5 sets of eyes, 3 geokids climbed fence but no luck today.will come back another day.
Tftc, stopped to look at the railway station. Had to duck through the barbed wire so while we were here, had a look and found it.
Instant find. The tracks still look like they are used ????? The bridge certainly isn’t. Tftc
This for me has stumped my navigation keeps changing with every step I take. Will try again another day.
Headed out for a girls weekend away caching with Cosmonaut97.
Day 2 saw us picking up odd caches here and there out to Carcoar before heading home.

Day 2 of finds with minniek during our weekend away to nab the TRLT series in this area. Quick find. Great history. TFTC.
Found day out caching with Lonely rly Ra on 20/4-19 just catching up on logs thanks for cache
Final day of our long weekend to finish off the remaining TRLT series with Rapidlywild. Probably not the best time to go with rain and snow forecast, but we have never let the weather stop us before. So packed all the winter woollies, thermals, gloves and beanies and off we went.
We nearly got all the elements over the weekend even in one day snow, rain, fog, sun and wind but there was also some pleasant weather thrown in there for good measure. Roads in some places were a little hair raising but the trusty 4WD got us through safe and sound.
With permission from some of the cache owners we replaced saturated logs and on a few occasions caches.
All in all a good and successful long weekend away, lovely looking countryside and views along the way.
Thanks for the hide Furterbrown and thanks for another fun filled weekend away RWLD.

Last month, FFLL and I begun the tackle against the TRLT series and managed to get a huge chunk done. Well, we decided we wanted to get it finished so with snow on the forecast, we bit the bullet and packed the thermals and set off to have some fun. We had rain, fog, frost and even snow but it was an awesome weekend for sure We reached out to the cache owners of the ones we had to complete to inform them of our intentions and also advise that we were happy to complete replacement maintenance if required, so we came across a few that after extensive searches, we didnt locate, so we replaced as approved by the CO. A large number of replacement log sheets left along the way also to assist with the caches with soggy log books.
Lots of places visited across the weekend, including lots of old churches and old cemeteries across the land. Fortunately this one didnt take too long to find for us [:o)]
Thanks for the hide Furterbrown And thanks to the FFLL ladies for another fun weekend out and about the TRLT trails and others

We based ourselves in quaint Neville and while doing some of the TRLT caches we were able to get some variety by getting caches outside the series including yours. The countryside is looking awesome and we enjoyed the rural location, wonderful views and history. Thanks to Furterbrown for hiding this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
Lyndhurst - Bathurst
We Have set up camp at the showgrounds to cpmplete another section of the RLT.
The country roads are very quiet today met about 2 cars in the 100k that we did.
We did a very long morning touring the many country roads, very dry & dusty.
Thankyou for placing this cache Furterbrown

Hatzofff and I are in Bathurst for a few weeks house sitting, and of course have time for lots of caching. Today we journey to find more TRLT plus caches to the south west.
Were able to place ourselves into such a position that we could see the cache. We knew where we were by the Photo.
Log signed and replaced as found on 5.6.2019 at 2.24pm. TFTC, Furterbrown.

Like the name of this cache. Like the town. Almost gave up on the cache, but then looked again - so now we like this cache!Tftc!
While out on TRLT trail we couldn’t resist stopping off to search for this cache, which was luckily located sooner than expected once at Ground Zero. We signed the log book and then replaced as found. Thanks so much for the cache and greetings from Zimbabwe
Have looked for this cache a few times. Today must have been our lucky day. Finally found it...don't know how we managed to miss it .TFTC
Staying at the oval for the night and after a very nice lunch at the hotel we decided a walk to find the 3 nearby caches would do us good. TFTC
Camped at Lyndhurst for a few days. Out today to do some of TRLT series that have gone down since we were here last. Forty four for the day, quick find, cache and contents all good, good coordinates. Took nothing, left nothing. TFTC

OCW frazerdaze and marj01. House sitting at White Rock for a week has provided an opportunity to do some geocaching runs around Bathurst - mainly TRLT series indispersed with a number of trads and puzzle caches. During the day we saw lovely scenery, lots of sheep and cattle, a few foxes and one deer in the forestry area. We even encountered fire persons doing a burn off which included two of the caches we were chasing. Please excuse the generic logs and thanks to all the CO's for placing the caches and adding to our enjoyment. For expediency all logs were signed OMF.
On a big weekend caching with oldmorty and Frazeydaze and logs have signed OMF.
Would like to thank all cache owners, for making and maintaining the caches.

Our second big day around Bathurst. Again J+J.AU and me are fit to tackle the TRLT trail and all other caches on our route. Really great, but warm weather again made for an exhausting day. Enjoyed all the fantastic views on this scenic trip. Thanks to all the cache owners for puttinh them out there!

Once again we are touring Australia and caching as we go!
Staying at the showground we decided to take a stroll and find this one. It proved to be a bit more difficult than we had hoped. After a good long search and almost ready to admit defeat, it showed itself! Wow, I am sure we had both checked that spot a few times. It was almost like it grew there when our backs were turned haha!!
Thanks for the fun Furterbrown!
PS- in hind sight we should listened to the owner and NOT looked at the clue. I am sure it confused us and made the find just a bit more difficult.
Cheers from Canada!

Walked to this cache from campsite at the sports oval( forgetting it would be uphill on the way back and too early to stop off at the pub!) Found after a short search without resorting to the clue - which confused us thoroughly when we did look at it! Tftc.
Heading north for the Alice Springs Event at Easter we picked this one up on our way past. An easy find.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

#4727 - 16:00; Off on another day run with Sol de lune. This time we are headed to Blayney via Goulburn and Crookwell and many small towns in between. A few more in the 'History of.....' series are on the radar, along with any other caches along our planned route. We were now headed for home along some more back roads, collecting the caches off our 'to do' list along the way. We were now at Newbridge and this was our first find. Tried to make a simple find more difficult than it needed to be, but produced the goods in the end. TFTC Furterbrown
A sort of quick find...once we headed in and then out of the GZ area. Log signed and we were soon on our way again.

10957. Found during a slightly delayed two day Queens Birthday long weekend run up through the Cowra region.
Day 2 of my Cowra region trip and after hitting the road early this was my next stop for the day. After being muggled out at the nearby Ho cache I drove down to this one to give it a go. Squeezed through and had a good look around. Seems like I should have looked where I entered first as thats where the cacahe ended up being !! Signed, returned, and it was off to the next one.
Thanks again Furterbrown !!

Not busy here today and certainly no one using the overpass. Made a quick find on the way back from sheep dog trials at Rockley.
As time was running out, we decided that Newbridge would be our final port of call. We parked next to GZ and soon had CIH before taking a stroll around the peaceful village.
Nice one, thanks Furterbrown.

Out with Just a cacher on a weekend drive and we decided to grab a cache or two while in the area.

I rolled into Newbridge and came to a bridge that I could not cross [:o]
There was a cache to be found that I could cross off me list
And I soon had the cache in paw, and me name crossed off on the logbook
That was a satisfying find and I wasn't cross at all

Great day for a trip through the countryside and had enough time to check this one out. Discovered fairly quickly, good co-ords, and the log was so sodden there was no way to sign it. Found a piece of paper to log my visit and shrouded it carefully with plastic to protect it, and slipped it inside with the wet one. TFTC, Furterbrown
Took sometime to locate this one as we even sent youngest inside to check the i bottom of the steps closest to the platform and thankfully it's not there. No need to venture inside as we had CIH quickly afterwards. TFTC
Tftc, spent about 5mins here as the fones went flat, nd ihad 2 guess where gz was, geosenses came thru in end
Have been planning another trip down to Wagga Wagga. But had to postpone it while the Geo Dawg was recuperating from her knee operation and now she has recovered it is time to put the plan into action. Rather than travelling down the boring concrete strip called Hume. I decided to head out West through Bathurst, Blaney and then South to Cowra, Young hence Wagga Wagga with a view to complete the RGGT Series and find others caches of opportunity along the way. Great old footbridge. Great cache. TFTC
We found a really nice campsite at Bakers Shaft and after a bit of a late getaway we again started heading north aiming for the pprass camping event this weekend picking up caches along the way. We enjoy visiting these old buildings and always thin how once they would have been a central part of a town's economy. There appeared to be some track maintenance equipment not far from gz so obviously they are still upkkeping this line. This one did take us a little while to locate but we are happy to say that we did find it and our name has been added to the log.
Thanks Futerbrown for the cache.

Headed to the graveyard for a night cache and stopped along the way with my nephews and niece who we are introducing to caching. Thanks for the nice hide
Thanks furterbrown.
I thought I'd have trouble on this one, arriving in the dark with the iPhone's amazing GPS abilities...
Thankfully after looking in a few places, geo-sense prevailed and the cache was soon in hand.
Old is right: a nice old structure, but nice to see an original log sheet from 2007 as well!

I've lost count of how many today. Is it 6 or is it 7? I'm showing off aren't I? Did a bit of train-spotting at the same time as geocaching.

Passed by here on our way to 'The Wombles' so stopped for a look. Spent a fair while searching but no luck. The vegetation that presumably once covered the lower levels of the structure has been pruned back so that only a few dead stalks remain, firmly attached to some of the structure. Dead and decaying leaves cover much of the ground below the structure, and pedestrian access has been closed off. Might be worth a maintenance visit to establish whether it is still where it should be.
