Thanks to all those who have found this cache.
I am deciding to archive this cache because it has hade 5 DNF's in a row and I can confirm today that the cache has gone walkabouts again for the second time!
How bout I start up a new cache and give it a twist (not saying too much). It will be a lot harder than my usual trads. (Who said I am going to hide another trad!)
Thanks and Goodbye Rundle!
Camstal
Sorry DanDent, You didn't get that find after those 2 DNF's!

Another DNF! Looked and looked, but the only possibility seemed to be a bit prickly, and not somewhere we wanted to go (or send the kids into).
Brought back a lot of memories though. This park used to be the old rugby club, and i remember many functions i attended....played on the basketball courts, and was even a girl guide here.....

If I have a chance to visit Emerald again I will have to get dirtier than on my last visit. Thanks for checking on it.
It's Still There! .
Come on fellow geocachers, its an elipse tin and you need to get down and dirty (well not really dirty, i'm just following the saying)
Any Queries?
Thanks,
Camstal

Could'nt find this one in it's original position and can't find it now. Don't feel too bad as I am in good company.
The coords if accurate kept me away from the spikey stuff but there was no sign of a micro or even a nano at the coords. Will have to try again next trip
Spent some time around the location but I did not come up with the goods. I will hopefully get to return this way again and renew the search. Thanks Camstal for the hunt.
I've got to wonder why there has been only 1 DNF on a so! easy cache!!
Thanks,
Camstal

Camstal
I obviously don't know what I am doing Cam [:o)]
plus I have to leave something for my next visit

... thought I would try and scratch a DNF whilst doing the history tour around Emerald
pulled up near GZ to check notes when I discovered that it is currently offline
looks like I will have to wait a bit longer to scratch this one ...

I've taken the old cache out and will replace with new micro on Thursday.

Trapped in Emerald with the rising floodwaters, caching seemed like a pretty good option. TFTC TN left TB
Pleased there was no snake in residence with this one. Nice park and good reason to visit the lovely parks in Emerald. Thanks for the ride. Took pink yo yo and left keyring.
Nice little hiding spot my wife actually looked right at it and could not see it!

Our fourth for the day, so close to the Scout Den & Girl Guide Hut. Wouldn't the scouts love to get into Geocaching, imagine if they knew that there is hidden treasure right beside their camp, perhaps they do! Took nothing & left calling card. TFTC.
First I was off a few meters and did some gardening at the hut but then decided to look a bit further and found it.
Found this one on our trip through Queensland.

First we thought it would be a hard one when the park caretaker arrived and started spraying the weeds. But after a little while we could resume our search and the cache was found quickly. TNLN

11:30 - After a rather large night at the Capella Bullarama, and feeling not a little seedy, we probably weren't in the best shape to be caching. Had a crack on the way home anyway, but gave in real easy. Will be back, hopefully with more of our wits about us.
Cheers

Unable to find after a decent look but recent drop of tree mulch nearby that may have buried it.
Did not find
We did not get a decent look as there was a muggle mother parked ground zero, surely wondering why we were poking around suspiciously while muggle children played near by. Not too sure how far out the coordinates are but we were operating on the original set which we loaded before we left on our 3 week trip.

Found this one with Jimw83, SantaOz, and Friend at 3:40pm. The boys were in town for a Rover Moot and decided to do a couple of caches to kill time until BBQ dinner. We looked a quite a few minutes but then eventually found it right under our noses.

AWWWW, my heart bleeds for a seasoned cacher who couldnt find this one. Rode to within 3 metres of GZ, and had it in my hands within 30 secs.
To top it off, I didnt realise it was an FTF. The only one on my trip.
Found easily at 1725 hrs.
Find number ten of my trip out west and up north.
Cheers, and thanks for the FTF.

Oh great ... thanks Cam ... now you go and update the coords, if only you had done that yesterday, I may have had a chance at grabbing an FTF in 'Deathtrip's backyard
This was my first stop in town today ... good resolution on the GPSr, unit consistently putting me about here, started looking ... nope, widen the search area ... still nope. After about an hour, decided to tackle some of the other locale caches, and come back later and see if a different sat constellation would put me in a different spot.
After cleaning up all the other caches in town, returned about 2:30pm, but the GPSr had me going back to the same spot. OK after doing Cam's other caches in town thought I might have a better appreciation of his way of thinking ... time for another look. Nope, nope and nothing but nope's. OK time to put the GPSr away and really widened the search ... looked in a number of potential hidey holes ... but still got nothing.
Neadless to say by this stage I was looking pretty suspicious, and the gent over at the scout hut appeared to be keeping an eye on me. So I wondered over and explained to him what I was doing, no problem he knew all about geocaching, better still he also indicated that he probabley knew the culprit who placed this stash.
### if only Camstal was in town when I was ... we could have crossed paths at GZ, rather than on the highway , and I may have had a better chance of getting one up on 'Deathtrip' (I know you have been looking) .
So in the end I ran out of time and couldn't wait any longer. But thanks for the call Cam ... I appreciated it, even after getting home and then finding out that you have now changed the listed coords ...
With the posted adjustment, I think I know where to start looking next time.
another for another time ...
cheers

First one to try in our day of caching in Emerald and our first DNF. GPS put us where we had parked the car. Searched far and wide with no luck. Came back at the end of the day for another go, but still no luck. had to leave as tennis players were arriving. The end of a dissapointing day.
