No response from owner. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

25-May-11
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.

14-May-11
Searched for a while but fail to find it

29-Apr-11
We looked where we found it last time and found nothing. We then expanded the search with Skullracing and still came up empty handed.

Though looking at the owners activity log I don't hold out much hope of it being maintained so suggest it should be archived.

28-Apr-11
DazzPete say it all - DNF for us too. Lovely ornamental grapevine though which was vibrant red.....spectacular!! So not all was lost.

26-Mar-11
Gave it a quick look but nothing was found.

13-Mar-11
We didn't lose our head, but we lost our caching eyes for this one. With our GZ quite a bit off where other logs seem to indicate the cache would be, and verdant vines growing all around, we didn't have much luck today.

02-Dec-10
The rain started to come down for this one so had to give up.

08-Nov-10
It seems this cache likes to fall out of its spot quite a bit (by reading previous posts). Today I found it on the ground. You may want to check it to see if it's in the correct position and maybe see if there's a way to keep it in Smile wouldn't want a great cache to be lost Smile

08-Nov-10
Cool spot...found the cache on the ground (seems like it falls out a lot!) Think I put it back in its correct position. TFTC Ela21

21-Sep-10
found after giving up and heading back to the car - not sure that the cache was it it's proper location. mandikaye

18-Sep-10
While the kids were caving with Scouts, we did a Naracoorte caching run.

This one eluded us - even after a call to previous finders...

09-Jul-10
had us looking for quiet some time, we suspect the coordinates are out as previously stated by others.

03-Jul-10
Interesting location but no go on the cache after an hour of searching. A good micro is one which can be worked out, not just stumbled on. GCMelb

23-May-10
The find was made by geoP after the hint had us searching in the wrong spot, the find was finally made some ten meters out according to our GPSr. Still we enjoyed the search and it helped break up the trip home from geoDad's 60th birthday.

Bummer and with 3 teams searching we didn't make a find today we will be back.

06-May-10
Found after a long search. Good hide.

28-Apr-10
This was our second visit here, and without any muggles we were successful, although our arthritic fingers made recovery hard, we soon had it logged and safe;y returned to it's hidey hole. Muggles swarmed just afterwards and we jumped back into the rig parked nearby. TNLN, but Trecaz Trakkie TB visited. Thanks The Rizzos for the second of your caches today.

09-Nov-09
As mentioned in my previous log, a new cache has been placed as a temporary fix for the one that is missing - I hope you don't mind me logging the find - I had a previous finder confirm that this is the correct location. If anyone finds the other cache then they are welcome to remove/replace mine. Note that I was a week ahead of myself when writing in the log. This was an interesting little park to visit. I also hear the bar is open on Friday nights in the hall across the road!

05-Nov-09
Was unable to find where the cache had been replaced, so I brought back a previous finder (Urch) to have a look - she confirmed the cache was missing from its original hiding spot. We searched high & low & could not find any sign of the cache, so it has obviously been well hidden. Urch & I subsequently created a new cache container & hid it in the original position (see next log) - the container is a bit tricky to open (the bottom of the tube snaps off - it does not unscrew) - I hope this is OK with the owner & you are welcome to replace with something a bit more permanent.

Another find in the company of Bullocks01 with the human GPS doing his thing. This micro was laying out on the ground so was placed where the geo tool told us it should be.... Hopefully the next cacher will "nail it in their sleep".

14-Aug-09
New log required soon - still enough room for a few more entries

14-Aug-09
Found with Fatboy86 around 3:40pm - on the ground!
What a wonderful little garden that I would have never discoverd without Geocaching. A new log is required soon, as there is only enough room for a few more entries.
TFTC - clever cache container too

06-Jun-09
Found it,"good hide found while a muggle was swinging his muggle child on the swings

Rocky Glen Grommets found this relatively easily but when we placed it back it kept slipping through so we tried hard to plug up the hole - hopefully it will hold. Thanks for bringing us here.

Again, we found the cache lying on the ground. We logged it and returned it to it hole but I fear it will fall out again very quickly.
Thanks Rizzo's

ggggrrrrr another micro.... what is it with micro's down this way? a great little park and today I had it all to myself with the exception of a lady talking on a mobile outside the church.... found after a brief search (just spied the end bit hanging down) when the GPS settled... TNLNSL cheers 4 da cache!

16-Apr-09
All right, Wookus must confess. Had to reveal my reasons for lurking near a couple of Muggles as they had their picnic lunch right where I needed to be. Very glad to find the cache so they didn't think I was a complete fruit loop. They were most interested in my quest and can be trusted to leave the cache in its intended location.

found with polkys quest!!! TFTC

28-Mar-09
easy find on our caching adventure to mt gambier!! TNLN TFTC

24-Mar-09
I kept me head about me in this little park, despite the frustratingly large number of places to hide a micro [:o]
At least the grapevines were producing fruit, so I got a bit distracted looking for the juciest grapes in between forays for the cache Razz
Finally I did what the clue suggested Smile
For a while it didn't help, then suddenly it did Big Grin
TFTC and wander through this grape little park [^]

Stopped in on our way home from Naracoorte. Great little park. We picked up a pine cone from the Pine grown from a seed from the Lone Pine in Gallipoli - might try to grow one ourselves! TFTC. Big Grin

FOUND ON THE GROUND AT GZ
PUT IT BACK IN HIDE

29-Dec-08
Locating GZ was easy. While looking around I though someone must have dropped their lip gloss, DOH then I realised it was painted black.
It was on the ground, I put it back where I thought it belonged, but its wasn't so stable.
It my need a look next time you are up that way.

Found on the second go, the first being stymied by muggles. Not sure that the hint heped or hindered but I got there. Nice hide thanks The Rizzos.

After a brief walk around and waiting for the GPS to settle down I had found the cache quickly and easily. A pity I couldn't stay around and sample the local produce!!! TFTC.

17-Jul-08
Found at 1630 on our Mt Gambier weekend. We were staying in the same street as this cache, so after sampling local wines [^] we decided we needed to find the cache. What a great park with great history.
Once the GPS settled it was an easy find in a great location.
Thanks for showing us the park.

As Deano said this was a wonderful park and the tribute to the gentlemen was a nice touch. I admired the work of the sulptures, very nice. Deano came up with the goods after a brief search, he is the micro master!

Thanks,

2Dudez and Team Rubik's Week Long "2008 : A Cache Odyssey" trip to South Australia.
I hadn't been in this town since I was a kid.
Looked at the wrong item first, but found quickly when GPS settled
A great location that is definitely worth stopping for.
Many thanks to the Rizzos

The bin collection guy thought we were a bit suss.

21-Apr-08
Enroute from Clear Lake to Millcent, we decided to stop off to try and find this one.
Alas, under the watchful eyes of a muggles kids on the swing nearby, and his adult miner who looked settled in, we had to give up after a short unsuccessful search.
We'll be back to the area and will have another try then.

14-Apr-08
Some famous heads here (and a strange structure).
Feathertop found this one while I was still looking for the best place to put the picnic. After a relaxing lunch, we were back into it.
Thanks, Robmc.

We made this our lunch stop and admired the works of art here after of course finding the well hidden cache which was quickly liberated from its hide. Thanks Rizzos

The rock Orb was amazing. It even has Aztechian steps leading up to it. Though the modern Rob is across the road. Wide angle captured both marvels...

The most amazing thing was the cache. Replacement skill is essential. I left it secure and safe. Smile

Clear skies and our thanx to the Rizzos from TeamAstro.

Found by Mary & David at 1715. Who was it who suggested to John Riddoch that the area be called Coonawarra? Our family history says that it was Mary's great aunt Elizabeth (Alexander) who married John's son. Interesting park and memorials. Our thanks to The Rizzos.

This little micro popped out of its hiding place and nearly hit us in the face Smile We found this while waiting for the toothpaste taste to go away so that we could go to Wynns Big Grin TFTC

Another cache where the co-ords we had seemed to be wrong, had to phone a friend and were supplied new co-ords, did not help much, we had too far to go to spend anymore time on this one, spent too much time looking at the other GZ I first had.

Cheers

This was quite an interesting little park and would be a great place for a bbq. Luckily no one was making use of these facilities today in the cold wind so we had the place to ourselves. The cache was found after a search of the most likely areas.
Thanks The Rizzo's

24-Jun-07
we also had GZ in the middle of road, we'll be back for another look next time

11-Jun-07
We were almost about to give up on this, with coords putting us in the middle of the dirt road, until the Stanleys turned up with a hint. Found soon after, thanks Stanleys! Returned to its hidey hole - there are so many possible hiding spots here.

11-Jun-07
Spent quite a while here on the way down to the CCC event and searched a structure looking for a micro. Got help from the locals so we could come back and be successful.

Pulled up today and there was someone there looking in the bushes. As Mrs S approached she could see it was Team Wibble. Once we used the information supplied to us it was a quick find. Thanks Rizzos

11-Jun-07
I will head down and take another reading!! It definately shouldnt be on the dirt roadSmile

11-Jun-07
last search for the day but no joy for us.

11-Jun-07
Had to work with a GZ that was in the middle of the road and which ended up about 15-20m from the actual location in the end.
We searched for about 20 minutes at first, then rain started so we retired to the nearby café for coffee and toasted cheese & tomato sandwiches [^].
The second attempt finally unearthed something that caught my eye and the cache was finally located.
We really loved the little park and were really impressed to be standing in the shadow of another Lone Pine pine. This is the second we have found through caching. The other is GCM4BH “The Trail of the Lonesome Pineâ€. Thanks for showing us this one Rizzos

08-Jun-07
