The hide location has become a bit too public and the greenery too prickly for this to be a sustainable hide, so I'll have to archive it.
DNF and really don't care to look very hard as got stabbed by blackberries too many times
Everything was wet in the container.
Out with a friend who enjoys walking while I'm searching for caches.
A lovely winters day for a hike through this beautiful piece of Adelaide.

Container is not waterproof and is located in a high rainfall area, so everything inside I waterlogged
Went out with brother. Found it while he was at loo. Behind the vines under the rock. Need to change note book.
Found straight away. There was a plastic cockroach in it. Thought it was real for a sec.
First cache of the day: beautiful weather, a lovely spot, determination, and 3.5 litres of water. TFTC!
Literally as soon as I retrieved it a bunch of muggles stopped and stood around on the path opposite. Was forced to pretend to text until they finally moved on. Gorgeous area, very jealous of the locals having this on their doorstep. Tftc!
Managed to quickly find. Been up and down Lofty many a time. But never been here. Such a cool spot. Love it how geocaching brings you places you would not really go. Waterfall was pumping today so that was nice also thankful for the pencil in the cache to sign the log. TFTC
Beautiful location . I expect it can get quite busy here during the night of the summer - TFTC

Great little hide spot, requires new log as it has gotten damp and the log is also full.
A lovely lunch at Utopia, and a cute little geocache find after. Cleverly hidden. Needs a new notebook.
A cute little spot for a cache. Perfect to sit and listen to the waterfall after lunch at Utopia.
A bit of a wet day (better to see the waters fall) but good so less muggles. Found after a few minutes with middle cachers on muggle sentry duty. TFTC
A lovely drive down Waterfall Gully mostly an excuse to use the facilities but a handy find while I was here.

Over from Perth for a long weekend Before leaving I had googled 'best hike in Adelaide' and the walk from Waterfall Gully to Mount Lofty popped up - and here I am Very glad I came here; weather is perfect today, not too hot with a nice breeze, just right for a nice walk through some beautiful country. This was one of the caches I stopped off at along the way. Had to linger for a few minutes to allow some muggles to pass and was then able to nip round the back for a look. Was lucky, only took a couple of rummages before I struck gold (plastic). No problems here, was a nice quick find. TFTC
Out & about with Moneydork & LiB for a full day of caching...
Parking was a premium today but we found a spot...
Walking to GZ we could see the makings of a wedding which was happening later in the day...
No-one around close by so able to take a bit of time to grab this well hidden cache...

Staying in Adelaide and went for a quick drive to mt lofty before driving down here to have a look at the waterfalls. Had originally planned to do the walk from the waterfall fully to my lofty but discovered it closed for Renovation. Got to see the first two waterfalls and pick up this geocache so still turned out to be a good day. Thanks for the cache
Hiked Mt Lofty with my son today (had trouble keeping up with him at 5kph average on the way up - took 50mins) and grabbed this one before we started. Rummaged around in the vines for a minute or two before spying the cache. Log signed. Thanks Frozen Feet!

First cache for the day at the base of the walk. Sat loc was non existent, luckily for the description and past photos we were able to make the find. Cache is all good.,
With having the public holiday today, david wazza and myself made a decision after yesterdays day out near murray bridge to do some more caching today. Today we included Jess Wrigley in our travels and decided to head up to the “famous” mount lofty summit walk (I had previously never been up here). A nice morning walks with a 6 caches being collected along the way. A nice view at the top with a café at the top to complete the journey.
Thanks for the cache.

First one of today with Davidwazza and gridge98 doing a quick morning hike up Mt Lofty
With a public holiday free, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T), [@gridge98](http://coord.info/PRGKDMY) and I made a plan to do a morning hike up to Mount Lofty from Waterfall Gully. We found six traditional caches on the way up, and had one DNF on the hike down. This trail sure gets busy with walkers and joggers.
These coordinates seemed a little inaccurate as we searched one side of the river with limited ivy cover, until we returned to the other side when we read a comment. It was then a quick find from [@gridge98](http://coord.info/PRGKDMY). Thanks Frozen Feet.

Found it! After going up and checking out the waterfalls we stopped by here to have a second go at this one as there were too many people about when we first arrived.
A couple of young blokes were in the shelter however they seemed to be heads down doing important stuff so we wandered up to the wall and started a discrete search, all of a sudden o e of the uoung fellas asks qhat we are looking for, stunned, M came up with some lame arse answer, too which the young man replied 'so your geocaching then, well it's here'. Seems their important stuff was the same as our important stuff and we were soon in deep convo about past adventures and enlightening them to the intricacies of trackables.
Finally we went our seperate ways, with a trackable paston and another smiley on the map...TFTC...

The falls are more Dimrill Dale for me, but the buildings could be Elrond's.
Love this place. Thanks for the cache.

Took the kids up to Waterfall Gully for a hike in the milder weather today. Opened up my geocaching app and noticed an unfound Traditional so dived in for the find.

#3367 I needed a cache for the new year and this was it. I thought it was going to be harder but it wasn't. I'm Visiting Adelaide for 5 days from Canberra on this very hot summers day. Found a total of 76 caches. TFBMH Frozen Feet.
I walked up to Mount Lofty and back starting at Waterfall Gully today. Along the way I found several caches. Most of them were an easy find and with only a few muggels on the tracks it didn’t take long to sign the log books.
Thanks to all the owners for hiding the caches.

Thought we would try another direction today and headed for Cleland Conservation Park. Not too many vehicles in the carpark but we stilled met quite a few walkers along the track. With the temperature rising and having to use a temporary steep up/steep down track, it was a hot walk.
A nice quick find after a walk to the 5 Letterbox caches higher up.

We are in Adelaide on holidays and visiting relatives and today we came to Cleland Conservation Park. We had planned to walk from the first falls to the second falls but the track was too steep for our niece. Cache was fairly easily found once we looked at the clue lol

A free Sunday plus fine weather, why not go hiking and caching?
Today we hiked from Waterfall Gully to Mt Lofty, and returned. Tried 7 caches and found 6 caches on the way.
This was the first find. Did not take too long to find it. Signed the log. Took nothing and left nothing.
Thanks for the cache, Frozen Feet.

Time for a nice long rest after the trek down the hill with Roffer.
There weren't any muggles hanging around this side of the creek, so we had plenty of time to have a good hunt and locate the cache.
Signed the log and replaced the cache, and prepared ourselves for the journey back up the hill...

Happy to find this after a wonderful hike to Mount Lofty! Not a hard find, but watch out for moguls in the area though...
Doesn't have a pen/pencil, so remember to bring one along or even leave one in the Systema box...
