Logs
As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been a number of months since the last owner note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it. Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.
Checked thoroughly under each spot 3 times with no success. Either it has A+ ninja camo or is missing in action. Perhaps a check-up by the CO would help.
I arrived late in the afternoon and there were a few muggles around. Naturally enough I searched each bridge and found the cache in the third one.

What a beautiful Botanic Gardens!!! Such huge old trees and a couple of rare specimens too. Perfect place to go on Anzac Day morning before a walk up to the Worl War One Memorial. Thanks for the cache
An early morning walk through a pretty park in which the workers were getting ready for ANZAC day tomorrow, led us to a quick find

A quick look to make sure no muggles in sight before retrieving the cache, signing it and returning it. I really enjoyed wandering around these lovely green gardens and marvelling at the size of many of the mature trees. Thanks Tickells
An easy find on a day of geocaching. Great location with some amazing plants. Unfortunately the coordinates were all over the place at times. Had to be careful because there was lots of muggles. TFTC

Tried this one twice yesterday but GZ was surrounded by muggles each time. Today the only one watching us was a duck. An easy find early in the day in a beautiful part of the city. Thank you for bringing us here.
Well it was pretty obvious where this would be but was muggled out twice. Came early in the arvo only to find several groups enjoying the gardens around GZ. Attempted later and only had time to check the first spot before a family came and set up camp on the grass :/ Grrrr.
Still, I was happy to be able to finally have a look around the gardens after driving past many times.
Will be back for this one.

Quick find once muggles had gone! TFTC!

Done this cache on a quiet evening whilst looking for the clues for a multi which I will complete on another day as it was starting to get dark, and the mozzies were out and about. TFTC
Found this one on a lovely afternoon out caching. A good one - made sure one of us kept a look out as it was a bit busy. TFTC!
Found 8:00pm , find # 1728
Today we left Melbourne and drove up the Hume Freeway to Albury, with a small deviation via Yackandandah.
This was find # 18 of 19 for the day.
After dining at the local Indian restaurent in Albury, we wandered down to the Botanical Gardens, and this was found in the fifth place I looked.
I had left my GPS at the motel so used the Samsung GS2.
Thanks Tickells,

What a fantastic park particularly at this time of year when lots of the flowers were out. Being used to photographic decoys participating in this sport I took the opportunity of photographing the reflections of my geocousin in the water while retrieving this cache, right under the noses of some picnicers close-by.
Am keen to come back to see the dinosaur park currently under construction in operation.
TFTC!
P.S. Sorry for the late log!

Camera and child in such beautiful gardens makes for a wonderful cover with picnicers in close range of GZ.

Found with Anderka Ywurry and geochild after attending the event. This was a very tricky cache as people not far from GZ. I would have left it but Anderka came up with a great idea. Lets take some reflection photo's. Well not only did she take some fantastic photo's we managed to get the cache sign it and replace it with the nearby muggles having any idea what we had been doing. Great gardens here geo child loved the dinosaur and the ducks wandering around. TFTC
Unable to replace log this weekend. If the next cacher has a spare log could you be kind enough to replace it please. Thanks. Jeff.
Did a bit of caching just on nightfall to avoid muggles. Nice easy find with only a few possibilities to choose from.
with a few muggles around on such a beaut day stealth was required, geoson along with mumkat took to "looking for fishes in the water" when it came to looking for this one, with a relatively quick find log was signed and replaced:-) such an awesome spot, as we only had very limited time allowance (only had 1 1/12 hrs till we had to board the train home to wang) we will definately be back, thankyou for bringing us here:-)
A very windy day in the gardens. Geodaughter spotted this one, while the rest us tried to create a distraction for the muggles picnicing nearby. TFTC.
With the gardens so isolated this time of the morning, i madea quick muggle free find. TFTC tickells.
Quick find after I was given a hint. No muggles out today - cold, wet and windy. Certainly no trackable that I saw.... TFTC
This was the first find with my replacement Garmin Oregon. I had managed to crack the screen on my previous Oregon during an overseas flight late last year and finally got around to sending it to Garmin in Sydney who sent me a new one instead
The XYL and I are regular visitors to Albury and discovered this park during our last visit a couple of months ago and thought it would have to contain at least one cache. We weren't disappointed and Bridges of Botany ensured another pleasurable walk through the gardens.
A few nipper muggles and their parents in the area meant that our search needed to be a discreet one, which is a bit hard when you're crouching down on your hands and knees, but after seeing the muggles off we located the cache without too much difficulty.
TFTC.

This was our third visit to this cache but the first time we were able to look for it. A quick find was made. TFTC.
had to wait for a muugle to leave, he was sitting right where the cache was, found and signed log only to see that the last find was today. was he signing the log and waiting for us to leave?? tftc
It started to rain very heavily as we approached this cache. The muggles that we in the immediate area of GZ were looking for shelter and they retreated to their cars as they couldn't find alternate shelter. We too cover under one of the very large deciduous trees. Once the rain had cleared, we searched for the cache. Accurate coordinates led to a quick find. The cache and its contents were in good condition. TFTC Jeff Tickell.
Looked where the co-ords told me to but no luck headed to the next one and bingo, no trolls to be seen. Lovely spot, will come and visit again when the children's garden is finished. TFTC
Found it with geofamily. Was a good hide. Good spot for kids to run around. Thanks for the cache.
Good fun with the kids. Luckily no one got wet! Has Bahamas visitors with us.
Found at night with Kmace. It was getting very cold as we entered the area and searched. After some bending and streatching we found the little thing and signed the log. Would be difficult in the day due to muggling but at night had no disturbance. Nice formal park
Found with Irontoad tonight after dark. Wow I certainly didn't expect the cache to be what it was and the bridges. Irontoad found one and assumed it was the correct one (after searching fruitlessly - it was the wrong bridge) I decided to extend the search a bit and we found three bridges! After leaving Irontoad who was navigating at this time to decide which one it was - we quickly had the dry cache in hand. Took nothing, left nothing and signed log. Thanks a lot for a brilliant cache Jeff Tickell but I am glad that we were doing this at night as we would have raised a lot of suspicion during the day!
Found quickly, took some pictures of the amazing flora and me hugging it! #2 for us
Nice! - TFTC
What a view eh? Looks like we came right at the best time to catch the colours!
Didn't know which bridge at first, but it didn't take long before the cache was in hand
Didn't sign because 1) we didn't have a pen on us, and 2) because it was really quite damp, but ah well, what you gonna do?
I love where my brothers basketball takes us! A month ago we were in canberra, and a fortnight ago, bateman's bay, now look at us! I love it for the hours driving i get, the scenery, and of course, the caching!
Thanks Jeff Tickell for adding to a somewhat unforgettable experience!
TNLN, TFTC again, Jimmyd2107

No trouble with muggles today as it was bucketing down with rain. Thanks for the cache.
Beautiful day for a stroll in the gardens! Fairly easy find. A few muggles around, but reading newspaper or making out (!), so not interested in what we were doing! Signed log. Tftc

Was muggled out by some people from Melburne, who thought I was a Park ranger. Could have bluffed my way through, but decided to come clean. Tried the wrong bridge before I tried the right one, but achieved success! Cache # 1,171.
Our last day in Albury after attending the Oz Mega event and helping clean up the campsites we decided to find some more caches before heading back to Canberra. This was our last cache before making our journey home. The weather had turned cold and windy and we needed to get on the road. We stopped at the gardens and enjoyed walking through them to GZ. A fun little spot and the coordinates were a little off but there weren’t many possible hiding spots so the cache was soon in hand. Thanks Jeff Tickell, we hope to be back soon to find some more of these great Albury caches.
