Wish I had read previous logs before I bothered. It took ages to find the location as I had a terrible, rough map only. Found the exact location. Took the cache lid and after a 20 minute search and almost a swim in the water, I can agree that the cache is gone. Will email owner to get this one delisted.
We found a tree, a hole and a container lid. No cache, I expect the previous logs are correct and it's long gone.
Agree with the previous logs - hadn't read them so went hunting high and low and came to the same conclusion; all holes empty, cache must be muggled
A beautiful big old tree though...
A beautiful big old tree though...
Pretty sure this one has been muggled. . .the 'obvious' spot is vacant and there were suspiciously cache-like remains at the top of the bank. . .
No luck for me today. Will send a picture to jaffas in case it has been muggled. I found a really good spot with a few pieces of bark scattered nearby, but I am probably mistaken! TFT hunt, jaffas. Nice location even if I failed miserably!!!!!!
Started on the wrong side of stream but with a trained geocachers eye could see cache from the other side of stream. Small detour to sign the log.
Found on the way home with kellyxley and Fiona. I didn't think heels would be good, but then I didn't have to search in them either ... though I did slip when going up the incline. TFTC!
Thanks for the cache it's I a good spot but it needs a little TLC as the log book is really damaged

Found on a day walk around the lake after having a run from Mandurah on the train. TNLN SL TFTH
TFTF No writing implement so unable to log. Didn't nearly fall in but did nearly snap a leg! That was my own fault for not bringing appropriate cache footwear to Perth. Good early morning find!
A nice lil stop you in your tracks kind of cache hey. Well done. No I didn`t take the wet path. TNLN. Thanks Jaffas.
took a bit longer to find this one than it could have because we stopped to take photos of the ducklings running around the path to GZ

A quick and easy one this morning. Did not get wet at all.
TFTC and cheers from Germany.
MTKEus
A new log would be fine as there a only loose sheets in the container.

Add me to the long list of people who started on the wrong side of the waterway..lol
Eventually made a nice easy find in this tranquil spot.
Left the tiger TB to prowl here for awhile.

As easy find on a visit to this area, yes like many before approached from the obvious but incorrect side. Got there in the end easily enough. TFTC
Second find for day. We went the wrong way first like everyone does but doubled back and found the correct way. Left armyman took little miss sunshine.TFTF
Found with McQuillanB
This was fun. I can't believe I overlooked the hiding spot!

Enjoyed this one, easy find but had to pull a Jackie Chan move to get there, probably easier to reach from the other direction. And I stayed dry!
As usual for me, went the wrong way to cross the river, so doubled back and went the correct way!
Very good hide.
I wonder how many people may have lost traction and ended up in the drink.
Took Busy Bee TB to move along

[Frogl3t and I found the ] hole at the base of the large tree [with ease, but there was nothing there... suspect it has been muggled, as there were signs of ..."muggle activity" nearby]
A lone cache and appropriately named. TFTC, jaffas. Greeting from Geocaching Malaysia in Facebook.
Had to walk an extra distance to get to the other side of the river. We walked and triumphantly claimed the cache! TFTC, jaffas.
This is our third last cache and I am feeling tired already but happy to have found this one with a TB in it. TFTH, Jaffas.
Found just after 8.30am......once I worked out how to get there. Now I understand all the notes on the listing.
Cache seems to be in good shape...so no problems.
Thanks for a little adventure.......cool location.

Found last night with brother doing all the hunting, fortunately as I'm not as nimble as he is. Took Dalmatian figurine and yellow toy car, left Mr. Men toy and a small wallet. Also took John Howard coin and the travel bug, and left KOALA travel bug. Will log the bug and the coin once I get home again. We went in late afternoon so it got dark quickly, I'd recommend a good torch and someone to spot for muggles as there were a lot of running/dog walking ones while we were there.
Would recommend a new plastic bag as my brother relayed to me that the other one seems damaged. He wasn't sure or not whether the lid was fitting on right either, as it was nearing pitch dark once we grabbed it. Perhaps worth a check the next time it gets visited.
Parked near by and wandered up to the cache, I felt very exposed when retrieving the cache.
Picked up Richlinks Persistence of Caching Geocoin and Left John Howard Geocoin
Thanks for the hunt

Found with Mr T. We disturbed more than a few spiders during our attemp. Dropped of a geocoin. TFTH!
I was more concerned with dropping me in the water. Cache was a bit damp so replaced bag. Left TB Porky pig. TFTH

Out with Eldest GeoTeen, once we saw the gate, GPS led us to gz and the cache was recovered. SL TNLN TFTH
Over in Perth for the Square dancing convention for the week, Out for the day with newly introduced geo.daughter, son in law and new grandaughter. Lovely area to take a break to lunch. Nice easy pick up. On our return meet with fellow dancer/cacher Normad. Always admired them on the floor, great to know we have another common interest. TNLN Thanks for bringing us here.
We loved this little spot. Decided to stay and have lunch here. Very relaxing except for all the ducks.

Found at 1:10PM on the 6th of June by Ray and Maya. We continue our walk, spreading our horizons, as we unwind after an energetic evening of Square Dancing at the Loftus centre. Nice to have met fellow cachers at this location, who turned out also to be fellow Square Dancers as well. TNLN. Thanks for the cache. The Nomads
Seeker team enjoyed this one. Didn't know the river existed and we live 1.5km away.
Nice spot TFTH.TNSL.Left travel bug. I think you need a new plastic bag lots of holes in this one
We were careful about our approach and found the cache without any problem. Thanks jaffas
Very suitable name for this cache,a bit slippery so watch out if you do not want to have an unexpected bath. Thanks we had god fun.

Honey did that, because I refused to go into bush again, being afraid of spiders and snakes. TFTC
This is a belated post after I was looking at the map and realised I hadn't posted a find. Took the geokids with me for this one after finding John Howard. The kids took the high road and I took the low road to the creek and made the find after a short stroll along the banks.

Interesting cache, this one. The area is fenced off from one direction by the water authority but is used by the locals via other entrance points.

Found today after a 1mk ride around the Herdie lake. Han Solo and i walked along different sides of the stream, turned out he was on the right side, so he made the find. Force was stronger with him today obviously. TFTH TNLN. SL.

Found it on a nice cool, slightly rainy Perth morning. Nice little spot. Geowife and Kids enjoyed the walk. Thanks for the cache.
Our first GeoCache experience! Loved it, can't wait to tell our friends. Mum, Dad, 5yo, baby and dog. Took necklace, left little brown figures. Put back and hid fairly well.
[Australian Branch] Easy find as was not well concealed...made sure it was better hidden on the way out! TN, left little necklace.
You know you want to hear it so; "I was on the wrong side!" I even contemplated doing the big leap but knew I wouldn't make it. Had the devil in hand 5 minutes later at 0905hrs. Nice little location.

Took Ferry, Corne and Emmelot for their first hunt, just meters away from their home. Quick find. Fantastic intro into Geocaching. Thanks for the hunt
My first find, YAY, what a great place, have only been there once before, idyllic, thanks for the hunt
Just got back from this one, I used to go to Churchlands SHS so thought for my first Geocache I'd make it one were I was familiar to the area. The banks of the creek/drain have really been improved since I was there last, nice quiet spot to sit and think on a lazy Sunday afternoon.
Took a minute to figure out which way to get to this one, but the sign said I couldn't go one way, which solved that problem. Took the coin and the TB. Left George. Met another cacher, don't know who was more startled. (That's really not true, I jumped, he didn't). If someone knows what this guy is, please email and let me know. TFTC
The log book is now full - really!! Unfortunately I had nothing with me that could have been used as a temporary log. I've noted this has been recorded several times now - perhaps the next cacher heading by could drop in a blank sheet to use until a new log book can be sorted.
What a great little spot! Snuggled in amongst suburbia once again. Found myself in the same position as funigalo previously and had to renegotiate my position to the correct side of the waterway. Once that was achieved it was a pretty easy find - being careful of course not to take a dip!!
ARRIVED - Dr Ape TB and Bewilderbeests GC
DEPARTED - Nathis Asterix TB and John Howard GC
Thanks for the hunt jaffas and BTW maintenance is needed as the log book is chockers - no room left.

Lovely area. Reminded me of playing around a creek when I was a kid. Dropped off Asterix TB. Note - very liitle space remaining in logbook. TFTH.
Almost got there to find we were on the wrong side of the river. Made the detour around, and found the cache quite easily. Thanks jaffas. TNLN.
Good hiding spot. Don't think neighbours were looking. Log book full.
L: John Howard TB and a scratchie - good luck to whoever gets it.
