I visited the site today, and that security fence goes to the edge of the garden and footpath. The railway iron is lying horizontally on the ground well behind the fence, on the bank between the hebes. There is no way of retrieving the cache.
Cache is still in there! It was up under some of the bushes. All you have to do is be a bit bold and tresspass your way through the gate when it is open.
Very disappointed to get to Hexy DNFs in a row.
Found an object which fitted the clue, but was behind a very new looking fence.
I see the last log was for 3 months ago, so it's possible the cache is no longer accessible.

Could not find the cache after looking in lots of likely places so had a look at the hint and spotted the object mentioned but it is out of reach behind a new looking fence. Looks like it was installed since it was last found over two months ago.
It looks like the cache should now be called “F†for “Fenced Inâ€
Thanks

Was practising some CITO and realise that I'd actually found a cache! Opps, better not throw that out! Cheers Gav [2644]
2268. We looked around for a while keeping an eye out for muggles. It wasn't clinging in the way we were expecting but in the end we spied it and retrieved it without any problem. This cache really needs new log pages!
Thanks

Quickly found in the dark. The logbook was full but found room for one more log. TFTC.
A few issues:
Log is pretty full, still able to find a space but it could use a new one.
Magnet no longer attached to cache.
Hide doesn't reflect what is written on the cache page

Easy find, after all its in plain view now. That pay booth attendant stays late too, still there after 6pm, and hard to spot behind his mirrored glass.
Has a few issues so I will post a seperate needs maint log.

[Handy skip over road for the rubbish we picked up from Every Where! No letters left in tin. We returned the cache to where we found it, easily reachable. Cache listing seems to have become inaccurate- the cache is no longer at ground level on a rusty steel support.
CLUE for present cache site: ]Corner post, eye height.

Same experience as daywalk, clue didn't seem to tie in with the location but I replaced it as and where found. Was suprised that it wasn't that easy to spot yet not hidden at all.

Weren't many people around on this Saturday afternoon so we quickly found it. The logbook was a bit full but we managed to squeeze on there.
Found it. Unfortunately a muggle pulled up right beside me without me noticing which was entering the property the cache is on, and who wanted to know what I was doing. I gave him the usual Geocaching explaination, and he didn't seem to care too much, once he decided I wasn't too dodgy. Hopefully the cache will stay in place without further hassle.
Nice before breakfast find....

Hmmm... maybe I have to be a bit keener with the reaching? It wasn't easy and I thought I might have got far enough. Will have another peek at a time of night I can have a really good rummage.
On holiday with Dud's Buds in Dunedin for the weekend. Used the hint for this one. It was quite hard to reach, especially if you have big hands. TNLN Thanks
We found this with Adventure on holiday in Dunedin. Not too difficult to find but a little trick to reach however.
Cool though... TNLN

G for Gone.
This cache has been removed somehow. I went with a geo-mate who had done it before, I quickly discovered where it would be and after a couple minutes of looking couldn't find it. I then asked my geo-mate to confirm that it wasn't a case of me being blind, and it was confirmed that the cache has been taken.

We suspect we were looking a bit dodgy parked in this area. The security vehicles were doing the rounds, and we had to sit and wait for them to vanish before making a move. After that, things were plain sailing. TFTC.
Miss G and the V found this one. Thoroughly enjoying the series.
Quick find, although I'd scouted it our earlier.

Not a bad spot, considering the proximity of Garbage!! A nice hide, and an easy find. And yes, I had planned to email Hexy and mention the shortage of "G"s - I must have got almost the last one on Thursday. No swaps, thanks and cheers from Grandalf(874)

A quick find and coordinates spot-on.
Personally I do not appreciate this kind of industrial locations. I guess they are part of a city.
- letter G. TFTC.

Nice lunchtime stroll on a sunny day. The pencil had vanished and I'd forgotten to bring my own so had to 'mark it with a pointy stick'. TFTC.
Cheers,

FTF at a cool spot, fortunately not as greasy as title suggests! Took a letter G.

The paybooth attendant was hopefully too busy with a stream of vehicles to take any notice of us.
First of the three on a nice afternoon drive around the harbour. Enjoying this series - thanks.
Sigh. Beaten by the usual suspects. I should have blasted off a bit earlier to beat the crowd...
Number 10 on my "unfound caches close to home" list which I'm finding hard to make progress on thanks to Hexy placing caches near me(lol).
