Camping at Mt Compass today we headed again towards Old Noarlunga with a bike onboard. Mr F jumped on the bike a few times to gather some distant caches otherwise we worked together to add more smilies from this region.

Today I headed out on a lovely sunny Saturday afternoon to so some Southern suburbs caching. I had planned a longer list than I found but morning chores and phone calls got in the way. Still I was happy to be out in the sunshine and found 15 caches and 5 lab caches.
These were my favorite 2 caches of the day loved the walk around the quarry. TFTC Lava12

Youngest Geodaughter found. We found a great Birthday badge in the cache for her that was appropriate because it was her Birthday party last week. Easy find in a good condition. TFTC
Me and the boi's Sam, Camilo and Alek found this. We didn't have a pen so we took a photo. Tftc
So this was a fairly full-on solo geocaching day for me today, and I wanted to make the most of the terrific weather that had the right temperature, sun out and blue sky. The plan was to head south to tackle some of the power trails / series, and for the most part, that was achieved. My day started at Seaford, and then it was a run along the creek finding the *Real Aliens* series. I then diverted towards the ocean, to find a nemesis oldie and enjoy a run along Moana's cliffs. A selection of the *Cats and Dogs* series were detoured past, before a break at Aldinga's bakery. Next was the *Forty Winks* series, and then back towards the ocean to enjoy a few caches at Sellicks Beach. It was getting to late afternoon by the time I drove through Myponga, and targeted a few hiking geocaches around there, and back towards Sellicks Hill. By this time, it was dark, and so made my way home, having utilised this great weather as best as I could.
I wasn't sure about finding this cache today, but having done the nearby cache, and such a beautiful day, I decided to continue my run to this location. Some great views of both along the seas/cliffs, and of the quarry walls behind. Once at GZ, it didn't take long to find this cache, with the cache container and logbook in good shape. Given the need to walk/run so far from the car to get here, I thought the terrain rating was on the low side. Thanks TeamUSBUSU for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Found but needs new log book/ paper ( which I didn’t have on me) owner maintenance needled
Fun find, accidentally picked up some dog poo in a bag so be wary of that! The description of the cache needs updating, it's a black geocache box, no zip lock bag.
This is our first geocache, was a good time, cheers . Was a lovely walk along the hills.
Thank you for this geocache! In it it was only a paper with some names wrote in there, so I couldn't write my name in it. And a red cotton ball. Thank you again!
It's on the ground not the black bag hanging up - whatever is inside that I don't care to know!
It was a lovely day today so I thought I would come down here and go for a walk to get the two caches along this section of Maslin Beach. [^]
I have looked at this one many times on the map but just didn't get around to coming for the walk.
Spent a bit of time admiring the great views as I walked to GZ, then made a quick find after looking at the hint.
Thanks for the cache bindikins.

Sunny day for a walk with the geo-pup, and what a great place. Lived in Adelaide all our lives and never been here. Thanks for bringing us here, and TFTC.
Out and about after dropping daughter to work at the day on the green. Found with superman_22
Found this beautiful morning! Was out in open. Possibly muggled. No pen to sign log. Took photo.
A pleasant walk around the cliffs from Aldinga. A quick find to complete the walk. TFTC
Lovely walk in to GZ with some fantastic views of the coast line, quick find fo us today, cache in good condition TFTC TeamUSBUSU
A pleasant walk over here on a cool, clear morning .
Read that this needed a container, so bought one with us today [8]. TNLNSL.
Followed the ridge line on our way out to take in the ocean views [^].
Thanks TeamUSBUSU.

Mattycat and Purrfect Di had a day out together.
Caching of course
This one needs some serious maintenance.
The remains of a container, mostly smashed to pieces,
and some cache stash under a rock.
A nice walk, maybe next one in can take a small container.

What an awesome place to visit. I took a 500 metre stroll from the car, and although it was a quagmire almost all the way, the scenery in here made it definitely worth while.
A nice quick find once I reached GZ, and the cache is in reasonable condition considering it's age and not-fit-for-purpose container. I walked on a bit further after re-hiding the cache and took in some great views along the coast.
Thanks TeamUSBUSU.

A nice little walk and a quick find. Interesting place. The cache lid is cracked and the log has gotten rather wet.

Found with Cam cache was tipped upside down however, Cam attempted to fix. Log will need replacing. TFTC
Container was not closed properly and the log was soaked and stuck together. Needs new log and new glad bag to put it in. Container is also slightly cracked on the lid, could use replacing.
Thanks for the hide. Nice walk to get to this one. Lots of Muggles and Muggle dogs out today. Nice area take a camera.
Nice walk if you do the whole loop. Great view of the stratification in the hill from near GZ. TFTC.

Keeping our daily streak going we dashed out before our lunch guests were due to arrive, stopped at the described spot and had a brisk walk in, thinking hmm we gotta go back up this hill , oh well we can always do with some exercise.
We came across two hang gliders, few hundred ants and about a million over friendly flies, all part of the out door experience!!! Found the cache in the described location, signed the log and replaced the cache safe and sound. We wandered further along the track and came across some lovely coastal views.
Then ho, ho, ho and home, home, home, we went.
Thanks TeamUSBUSU for the cache and Merry Christmas to all.
