Great hide. Took pilot pen topper, left dinosaur and Kenzie frog the girl frog GA3797. TFTC.
Second find of the day with Stewbies_6, kids had this one before I was out of the car.
A nice quick find, great for the kids. As we were signing the log we were spotted by what initially were likely muggles which turned out to be a chance meeting of a nice family that were about to do their first cache. Welcome to the game igomyway.
Managed to find the way in OK and then the cache was found easily with a good hint helping a lot. The log is full - sort of - the last page has been used but there is so much unused space on many pages that it should last a while yet.
A perfect day and a couple of fisherman were making the most of it on the beach below as we retrieved this one.
Thanks Jeff Tickell
Thanks Jeff Tickell
First for today, which will see me end up in Khancoban.
Found quickly after navigating my way through the long wet grass. This is a lovely little spot. TFTC

Nice and warm day to do caching today...nice area, Mr Bushies2 went there by himself and found it easily. Thanks Jeff Tickell.
Night trip out to the weir, torches on hand, walking through the pine trees. Very creepy at night, clear sky so stars shining brightly. On way back from GZ found a marked track much easier trip back to car. Quick find. TFTC.
Great hiding spot and very well hidden. Nearly left without the find but persisted and eventually found the cache. Logged in around midday. Got wet feet stomping around the GZ but them's the breaks. Cheers Jeff.
I'm thinking more along the lines of eucalyptus scented Ha ha. Easy find found cache a little exposed so after signing log covered it up a bit better.
Quick find, easier in winter cos first attempt last summer the long grass spooked us. Took nothing, left stamps.
Omg, what happened to all the pines at the pines? Very sad. And yet still a nice enough part of the wier to visit. Chicken signed this log... Sorry if she wrote a novel.
Found on trek out to Bethanga with Geo Blue Rinser, nice spot for a hide, well done, SL TFTC
After dodging some pretty massive spider webs, we found it.. nice spot for a picnic..

This place was great for our lunch stop today, so after wandering off and making our find, we sat at a picnic table and enjoyed the great views as we ate our toasted sandwiches. Took My Donna Beetle TB to move on and Trecaz Trakkie TB visited. Thanks Jeff Tickell for a caravan friendly cache.
Second find of day, Boot full of spear grass for the trouble but thankfully it was a quick find. Geokid left dinosaur, took nothing. TFTC Jeff Tickell
found it a couple of weeks ago just logging it now as i am slack...easy find just on ground exposed put back in spot and covered well.
Thanks Jeff.
Nice easy find for our first cache. Weir is now full and the pine trees are basically no more but it is still a nice area. Grass is thick and I advise against wearing thongs as my feet were itching all over with little white lumps when I got back, luckily the itch didn't stay around for long. Not really sure if it was bites or just some of the plants growing there. Unfortunately we didn't have anything with us to swap so we just filled in the log book and returned cache as we found it. Cache is in good condition.

We wonder why it was raining until we realised we were being pissed on by insects! EWWWWWW!!!! TFTC
Found with Aussiepuschaks and Unicornnikita on a Christmas Eve drive through the country. We got to stop here and paddle in the lake to cool our feet and my sister fell in; it was very funny. TFTC
Twas the night before Christmas and all through the land, cachers were searching, gps in hand.
They were walking and cycling, climbing and seeking, for a first a first to find, swaps or another stat they were needing.
As they go to each cache bounty they find, or maybe just a small log book inside.
Found with unicornnikita and little blue elephant. TNLN TFTC

Parked the car and walked in the long grass to gz where I made a quick find Lovely lake this one TFTC
A quick drive by grab on a soggy Sunday morning. It looks like this area is very popular with the boaties and fishermen today. The dogs loved the chance to stretch their legs as we made the find at GZ and they certainly picked up a load of grass seeds here today. SL Thanks Jeff Tickell for the cache
A quick trip to Ballarat from Canberra, in search of a caching vehicle. Black Bunny is still looking for a caching vehicle that he can sleep in. Any suggestions?
This one was all prickles and grass seeds, and we had to do some emergency brushing on Kenneth the long-haired Corgi, and Jenna the shaggy Briard. Thanks for the cache, Jeff Tickell.

Easy find, nice area!
Cache all in top condition, no moisture.
Forgot to bring my swaps, so I put in an old Mp3 player that I found (didn't even know it was there) in my car. Just needs a battery and some headphones!

Found at 15.30hrs. Very nice spot. Will have to come back for a picnic soon! Had a feeling there may have been other cachers in the area as we saw a couple of cars turn to where we were, stop for a few mins and then drive off! TNLN SL TFTC.
Enjoying a weekend away with friends for a square dancing convention. Staying close by at the Lake Hume Resort so this one was nice and close.

Traveled from Albury on a day of cache hunting with cow_zone and her geofriend.
Geofriend fought the evil goldern orb spider that was guarding GZ and claimed the loot in no time at all.
Found with Cow_zone and one half of bundy boy (geofriend)

The first cache for our geocaching day, out with TDVM and BundyBoy22's female half (aka GeoFriend). I still can't get over how big the Golden Orb spiders get up here compared to in Gippsland where they're small and unquestionably pretty. I can't blame TDVM and GeoFriend for being a bit put out by the spider we came across yesterday. But it was impressive.
A nice easy find for GeoFriend, who has taken the coin back to Gippy to hide.

A swarm of Monarch butterflies - who's complaining. We watched one get caught in a web, and the spider come out and eat its breakfast. T4TC, M@
Wow there were a lot of butterflies in the pines this morning. Watch one of them fly into a web and get eaten by a spider. Cheers Gav [5246]
Initially I gave this one a miss as a sign said the access road is private. Then I looked at the condition of the road & decided whoever owned it had left long ago. Drove down & after a short stroll had the cache, thanks.
Found at 11.15am The birds were enjoying the rain and everything was clean and fresh. TN Left: parrot. A nice area to visit.
FOUND IT!!!!!!!!!!! iphone gps was out of range so it was a looking only find! lol TFTC
nice quick find, looks like it was once a nice little area. Watch out for the P Platers who seem to want to use the car park as their private race track

The birds had me wandering around in circles. I looked at the caching hide spot within the first minute. 15 minutes later I looked there again with success.
Lovely views of the bridge. I took some shots. I inhaled the pine-0-clean smell.
Clear skies from TeamAstro.
Decided to put the 4x4 to use and whilst going along the track I said, bet its there, so did uturn and parked, GeoH got out and with GPSr in hand troddled off to find. Sitting here watching him go straight past where I said it would be, only to see him search for awhile and then head back to the spot.
When GeoH got back to the car he said...I was walking straight past the obvious place and had 25m to go, so kept on going to where GPSr said GZ was. At 1m there was nothing but a clearing, so zigzaging past all obvious spots I ended up back where GeoW said cache was.
A nice spot to come for a picnic.

Have driven past here many a time thinking 'should go down there and check it out'. Drunken Bee dance was quite spectacular on this one due to foliage cover, however geoP soon spotted a likely hide and had cache in hand.

After my first ever find, followed up with this one. Nice easy find for a beginner like myself.
The GPS sent me everywhere else but to the cache. But the cacher sense soon prevailed.

GPS was dancing around a bit, but our gut suspicion of a likely GZ proved to be right after walking around it for a bit! Container was bigger than we expected for a 'small', but nice spot and a reasonably quick find. TFTC
this was a relatively easy one to find once the garmin had spent 10mins locking on to GZ as i passed it like 4 times circling the area. nice views! watch out for those giant ants though! TFTC TNLN
After a second go and a better gps I found this one what a difference a good GPS makes...... TFTC.
no luck with this one, couldnt make sense of the clues and gps was off by a fair bit
A quick find today as it was starting to get dark and there were few muggles about.

A!n easy find for the Queen, GZ seemed to be very obvious for the geocaching eyes. Dad & the Princess were busy looking at the smooth tree trunks. Drove right up to it rather than walking - good old 4x4's. Took Koala Bear & left pink cocktail umbrella. SL. TFTC
After working out the best access to this cache, a short walk led to a good hide.
I picked up the Sooner Spooner II TB from the cache, although I doesnt look to have been logged in at the moment.
Thanks for the cache Jeff,

First find for the day, late this afternoon as the sun went down, you really get a good idea of how low the dam is from here, hope some serious rain fills it before too long. Thanks for bringing us here.
