Logs
As there's been no cache to find or log to sign for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
found it and met the snail, he complained that tegator hasnt visited for quite a while and wont pay any rent until that front door is fixed, also requested a new log as his reading matter has totally run out, replaced his home back to the position and took a couple of pics so you might feel sad for him and go and fix the place up a bit tyftc
found easily nice hide. the log and lid is missing only thing in cache was a snail...
Found This cache in a very sorry condition, no logbook no lid but a resident snail. It is a pitty as I grew up in the area and remember the Fishers Ghost Festival and the ledgen around it.
This was our second go with this one - a bit tricky to find! Daddy to Mini Moffs got it eventually. SL TFTC!
Took a little time to find , nicely camo'd with spider webs and dark hole.
Lucky to have nobody sitting on GZ today

Had a go at this one at this on a couple of weeks ago.Place was full of Mum mugglers picking up their kids.About the same time 3:30pm and I could not see anything looking into the sun, so gave up.Now I have a new eye (cataract) .can see all thing bright and beautiful (and caches) did not have that much trouble finding this one.A few spiders living there now but with the handle on the cache box it was easy TFTC Gotcha16
First find ever!! With the help of my GeoJacks 3 yr old fingers (checking for spideys first of course!). Didn't have the GPS either, as I live about 200 metres away and knew the spot. Logged visit on paper.
Due to techincal problems i couldn't log until now sorry and thanks for understanding. This is a great hide and challenging hide during the time i found it. TFTC
arrived at the spot but there was a muggle intent on finishing his bottle slowly. Even went to the shops to grab a bite to eat but he was still there. or was he...
any way we will be back.

NickoHeap found this very quickly. I had an old Australian history book I used to read as a kid and I still remember this story. I told my boys the story of the murder and the ghost while we were signing the log. Thanks for bringing us here.
A l;ittle bit sneaky, but luckily there where not to many possibilities.

A nice easy find for the first cache of the day. The kids thought it was very clever!! TFTC
Interesting location hard to search due to the muggle activity. Needs new log book
Leaving Sydney just before lunch and going down the Great Northern Rd and getting a few smiley faces along the way this was the seventh for the day and the second placed by Tegator on a three day caching trip to Geelong.
This was an easy find and signed the very full log book while there were few muggles around this warm afternoon. Thanks again Tegator.
No signs of ghosts on this lunchtime visit while working at nearby sunny Smeaton Grange! The log is dry but was a bit wrinkled. I've straightened it out! Loved the handle - typical ingenuity from Tegator! TNLN SL TFTC Cheers.......Gaztek
Found this one while visiting the in-laws. Have to be cartful due to the spiders at GZ
Thanks for the hunt
Thanks for the hunt
Nice easy find this one. Very damp around the container and I think that it may be affected very soon.
Thanks Tegator took me a while but eventually found it. Good hide !

A Nice easy find, it was alot of fun trying to manouvre between the redback guarding the cache and the heavy traffic flow
A Great easy find, found quick, but the redback and the amount of motoring muggles made for an interesting catch
Simple find in the end, with the handle making things much easier upon extracting the cache. Few muggle motorists and creepy crawlies hindering the hide, but was found within minutes of looking. TFTC
3:30pm. Found after getting advice from another Cacher.

First time tried finding it without a GPS. Thought I knew where it would be but wasn't certain. Amazing how a little doubt will make you give up. Found it on second try, with a GPS! Nice home-made cache. The handle is a good idea.
5pm on a busy sunny afternoon. Looked official carrying a GPS and paperwork. Did I pass off as a wall inspector - 2nd class.
Hard place to search without being noticed.
Did think of Pink Floyd tho.
Will be back.

Easy to hunt for this one at this time of night, not too much traffic ! I wouldnt like to try it in the day time though ! TFTC SL.
Found as part of the McWinTrexO'n team cache invasion tour north, easy find at the right time of day I'll bet it's busy here at 03:30.

It's the cache-sensitive magnetic filings in the McPhan nose and his twizzle-stick, extending arms that can pluck a cache from a hidey-hole in a flash that separates the sheep from the kangaroos! Thanks for the cache.
A quick find on our way north to Nelson Bay on four days of caching fun and foolishness. Found with McPhan, RexTrex and BigON. Thanks Tegator.
2104. A quick find pulled out from under the red face of one of Team McWinTexON. I'm not sayig which one as this could lead to repercussions.

I decide to stay a bit further out this time and do some of the caches in the area.
Being the middle of a work day and wearing a fluro shirt makes looking for this cache less suspicious looking.
It was a bit easier to find than I expected after reading some of the logs. The handle makes it easy but the spider web made me nervous.
Well done

now that the work is over and the fance is gone we can back to the cache so go get it
just untill the work is all finshed and as i work in the foodworks over the road i can keep a close eye on them will be back soon
Found this one.
but was very hesitant to be just feeling around as when i did i felt spiderwebs and usually you rarely have one without the other.
So i was very clumsy and dropped my pen on the ground a number of times until the cache was located.
Made sure the area in front of the cache was clear with the pen i just found on the ground hehe.
then sat and retrieved the cache.
AND WHY is it when you come to putting it back there is always people in the near vicinity.
5 minutes later i finally put the cache back where it belonged

Couldn't find it!!
Sat and felt as much as I could (without being overrun by ants)
then went and looked properly and all the obvious spots had nothing in them...
Had to stop because we were getting VERY suspicious looks from the locals - was waiting for the cops to pull up or something!
oh well, for another day.
the irony is that everyone said it was easy! :S
This was our last cache for the night. Julio took a turn finding the coordinates with the GPS. The team found this cache fairly quickly. Nice hidding place.

Little did Frederick George James Fisher realize, that instead of being remembered as the first man to attempt to make paper in NSW, he would instead become famous as a ghost! Seems Fisher went to gaol for indebtedness. To possibly protect or conceal his property from debtors, he signed everything over to his friend and neighbor George Worrall - evidently on the contingency that Worrall sign it all back when Fisher got out. Six months later Fisher was let out of gaol, and disappeared on 17 June 1826. Worrall took over Fisher's property, started wearing his clothes, and tried to sell off a horse and other property. When asked about it, he first said Fisher went back to England, departing from Sydney on the ship Lord (or Lady) St Vincent (later, when the authorities checked, no such ship had docked in Sydney). A reward was offered. James Hurley (or Farley) said he saw Fisher's ghost sitting on the fence rail where blood had been found (near the intersection of Queen St. & Camden Rd.), pointing to a marshy area. On the 31st of Oct., while probing a disturbed spot in this marshy area (now a drainage area in Koshigaya Park) with a rod, Fisher's body was found. Frederick Fisher was buried in an unmarked grave, in St. Peter's Cemetery, Campbelltown. Worrall after several different stories as to how, and by whom Frederick Fisher was murdered, was charged and sentenced to death. He allegedly admitted to a clergyman that he alone had murdered Frederick Fisher. Worrall was hung in Sydney on 5 Feb. 1827.
Neat cache container! Signed the log. Thank you for sharing this interesting park, and for the cache tegator!

Thanks Tegator, the first of three of your hides for the day. Nice easy find.
On my way from Canberra to Sydney just thought I revive survive caching style, ie get cache then get food.. a quick scan eliminated first guess, second guess guess came up with the goods..

I like the additions to this little cache, it certainly makes it easier to retrieve while trying not to attract attention. I walked in from the otherside of the bridge I imagine this spot has the potential for a torrent of water to come through! I'd like to be on the bridge when that happens! Maybe not fishing though. Thanks for bringing me here Tegator twas a quick find while I was on my way to a job.
