Checked on this cache when checking a nearby one. That one was still there but we have archived anyway. This one was missing and hide is now a bit too open. With no finds for a long time now, time to archive.

Never even knew this cemetery existed this is the beauty of Geocaching, so thank you for the Geocache all in good order.
A weekend in Nelson with The Seagnoid, Toby and Zara. With Twin Rivers walkway behind us, its back to Toby and explore the surrounding area.
Not listening to the navigator so its u turn and go back. Cache laying on the ground out in the open. A quick dry out and tag before hiding - hopefully in correct place. At least the lawn mower wont crunch it. Cheers

A nice easy find. The cache was right out in the open. As Taybeedragon did the honours, I dried out the container and we put it back where it belonged.
Cemeteries often exercise religious discrimination - is this cemetery for folks of a different religion or simply overflow from the church?

I took the 'long way' home today - such a lovely afternoon. Don't know how many times I have driven down this road and I had no idea this settlement was there. TFTC
Out on a caching afternoon on the bike
Cool one never new that this place was here

This old cemetery has changed - for the better- since the first time I visited. Looks nicely cared for now.
We must have driven past this area many times but we never noticed this site before. Thanks for teaching us a little more local history. Tftc
Have been wanting to check this out for a while. TFTC Retrieved Hops The Frog Travel Bug
TFTC, finally found the time to drop off Hops the . Boy he's been some places with me!
TFTC. Up in this lovely part of the world for a weekend with my fab girlfriends. However that kicks off tomorrow - what could I possibly do today????
I decided to focus on a few caches around Richmond and Brightwater on this beautiful sunny day.
I signed the log 29.11.15 by mistake it was the 27.11.15.
Thanks usakiwi for placing the cache.

Another weekend is already here, but sadly not a 3-day special like the last 2 weekends have been. Sun is shining and a bit of a breeze around and mid to late 20s predicted, nice on Marlborough/Nelson. Only one thing for it with mrs capperz wanting some shopping, and nightowl19 at the A&P show, caching over the hill. Having Tally the geodog means I must build my caching plans around leaving the car and doing some mini-walks but no problem wit my eye cast over Brightwater way and some of those riverside walks an strolls in the gun. A nice early start, on the road at about 8 this morning so good intentions to get back for mid-afternoon.
Q E F here in the midday sun, mad dog and Englishman indeed

Did not Know that there was a graveyard in this position, so close to the church 40m down the road.
#8400. Approaching GZ I was surprised how far the coords were from the road; we didn't see there was a cemetery here until we had nearly passed it. Another interesting old cemetery we discovered through geocaching. TFTC.
We were in the area to do the nearby night cache, but it still seemed a bit light so stopped by this nicely kept wee cemetery to find the cache. The gates were open, so drove in off the road. Tight squeeze, though. StreetWalker was quickly out of the starting blocks and had found the cache before I had even reached GZ. Needn't have bothered getting the walking pole out of the boot as it wasn't need for prodding duties.
I find old cemeteries most interesting and they are always well worth a cache placement. Thanks for day #171 of my streak.

Hey, I can almost see your other cache from here! What a peacful spot and very well maintained. A quick find by Junior and then we're off to Eves Valley. TFTC : )
Despite a fair number being present, the 'Neighbours' where quiet today and we were able to stroll across the lawn to find the cache. They even kept the drive clear for us to park in.
Some family tales here, no doubt.
Thanks

Wow six months since this one was found. Now this is geocaching without walking for miles.
A quick find making our way out to the event this afternoon. Thanks for the cache

A quick find at an unusual cemetery because the graves seem so randomly scattered. Perhaps many old graves are unmarked, or there are family plots awaiting more residents? TFTC
Lovely peaceful spot. No rhyme or reason for placement of graves it seems. Thanks.
Not much action here today ... The rain stopped for a moment while we were here Thanks 4TC:)
Out caching with my mother and nephew. Gave the GPS to the 6 year to lead us to the cache but he was to busy running around in circles. Luckily cache was in a logical spot so found quickly without the GPS. TFTC

Awesome morning for a spot of caching, thanks for this cache, the first for the day
Another historic (in more ways than one) usakiwi cache, shame it took me this long to get around to it. Remember visiting the church across the road way back too. Tftc
We have driven past so many times and only now managed to search for the cache. Lovely place. TFTC
Such a beautiful morning to be out caching while the rest oif the family sleeps in. A quick find in another of the nice little country cemetaries dotted around the place.

A beautiful sunny Nelson afternoon and after a lunch at the newly re opened Moutere Hills winery (highly recommended) headed off with Mrs MuzzaL53 navigating for some nearby caches. Was a bit worried on first approach (see image) but all good and cache quickly found. TFTC
In town for a wee family holiday. Mr G grew up in Richmond. Wee dudes tucked up in bed, grandparents in charge. Evening run over & still some time on our hands. Time for some night car caching out Appleby way. OOoooooooOOOo; love a good cemetery; and all the better at night. Great spot. Nice hide, quickly found and signed before moving off to the other nearby. Cheers.
Years ago my wife drove past here in the school bus many times but never knew this place was here.

A freaky find here at night, we managed to work ourselves up and freaked out shortly after signing the log!! Our first find for the night, thanks!
Out night caching with La Vista. Had just found the cache at the cemetery across the road and it would have been impolite not to seek this one too. Quick find. TFTC.
Well this brought back some memories for Mr S, thinking back on good times with a friend who sadly died at aged 19, years ago. So thanks for that and tomorrow we will search for something he thought of once again. And i think Mr S is starting to enjoy geocaching . Mr and Mrs found area, kids found spot!
I knew about the church but never noticed the cemetery. After a wander around GZ was identified and the cache found. Thanks for bringing me here.
Somehow this cache kept on getting missed when in the area. Not anymore though as we made a determined effort to stop by after finding another newly published cache in the general area. I have driven this road countless times and never knew this cemetery was here. TFTC.
In dimming light on a winters evening we found this cache. nice hidey spot. Thanks
Have been past this cemetery dozens of times, now I had an excuse to stop and have a good look around. Quick find, took the trackable and will send the little fellow on his way tomorrow. Thanks.
Wow I didn't even know this place existed! Dropped of a TB on an after kindy caching trip. TFTC.
Headed to the wrong spot for a start but then quickly spied the likely spot. TFTC.
Whizzed passed here to Michael & Mavis not realizing this historic spot was here. So pleased the decision was made for a quick back track and anther cache find

Found on a 2 day caching raid in the Nelson area. Cache was quickly located & log signed. TFTC
The kiwifruit over the fence look pretty tempting - probably not quite ripe yet.
A nice spot to stop by. Found while on a caching weekend with yeetrees and boxhill. They had both already found this one on previous trips, but they allowed me a few seconds to jump out and nab this one while passing.
