I didn't know there had been so much earth work out this way. The cache and it's hiding place had been picked up and dumped onto private land. I'm not replacing it.
Another one bites the dust!
Another one bites the dust!
I might have to look at closing this one off. Not many visit it and it shouldn't be on the wrong side of the fence. I'll take a look.
An easy find in the end. I always feel a bit dodgy having to go through a property gate to get to a cache! It just doesn't feel right. The container has no lid and the contents are wet. Container was also in plain view so replaced a little further out of sight. TFTC
The long grass made our find a little difficult. We had to stand and admire the view while the muggle farmer went into his paddock.
Lovely warm and sunny day to do some caches today after waking up to freezing early morning at Blayney with -0.8 degrees in our caravan brrr brrr!!...Ms Bushies2 found it easily however the cache was soaked, mouldy and everything inside were wet so we replaced the cache with a fish oil container and added a new logbook and put the contents in the new container. Thanks suzukifreak 1 for bringing us to the great farm view and cache.
Bathurst 11. After three DNFs in a row it was time to get this train wreck started again. Mind you, it was not easy. It may have only been a few meters off the road, but the grass was waist high amd very dense. Seeing the ground to look for a cache was quite hard. It all worked out OK in the end. Thanks.

Found with the lid off - contents very wet. Dried as best we could and put things into snap lock bags. Love a big cache.
Not too sure how this one landed on the pocket query - usually ask for easy ones 1km from highway. Maybe I bent the highway before I did the query. Anyhow, glad I did. Took me on some back roads that would have been missed otherwise. TFTH
Coords may be bit out for this one - probably cache creep based on the accuracy of the previous suzukifreak_1 caches we have found over the last few days. Replaced cache where we found it, but it wasn't the first log we looked at. Took Pegman, Left Mini Tupperware container and half penny, SL. Thanks suzukifreak_1 for this cache, and the others we have found this trip - they have certainly kept us amused on our visit from Adelaide.
49 - Despite the nature of the cache it took a while to hunt down! Just as I was signing the log Farmer Muggle returned from his travels! I'd parked in the driveway so we had a quick chat before I moved the car and he went on his way. Didn't give the game away haha! TFTC
At least the dirt roads are in very good condition - makes for easy driving. Despite looking for a big, white container, it still took me a minute or two! The cache was slightly damp although the log was fine, and I took a couple more minutes to improve matters. Thanks suzukifreak.
Thanks to ruffasgutts4x4 and Team Web Guy for looking after my cache. Had a quick look and I am happy with the new hiding spot so cache on.
10:26am
An easy found, Ruff as Guts passed it through the window to me. As RAGS has said, quite a bit of the dead timber here has been sawn and removed so it was placed in a spot to at least hide it a bit.
Lucky it was still intact, they probably thought it was rubbish....
Took a tb.
Cheers

No camo here whatsoever! I'd say a local has helped themself to the free fire wood here and left the cache exposed but untouched. We have rehidden it a little closer to the fenceline behind and underneath a largeish stump. Took bug TFTC
This was our first cache for the day great hiding spot for the geokids. Shattered that we missed the TB's. Maybe next time.

This was the evening that of the eclipse of the moon. Heading to this cache the road was pointing straight at a huge full moon coming up on the horizon. Cache was found in quick time.

It is quite a large valley isn't it. Had a muggle drive by as we were getting back in the car - looked at us suspiciously too.
Wow another FTF (or virgin plastic as Mr Router would say). Great scenic spot. Well done, keep it up. Took Coin and key ring replaced with TB.and Key ring.. Thanks heaps
