Full time nomads stopping in Toodyay for a while.
After 3 days of 37degrees today was forecast to be a 'cool' 32degrees so we decided to tackle the Julimar caches. We ended up with only 1 DNF for our day and some interesting 4x4 driving that we havent done for a while. Lunch at the Bindoon bakery was a bonus but dodging the oversize loads going North and South on the highway was a bit of a challenge.

After a day of Bike riding decided it may be time to see what caches were in the area. Easy find TFTC
With a clear bright sky this morning we continued our trek towards Perth with ilook4geo. This was a nice quick and easy find and we were happy to add two more names on the log. All was then returned to its hiding place. Thanks for putting this cache into play go to trail_geek.
Having a fun time caching along in WA with goingplaces2.Each cache found had its log signed to keep things in order before going back into hiding. This one was a successful find for the day. TFTC.
A nice find to do with the kids, plenty of swappables to give them motivation! Found with teamlaroche! Thanks for the cache️
Out with Redrobbin25 & our muggle nephews who were delighted to find this big cache! Tftc
Out and about in Chittering, Bindoon and Toodyay today knocking off a few caches.

On a road trip up to the Mid West. Today, we decided to spend an extra day in the area, picking up some of the Julimar caches and a few others through to Toodyay. We enjoyed the variety of caches as well as variety of placements. Thanks trail_geek for placing this cache for our enjoyment.

Awesome little walk to cache ... could’ve driven in but a bit of post carona lock down exercise is always good tftc
Drove in on the track, glad we did as we had to dash back to get out of the rain after quickly finding the cache and signing the log. TFTC
One of 13 finds for the day (3 DNF's though!). Good to see the Ammo can getting a run! TFTC!
We left Geelong Vic in January and went up the centre to Darwin and across to WA, we will be home by Christmas
WA is simply stunning
We are travelling to new Norcia and the scenery, towns are just beautiful
Bit concerned heading to this one as yesterday, when further north, we had a very slippery experience when heading to a cache off the bitumen.
But this track was fine and a short walk soon had us at GZ where our favourite container type was soon found. A much bigger version of this container than we have been finding previously too. Thanks and a favourite point from us.

Headed out today with a total of 5 caching groups - 12 people in all (7 adults, 5 geokids). With 3 cars, it was a fun convoy! We were going to spend the day caching in Boddington, but due to that series being disabled for the time being, we thought we would get a few smileys north of the river. Even though some thought us crazy, the weather wasn't actually too bad, and all up it only rained for a small part of the day - not that it stopped us searching! All up, we had 74 finds for the day, and 7 DNF's. We enjoyed the caches thoroughly and thank everyone for their efforts in hiding and maintaining these series.
It started absolutely pouring, just after we had found the cache, and we ran back to the car...only to discover one in our group had taken a swap which they didn't really want/need, and so one member in our group was sent back in the pouring rain to return it Glad it wasn't me!!!

Spent the WA public holiday geocaching with a crowd (muskcat83, janssej, marlsj and jakevl). A total of 7A+5C in 3 cars. We had some mini competitions and prizes along the way to add to the fun. We didn't get too wet or cold! Thanks for the fun day out
Found while taking a tour of the area around Toodyay on a raining day. Nice easy find for me at this one. TFTC.

Love e these caches quick find. Cache is now surround by termites but still in good condition tftc
** This is a late log **
The caches I am now logging are from a little road trip I did with Eliktrisiti back in late January. We were only away for the one night, but we certainly packed in lots of fun, finds, smileys and laughter, not to mention getting totally drenched on day 2 as we picked up most of the Julimar Wander - like two drowned rats we were, but happy rats at that.
Since then, many more caches have been found and shared geocaching adventures have been enjoyed too, so it is about time that I got down to work on all those outstanding logs, albeit somewhat late.
I appreciate all the effort each of the cache owners has gone through to create and place each and every hide and I do not for one second take it for granted, I just need to get caught up so I can return to my usual style of individualized logs.
No problems finding this one. Thanks for the smiley trail geek
PS Dropped in a trackable to continue its journey.

Day 2 of the end of school holidays road trip with Mistraluna. Luckily the the heat had tuned down, but not so luckily the rain from north had reached the GinGin are... ou well, that should not stop the cachehunt.... and it didn't. Best day ever, although at times we were soaked as some poor rags on the washing lines. All for the name of THE smileys. Thank you for this one trail_geek
7 of us out in the bush enjoying ourselves today so we signed the log TM & TO to save time & space. Thank you for brining us to the Julimar Reserve. TFTC
An additional cache found by the intrepid TM & TO group during our Julimar Wander. TFTC trail geek.
A plan was hatched to tackle the Julimar series and surrounds with Clan-Wallace, Pommieparkin2, megawat60, m4yb and WebblyWA. The logs were either signed as our group name TM & TO (long story ) or under our own name if they had previously been found by the rest of the group. A great day was had by all and it is nice to do a series that is well maintained.
TFTC trail_geek this is find # 1828 for us

Seven Silly Sausages Set Seek in the Scorching Heat to tackle the Julimar series and a few Tourist Drives in between.
After meeting up and forming the TM & TO crew in Toodyay we joined forces and cut down vehicles to head out.
While the temperatures soared to around 44 degrees our cache numbers hit similar heights with a few extras along the way. Another extra here and luckily for us much easier to get to than the Southern Boundary one. Quick find here and I certainly admired the throne near by. Complete with hole for a different sort of throne I didn't get to close to see if it had been used. TFTC trail geek

TFTH headed out on a little adventure today this time with an additional person Itskate.
We got to Toodyay and completed the tourist series of caches then continued further towards Gingin and collected the Julimar series of caches.
Made a great stop at the bakery in Toodyay highly recommended.

Travelling around Australia on a caching adventure with CAD - home is Darwin... Lovely scenery out here - found after short stroll T4TC:) #4462
My partner called to tell me that she had just made a purchase over the internet, and the goods were located in Geraldton, so I hatched a route to grab as many country caches as I could along the way.
This one was on my hit list to claim a find in another county. A great cache this one, beautiful bush and a great container to boot.
TFTC trail_geek.
trail_geek, I found your cache Northern Boundary on 3/10/2016.

Greetings from France!
Series done on a wet and windy day with Emjuma57. It was the perfect option for us today. When the rain was to heavy, we had just to wait for a while in the car.
Forests are beautiful here, and we had a lot of fun!
Thanks to the owner for all the work done!!

We travelled from Maryborough QLD to Bindoon WA via NSW, VIC, SA and the Nullarbor towing our home on wheels to do a farm-sit for friends. We spent today touring around this beautiful area finding caches and lunching in Toodyay. What a great day and thanks to the COs for these hides.
Geocaching has taken me on many adventures over the years all over Australia and overseas. It has also introduced me to a brilliant and diverse group of people, many of whom are now close friends.
Today I was lucky enough to be out and about with some of those friends and we targeted this cache.
Sorry for the late log, but thanks for adding to the adventure!
Thanks trail_geek (F=75 H=31) for placing this cache.

Found with Micaparamedic. A short drive in, then a short walk, and nice to see a large container!
Nearby gunfire while searching was a bit disconcerting. Nice environs though TFTC, TNLN, SL.
I stopped by the checkpoint this morning
And went for a short stroll to GZ for a cache find
Nice to get out of the geomobile for a leg stretch !! [^]
TFTC.
And as I drove past an hour later,
another vehicle was parked just off the road and somebody strolling about in the bush close to GZ !! [:o]
A cacher maybe !!
I'll wait to see if anyone else logs this find today

We had this series on the radar for some time now and today was the day to claim the smilies . We enjoyed this area and the variety of containers kept things interesting. There were a couple that tested us with coords being slightly out but previous logs pointed us in the right direction . Thanks for the huge effort involved in putting these out, we had an absolute blast. Sorry for the generic log on most of them.
