Went to find cache just as workmen were pulling away having chopped up what we think was the likely tree. Talked to one of the workers, he had seen no sign of a cache, but there was still a bit of debris around, so it may pay for cache owner to look.
The wind has lived up to its name and felled the tree. I have retrieved the cache if you want to get it off me. Council workers are currently chopping up the tree so unlikely to be able to re hide it in the same place.
Good hide. Lucky to survive the wet winter I guess.
But log V E R Y wet.
No sign of travel bug.

Cool hiding place, nice park too. A couple of caches nearby here so worth the wander. `Logbook is sodden though - couldn't sign it. Thanks for the cache!
A nice quick find. Log book very wet. Needs drying out and maybe an inner plastic bag/ placing out of the wet.
I was a bit worried this one might have been lost in the flooding but all okay after some excavation with a stick. No trackable though and a ver wet log book. TFTC
There was a school cross country on at the park so unfortunately I couldn't get"The Gnarly Treasure Tree" cache but this was a nice easy one to grab before the race started. TFTC
Nice easy find after school. Thanks. Took a glow in darm Camel and left 10cents
nice easy cache, no way after reading the hint was I putting my hand in there, hubby did the honours and grabbed it for me, nice night and no muggles around so made things easier, tftc added paracord keychain took stone
Found it today on an outing with friends - lots of Little doggies around to say hello too! Took two stones - (one for each girl) and replaced with recipe card, stickers & Blockhead. thanks for the cache!
It was hard (Abby 9 years old) - actually it took us about 10 minutes! Good fun.
2nd ever cache found. Took a couple of tries but successful. Now onto caches further from home.
Had a hour spare in PN this afternoon so decided to come and hit a few caches around here. A rapid find with excellent accurate coordinates in the first place checked. The container has changed from that in the description which needs updating, Nice hide. Signed log, TFTC
on a previous visit i couldnt find it cos i was scared of all the creepy crawlies that could be lurking around and too many muggles made it hard, so i finally plucked up the courage to go back tonight under the cover of darkness so no muggles and equipped with a torch and gloves to protect me, found it this time phew!! thanks great hide, even if it is kinda creepy.
12:52:00 PM. Home for a week to catch up with the family. Out for a look around Palmy and catch up on a few caches. They have certainly sprung up in the last last 3 years since we were last back. Enjoyed the walk to this cache on a windy day.A quick find and no muggles around today. TFTCSL

Cool hide. I had to hang around a bit here to wait for some muggles to leave...im sure i looked weird haha
A quick stride over the fields from my last cache. Managed to reach GZ between passing pedestrian muggles walking the trails. Liked this tree as much as the last, and the poor thing must have been through a bit with the obvious fire.
TFTC!
TFTC!
Found this whilst in Panieri Park after signing another cache. The description needs updating as the present container doesn't match that mentioned in the description.
A very cool hiding spot. No dramas reaching in and grabbing the prize.

TFTC - Nobody wanted to put their hand in there, but Mum saved the day lol. No pencil to write in log and plastic bag needs replacing if anyone heading out there (probably from multiple people trying to retrieve with stick!). Great hiding spot!
Hunted for this cache along with nzrules9. Fortunately it was he who stuck his hand in to retrieve the cache and instead extracted a bag full of doggy doo. Yuck! Got the cache on second attempt. Thanks.
First cache finding evening with the family. This was our 1st ever. Have to be brave to reach in for this one. TFTC #1
The perfect cache for "Wickert the Ewok". I like the little hut near by looks like an Ewok actually lives here. TFTC.
