I've confirmed that a number of seekers were looking in the right place so it looks like this one has been muggled. As we no longer live in the area we will not be replacing this cache.
Thanks to all that found it!

Tried to locate this one without access to recent logs. The clues at the first waypoint provided a reasonable location, with lots of potential hiding spots as described by the hint, but alas, no cache. Beautiful views on a beautiful day.
Sorry Guys,
We have been away. I now have some great photos and will redo the cache page. Hope to get it up and going in a few days.

Doesn't look good for this one. Well, I didn't find it for what that is worth
I wasn't sure about the calculations, so I looked in both spots.
Got photos (10 by 8 glossies)
Hope this isn't the case.
Thanks, Robmc.

Hey Big Matt and Shell. I have emailed you some photo's of the signs.. Unfortunately I used different combination and still ended up with GZ in ocean. lol this is only my fourth multi. Hope this helps. TFTC
Found GZ after using suborder Mysticeti as opposed to species. Description says species which should be corrected.... Previous logs helped but shouldn't be needed. Had a very good search under bush's to no avail. Will go back again to have fresh look later... TFTC. SAC.
Add us to the list of cachers that weren't sure which wales to include. We discounted the Southern Right as it was too long to fit upto 9 digits, so used the other 2 which took us to a great spot, but no cache. Very confusing multi we must say.
Not sure what the go with this one is, perhaps the sign has changed I don't know and can not find our notes from when we hid this one, as we now live a long way away I cant just duck in and check it. Reading back through the logs I think it was obvious which ones to use.
If one of the previous two seekers have taken a photo and could send it to me that would be great, if not I'll have to see what we can organise.

Arrived at WP1 and found the plaques. Only problem is there are 3 whale species mentioned not 2. Worked out coordinates for GZ which took us to a likely looking spot but as this one has not been logged since May, not sure if we had the right coordinates and no shortage of muggles we decided to abandon the search.
Found 25/5/09 1040am left Dinosaur took magic ball. a good hide. a fine day with good seas running making it a spectacular scene. Thanks
Nice walk to GZ .
Both our boys wanted a 'treasure' from this cache, so one pick each to keep the peace.

Found this cache as a muggle out for a walk on holidays. Had holidayed here for past 8 years and very close by for the past three. I'd read about geocaching and this find inspired me and the 9yo boy to get caching. Took fluffy chicken toy, left fridge magnet, clothes peg and band-aid (unused of course!). Thanks for the introduction to a new life, Big Matt!
Nice little hunt, was not very hard at all which is always a good thing lol, great views over the ocean.
Like this area so much i will have to return to holiday here and relax some more
Thanks Big Matt and Shell

Found with Geostrom.
Hint #32. try not to transpose the last two digits of the longditude. You still end up at a bush just not the right one.
Lost glasses 3 times, also found glasses 3 times.

ConcreteGnome and I had a little trouble with this cache. My deslexia: when putting in the coods swapped the AB. After upsetting the local birdlife, crawling under multiple bushes and correcting the error we found it. L: TB Sokratz Caching in the holidays. TFTC
A bit more difficult than the 4 previous finds today. The 3 species of whales had me confussed for a while but working out the clues ruled one out. So no probs.
At the gz I enjoyed the extra time by the cliffs while trying to find the hidy spot. Easy once you know where it is.
Lovely place. I think I could even retire here. The only thing stopping me is that dam pesky work thing. Ya know the one that gets in the way of caching time.....
Took the fire engine bug and left some bon bon toys.
Thanks Big m and s

We found this one despite the fact that the signs show three species, not two, and Baleen not a species!
Thanks

We spent a little time at the pleasant WP1 taking in the nice views over the briny blue. No leviathens were espied today so we had to settle for the info on the plaques. Thence to GZ where the cache was soon located although it's easy to see how it could sometimes be a little difficult to locate. Nice multi.
Driving home from Melbourne, I kept saying to myself – “this is the last cacheâ€. It was running late, and I still had a long way to go! Well, this was the last one! #25 for today, (#142 for the week long trip to see my aunt in Melbourne).
This one was rather harder than expected! I spent ages looking for the sucker! So – Big Matt and Shell – it’s all your fault that my kids had to stay up past their bed time, to await my arrival home!
I read the hint, but that didn’t help – I think it described this whole area! And there was sooo many pine needles! Finally found it, when I was just about to give up. Thanks.
After that it actually WAS a non-stop drive home. I just had to ignore all the “bugle horn†sounds from my TomTom, every time I passed another cache! – I’ll be back.

The weather was closing in so after working out the clues it was a quick find for one of the cosmo-surfer twins. We took the Zebra and left TB brought with us from a Sydney cache. Thanks for putting the cache here...beautiful spot on the coast.
Alas didn't find it. I found the first waypoint, did the calculations and entered the new Coords into the GPS. It went downhill from there, The waypoint and cache should have both been shown close together, but I could only find one or the other, and the distance to the GZ was weird.I recheched the calcs and coordsagain, It was only when I rechecked the fiqures again at home I realised I had put the GZ in the Northern hemisphere!!. Moral - check the hemisphere as well as the Coords, It's a Nice Area and the rainforest walk along lake murmunga back on the highway 2km north of the Dalmeny turnoff, it's worth a visit. I will return. Thanks
Nice detour off the main drag for a simple multi. Quick find with the sounds of the waves crashing below. TNLNSL, thanks Bigg Matt & Shell.
Decided to drive between the WP & GZ after seeing a couple of senior muggles lurking near the WP with spear guns - not sure what they were up to! Had planned to leave something in the cache but it was quite full already. TFTC - a beautiful calm day today.

Eynowd and I enjoyed a nice walk along the pathway, hearing the sound of the ocean is among my best loved sounds.

I wasn't sure if I'd calculated the GZ coords properly, because of some confusion with the name of the last type of whale. But it was all good, and Dvixen managed to come up with the goods. It looks as though there's some rabbits in the area of the GZ, but we didn't see any on the day.

Found by Bushfire(Geelong) at 2.15pm on the 4th Nov 07 had a few problems with my whale types but after sorting that out the cache was found without to many hassles. NI-NO TFTC big_matt Nice to see a larger cache container.
Seems I can't heed my own advice? Had another attempt at this one tonight on my way home from down the coast only this time I came up smiling! (And from the exact same place I was looking on my last visit too!) I put it down to having the new LED Mag Lite this time around... well that's my excuse anyway and I'm sticking to it!
I still couldn't tell ya what sort of a view you get from here but the waves certainly sounded impressive!
TNLNSL Thanks Matt & Shell!

620. Dreaming of my GPSr actually settling on the one spot and not being temperamental. Maybe it was feeling the cold but it really didn't want to play here. Big M finally found it a little further away than we thought.
TFTC and showing us another point of view.

Hmmm... perhaps this isn't such a good cache to attempt at night? Got the required info no worries but once at GZ the trusty Garmin insisted the cache was a few metres out over the edge!
So with the tree cover pushing the GPS accuracy out to around 20 metres (and not having the brightest torch in the world) I was forced to declare a DNF in the interests of personal safety... I'll be back!

After doing the maths found the location but had to wait for muggles to move on, found easily but my GPSr put it several metres away. Took TB KC's little digger. Thanks Big_matt
Another fabulous Big Matt coastal cache, in a place that was formerly just a name on a road sign on the highway. No whales today, just some very big surf and lots of mud/water. GZ was readily located after the kids did the maths, then we were away. TFTC

Hooray first to find this was a fun one seen it on the computer this morning so we thought we might attempt a ftf and we got it didn't have 2 of the geo kiddies with us so we will be back so they can do it cause they will enjoy it to. Once we got the final coords we went to GZ and started looking in the wrong spot due to the garmin but finally found it great swaps but we didn't take anything we will let the kids do that thanks Matt&Shell
