get in the way of completing my Streak Week obligations. So on our way into the village for brunch, we detoured to the cemetery to find this cache, the coords for which I'd worked out at home.
My GPS was a bit jumpy but I managed to make my way to GZ without any problems and there I quickly spotted what I was supposed to find.
I'm quite partial to cemetery caches and this one was right up my alley, particularly because of its terrific theming. I'm therefore giving it a fave point as well as my very sincere thanks. Well done K8'n'Co!

Nipped outside this morning to nab a couple of quick caches. My next stop was here, a place I have been to before, seven years ago apparently. Them bones sure are dry now. I did a different job on the coords this time - better it seems because there was a cache there this time.
Thanks K8'n'Co. for entertaining me at this location.

Today I wanted to get out and go Geocaching before starting my working week again.Samford is one of my favourite places in Queensland so I decided to come here!
I wanted to offload some trackables from my Pacific Island cruise trip so what better way than to place them in some AMAZING caches.
Today I found this one and oh my, I absolutely love the creativeness! Thank you for placing and maintaining such an awesome cache.
I couldn’t have done it without the help of Wombles and Co! Turns out I had my numbers switched in the wrong position hahaha.

No maintenance to be done here today
The numbers were easily located, geography lesson discussed and off we headed to the very cool cache!

An incomplete group today for Wacky Wednesday, as NyssaFlutterby was unable to join us, so Wombles&Co and I headed out this way. And with a K8'n'Co cache on the map, we knew we had to make a beeline to this one for sure.
Pulling the car in, we parked and decided which side we should start on. It didn't take long before we had found who/what we were after, and were punching the waypoint info in. But my app was bugging out and wouldn't accept and save the waypoint. Wombles&Co had hers working, so we were in our way, and I managed to get my app working once more as we went.
Before we knew it we were at GZ, and a quick glance around had us spying "Old Dry Bones". We paid our respects before making our way back to the car.
Thanks for the cache K8'n'Co.. You'll be pleased to note I won't be needing to contact you about any issues with this one

It is new year's day and there is a souvenir up for grabs and I am in a moon boot which makes caching difficult. Bristracker helped to chauffeur me around and we stuck to low terrain hides. Due to an issue with one of my own bones Bristracker had to do most of the footwork for this one. TFTC
Spent an hour in the hot sun searching the cemetery to find the graves. Which were in the last place I looked. Then a long time in bushland to get the cache. Mumbling rude words. Trying to remember if I’ve EVER found this CO’s caches first up. No help from geobuddy with 2 ankles out of commission. Finally saw something that made me think it had to be CONNECTED.....aha! And there it was. Glad I did not give up on this very hot New Years Day.

Friday. Out today in this area and thought we would drop in and collect this cache. Such a lovely area. Nearing in on GZ, I eventually saw the hint – fallen over and so I fixed it up. An amazing cache container! It was almost apart, so have put it back together. Log was dry and all was in good order.
This was the only cache found on today's trip.
Thanks ***K8'n'Co.***, for showing us this place.

Easiest puzzle that we have encountered. But we have to learn the difference between longitude and latitude though. Loved the cache. Thanks
Wow our first mystery me my dad and our new cacher buddy my brother can't wait to do some more.
I always enjoy cemetery caches and this one was great! It was so peaceful while I gathered the information, with just the birds to keep me company. I haven't done a K8'n'Co cache in ages and forgot how wonderful the containers always are. TFTC , a fave point for you.
It was the Labour Day public holiday and we had decided to call into the Samford hotel for lunch. The place was packed and we were lucky to get a table. We lined up to order some food and knew it was going to be a wait.
My wife shouted me a wine which I sipped away at and enjoyed with her and my eldest daughter after a great day of caching.
I finished my wine and my wife offered to shout me another. All my caching dreams are coming true. Firstly she wanted to come out and find caches now she is buying me wines while we sit here. Cracker!
We must have waited maybe 45 minutes and a third glass of wine was put in front of me by my best mate. What have I done to deserve this treatment? What am I being buttered up for?
My daughter had ordered a pizza for lunch and halfway through she needs a break to make some room in her stomach. I'm not in a rush and hopefully some more wine turns up. It does!! I love you darrrrl.
After leaving the pub with a nice buzz, I think we should do a cemetery cache before heading home. After gathering the required information and making the mandatory mistake that everyone does, we took our time to read some headstones. I take particular note of what the Office of Australian War Graves does and really enjoy visiting the war graves they look after. I think our post-war veterans deserve this and not just because I spend a lot of time at my local RSL.
Off to GZ to find a great cache and a favourite point awarded for a great location and experience (and wines). tftc

A day of K8'n'Co. caches with Goodlookerz.
We quickly found the numbers we needed but of course we misinterpreted them and went off on a tangent.
We found our error and quickly had the cache in hand. Very inventive container.
As we were signing the log, we could both smell the distinct smell of cigars but there was no-one in sight. Eerie.

Out with Aussiemates doing a whole day of K8'n'Co caches. We misread the description and ended up heading off in the wrong direction after we had found the numbers. When we found ground zero, the log was a little damp but we could both smell a strong scent of cigar smoke all of a sudden. There was nobody else there. Freaky.
My son is doing a little holiday class in Samford today so what better to do than spend my time caching. So quiet and peaceful here and even more so on a Tuesday morning. Loved the GZ so creative! Thanks for placing a cache in beautiful Samford.
I came over this way especially to solve this one as I needed a "D" puzzle cache to kick my qualifiers off for the December challenge cache. This one was an easy solve and once the numbers punched into my GPS it was an equally quick find
Well I certainly enjoyed the setup on this one. Very well done and definitely deserves a favourite point I think
Like I mentioned, I came up here specifically to do this cache, so I haven't stopped at any other local caches. The day is starting to warm up quite quickly, and best for me to get out of the heat I think, or I may wind up as dry bones! Maybe next trip this way I'll get time to do a few more caches? I did stop and do a couple in Ferny Grove on the way here that I'd had my eye on for a while though.
The Samford Valley is a lovely area, and always so green whenever I drive through it. It would be nice to live on acreage over here
Thanks for the cache K8'n'Co.

Geohubby was at a nerd convention the other night so I thought I would solve a few blues around the place. Soon had this one solved with a bit of google search. Arrived at GZ, first our navigator had us on the wrong side of the street. The second attempt wasn't much better, he's going "this way" and I'm going no I'm sure we would enter through the cemetery. Third attempt was he saw a path and said down here to which I said no this way! Finally arrived at Gz after all the confusion, should of left him at the nerd convention on this one!!! This cache was awesome, part because of our struggle (all of which was our own fault by the way), and the fantastic cache!!! Definitely one of the most creative caches we have seen, it even scared a favourite point out of us. As for geohubby he also turned to dry bones once I was through with him and all the unnecessary bush bashing...

Arrived at the ? co-ords and set about searching the information. It was pretty hot so I sat in the shelter and did a bit of a google which gave me the answers. A quick calculation and a short walk through so many spider webs I came across dem bones. Nice touch. TFTC K8nCo
I may have had access to resources to armchair solve this one... So with the solution in hand I figured I would save this one for the end of the day (always good to end on a cache with lots of favourite points!). It just happened that this ended up being cache #500 for me! There was a few people having a walk around the area when I arrived, but fortunately they were up the other end, so I could discretely slip away and grab the cache. This is the second time I had seen this sort of container, but this one was in a more appropriate place. Favourite point awarded for accidentally providing a good mini-milestone cache.
I came and did this one with daddy. He did all the reading and I held the phone. It was a bit of a walk with lots of prickles getting on my pants. This was a good cache.
Out with the kids. Catherine's year is getting hard to read. A nice little trek to gz. Looked around, spotted the marker relatively easily. Nice dry bones. TFTC.
This is why I love K8'n'Co caches! I had kept this one to find as my 100th find as I knew it would be something different and I wasn't disappointed. Grabbed eldest geodaughter after school and headed off for this little milestone. Once at waypoint we split up in search of the info we needed. Took longer than it should as we spent some time reading. Eventually we had the numbers and off for a little walk. Geodaughter found GZ and left hunting for the cache and opening for me. So, so love this one. Very cool K'n'Co.
Visited the quilting show in the hall, and turned on the app to find this!!
Silly me confused long and lat... me thinks I might have been on private property. Whoops!
Back in the car and back THERE. And a nice creepy cache! Thanks K8 n Co!

I had to pick up the geoson and a couple of other boys from a camp at Baden Powell Park this afternoon so I decided to head over early and collect a couple of caches.
You would think that a man my age would know which was latitude and which was longitude but somehow I ended up at a dead end a couple of blocks away looking at the GPS and thinking this isn't right.
A few minutes later I was back at the cemetery ready to check out the headstones again when I realised my mistake. I swapped the numbers over and had a much better looking set of coordinates.
It was dead quiet here with not a soul around. You would have thought people would be dying to get in.
I made my way towards GZ wondering how I would find a micro in the bush but then I caught a glimpse of something familiar and put the GPS away.
When I rounded the tree and saw it though I thought I would die laughing.

Called in to find this cache on the way home from another of the CO's adventures. Information found and cache located. As usual, really enjoyed the hide Thanks for another great cache K8'n'Co!
Thought I had logged this one, but realised I missed it. (Todays date 22/04/16).
Out at the centre for a wrestling event when we noticed this one on the map. Got some spare time, so set off with Bubba_89.
Information obtained and the cache was soon in hand. Very appropriate container .

On a solo Northside Puzzle Frenzy today picking up some solved puzzles that have been on the list for far too long.
I found myself needing fuel and wound up in Samford. A nearby solved puzzle led me further afield, and with none around I parked close by. A pleasant surprise ay GZ - and I was grateful that LadySim wasn't with me to yell out in true B Movie Style!.
No pencil - oops. Well a charcoal stick will do fine - or blood.....muhahahahahah
Thanks for the cache!

After a late night last night doing a night cache down at Mount Cotton I was after a couple not too far from home this afternoon. I'd like to say this one was my goal but I actually made a wrong turn at Samford Village and ended up at the nearby school. Stopping to check the map I saw that I was almost on top of an icon so I drove a bit further on to see what I could see.
I wandered around for a bit and was about to head back to where the coordinates indicated I would've started if I'd looked at them before heading to where I was now. Luckily I glanced down first and there was Catherine right next to me. A little further and I found John and then it was off to find dem bones.
Reading headstones as I made my way to GZ I saw one that was dated 1866! I didn't realise this area had been settled so early. Then again I'm a Sydney girl and thought NSW was the only state settled until about 1901 [:p]
Eventually I arrived at the grave of Dry Bones and I'm pleased to say his bones are as dry as ever.

Found with JaffaJ and geokid who returned with me to find this neat hide. Added a page for the log.
We parked nearby and wandered over to find the information needed. We split up and each started at opposite ends. Very soon we found what we needed. We made the adjustments and wandered to GZ. What an unusual cache . Loved it.
The log paper is very fragile but we did manage to sign it.
Thanks for another top cache.

While Google may have many detractors, there is something to be said for being able to solve a puzzle such as this from the comfort of your lounge chair while savouring a freshly brewed hot beverage. Having said that, it was lovely to visit this resting place and view the well maintained headstones, I even caught a glimpse of the 2 in question. A nicely presented GZ, and yes they certainly are! Thanks for a ripper, FP from me.
With Ronin Pirate. We parked nearby and wandered over to find the required information. He started at one end, I started at the other. Before long, I had found what was needed. Once we had the required info, we wandered to GZ where this I found this unusual cache quickly. FP from me.
Jeepers it is hot out here....and I forgotto allow forthe K8 twist!
