Couldn't find it six months ago, couldn't find it again this time. Doesn't look like I'll find it anytime soon as I don't know when I'll be back again.
Oh well.
Oh well.
Last time I was in town the garden was much longer, looks like this one is gone, can the owner check?
In Brissy for a caching blitz with Steeba and Big Matt. Not really sure this cache is here. Reading the clues I was in the right spot but the garden has now been whipper sniped back to nothing so there is no cache protection.
Found at lunch time today, luckily there were not many people enjoying the area when I came along. Log book is pretty full. Thanks for the cache cebidae
Accompanied with Alchemy2. She found it before me... SL. Thanks cebidae for organising the cache and hunt.
Just too many people in the area today. I only searched for a bit but pulled the pin quickly. I'll be back in two weeks to have another look.
Last cache in Australia before heading home. Dropped the MB Racer travelbug which is looking to race to Sydney!

I arrived here just as a homeless chap got up & moved on. Good timing, except for what he left behind!
A pretty quick find & the cache was "High & Dry" so to speak. Was going to leave a coin, but thought better of it, just in case.
Nice little area to honour Queenie.
TFTC - Cheers

Nearly there, the fifth cache in our tour of Southbank. We had had lunch and the boys were in a hurry to finish to get their ice creams, they found it in seconds.

Found with Leolandy. Girls laughed at the boy's attempt to act with stealth. Fun day and nice walk around the city. TFTC
It's awfully quiet after dark... Found with HB and Joe. Took snoopy, left pin badge which retrieved from near my house in the UK. TFTC!

1192. Another early morning wander around Brisbane doing the caches I can that aren't surrounded my muggles. And they say New York never sleeps. This place is amazing. Of course I'm wandering around in a t-shirt because it's warmer at 5:30 in the morning here than middle of the day in Canberra. Of course you can spot the locals - they're the ones in beanies and coats!
Enough of that. Managed to sit right next to the cache so a very easy find.
TFTC and the look around this part of Brisbane.

Found this one OK. Did not realy notice this park in the area. Thanks for the great spot.
Another quick one as we moved to another corner of the city on our late night stroll.
Thanks again

Forty eighth for the day and cache one hundred and fifty on day five of our Brisvegas trip, the cache was found at 2220 in the company of chewinprickles and robmc. A nice area that i guess would be a hive of activity during the day, we found the cache as A bat circled about. Thanks cebidae for the cache.
Varoom !!!!!! Found it. Not too many muggles around at the time. Nice quick find.

Hey! Skottikus has signed this log. His flight must have landed. Shortly afterwards we met up for supper. Took nothing, left a carabiner, TFTH.
Found with Bob in tow. Our first Australian cache, and hopefully, not our last! Grabbed TB, SL, and headed on to the next one! TFTC!
This is my first cache in Australia. Been there from germany for a business trip and had some time in Brisbane.
In: TB - is already crabbed from somebody else.

Sorry about that , It was I who grabbed the coins and have just arrived back in New Zealand where I will place them into caches over here so they can continue there journeys. Cheers Bo
A lot of fire ants you have down here. Luckily the container was not full of them. Interesting place and no muggles around.
Than you for the cache and greetings from Finland!
No coins or bugs inside! Sorry!

We are the owners of the TFTC coin. Please would the next cacher grab it and move it for us, as it is part of the SA TB race. (Around the world in 80 ways)
What a pity the old building was demolished! A easy find at another interseting site in Brisbane, which I surely would have missed was it not for geocaching.
Dropped some coins.

Another Cebidae cache found on a 24 hour geocaching run. Wow we are so lucky that so many of our Brisbane cachers are prolific hiders. thanks for the cache.
Had to abandon my search as gardener muggles were gardening in the area at the time. Returned later anfd couldn't find the cache. They've given tghe spot quite a trimming, so I hope the cache is still there.
I had looked for this once before, and I'm sure I looked where I found the cache tonight.
I walked up through the Uni, and there were lots of possums running around.

Another Brisbane cache on my trip here for work. Not too many people around on a Sunday morning, although I did need to 'tie my shoe'. TFTC!
Found fairly quickly after dark. I always thought that the Bellevue was on the other side of the road a bit closer to the City - the things you learn. Thanks FTC Cebidae.
Our first find in Brisbane. Just up the road from our hotel. We hadn't planned on starting cache hunting until Sunday, so fitting this one in upon arrival was a bit of a thrill. Mr S reallllly doesn't like these urban hunts ... too nerve-wracking!
Did a little night caching with Mr Nanks. Very convenient seeing we are staying at the Nanks carapark. Didnt take us too long to find this one. Thanks cebidae
Find number 1403, Bruce from Liz and Bruce and I decided that some CBD caching clean up needed to be done. We found this cache very quickly. It sounds like it is easier than where it was recently hidden.TFTC Cheers THENANKS
One of several caches found on an Australia Day holiday in the CBD in the good company of Rastas000.
Took some time to find, though i had to get out of my wheelchair now to get it. It has been replaced back in the original location by Rastas (with permission of owner), so should be easy to access again.
I like the history of this place......go boys

Once I heard the cache had been moved ot where it was meant to be the Witch was convinced we needed to return. Cache was located immediately. TFTC.
Found by Sunshine Toledo and Her Majesty at 1:00pm. After about 4 goes we have finally found this cache. It was sitting out in the open and I'm sure I have looked there several times before on previous trips to the city. It was quite difficult to cover. TNLNSL TFTC
Last cache of the day!! Lots of muggles around! But managed to get it unnoticed! Took Travel bug, left Canadian Cacher pin. TFTC
Found without any problems.

First international find before heading off to work - the reason we have come for a visit.
Found at 0645, so few issues with muggles. Great location - I used to walk past here daily but don't ever recall noticing the statue of QEII!

Seems to be a popular cache and it was added to our list of finds today after wandering through the Botanic Gardens. Nice and quiet here on Sunday afternoon so it was an easy find. TFTC. No swaps made.
Her Madge must love these rather flattering statues. We loved the cache. Thank you
Had some real trouble with the "metric" Aussie slang caches. This one however fell pretty easy. TNLN. The Red Bull VW was next door at QUT and gave us wings. I guess that's not the marketing hype down under.
A nice easy find on our walk with Mapkids through the city from South-bank. Left squishy spider. Good to see a couple of recent first finds at this cache. Thanks Cebidae
Thanks for this cache! It was a great first find for me. There was a really nice pin that was left in there too. I loved it. thanks again
2nd cache of the day at 08:40, while on the way to the place where I was to be studying for the next couple of days. Had to squeeze some CBD cache's in while here. TNLNSL. TFTC.
Found cache today at about midday. first cache i've found. was quite easy to locate. peace
Fairly easy find for Penguiny and family on a hot Sunday afternoon.
Disposed of the out-of-date movie voucher. Other than that, TNLN&SL.
As a side issue, I think that one would need a monster-truck wheelchair for this cache to be wheelchair-accessible. Either that, or very, very, very long arms

Well I actually found this one harder than Queens Plaque, but I think that's due to old age and not being able to see black things in black spots. I called in on this one three times before I actually found it in the easy obvious place that I first looked and managed to not find it in.

I'd been having a torrid morning with my gps not settling. Rang a helpline just to ensure I was in the right area. Assured that I was I set about searching for this one. Nice easy find. Cache dry and in good condition.

Out with Findalot, finalising our event details and thought we should grab a couple of nearby caches. Scatty readings in amongst the buildings, but the clues helped. TFTC
There is quite a bit of history associated with this site, as there should be, being this close to Government Buildings.
Looked around and there it was.
Reception was lousy, but the cache was found by 'Co' of C8'n'Co.
Thanks Cebidae
