Nice quick find by our geokid who is more nimble to be looking in these locations haha.TFTC
Was on our way back to our daughters after a couple of hours of caching, and remembered that this sad face was still haunting me from quite awhile ago. I approached the area with determination to find it this time and Whoo hoo, at last sad face turned the right way up after a very quick search. TFTC and the long awaited smiley.
Visiting the Adelaide region for a week from Port Macquarie. Today we headed out to the Barossa, with the main points of interest being a winery (of course), the chocolate factory, and of course the famous Geostuff. Caching wise we mostly targeted ones we had pre-planned on a list but ended up with some extras we happened to be passing as well. We ended the day with a handful back in Adelaide, and an evening walk to grab a few close to our accommodation. Overall, it was yet another very enjoyable and productive day.A nice and peaceful little park. Often have trouble with cannon caches but this did not follow that hint with a quick find after peeking around. Thanks for the cache
Thank you. The coordinates were out but eventually found it. If you have a spare piece of paper next time to add will be great.
Slow days caching today cant really be fussed to do too many so a nice quick easy find is what were looking for.Quick and easy find after lunch the log hasnt got any less full thanks for the hide
Tried it again after seeing people find it after we couldnt, and we finally found it!!
After the event this morning, we walked across the dead people and those that had not found this one signed the log. One of those was me, I've driven by here multiple times and never stopped for this one, finally it's done.
Were on our hands and knees for about 30mins or so looking for it. Cant find it anywhere maybe has been taken again?
Travelling with iluvtrekking from our home state WA. Spending a few days in Nuriootpa to cache the surrounds. Loving the scenery that we pass as we move through the caches - this is our preferred caching - not suburbs. Thanks for the smiley Disk
Plans have been in place for a little while now about a convoy from the Canberra Mega to head over to SA and finish off what currently stands of the On Your Bike series. Today being day 4 of the trip away, todays convoy consisted of GoodLook, TheDame, feathertop, The Drovers, FurfacesLL and myself.Today's primary target was the Barossa Grapes series of caches. Having "The Mob" finish the Barossa Grapes off, we went our own ways for the rest of the day. Some went off to do another series nearby that FFLL and I had already done, so we followed the GPS for a while and collected other caches nearby. We then went into Gawler for a specific cache and did a few more there too.Found this one alot quicker that expected. When you arrive at a GZ and see one of these, you prepare yourself for a long search haha. Nice to get the stamp in the log and replaced as found. Thanks for the cache placement and maintenance DISK ?? and thanks FurfacesLL for another fun trip away ??
Now that the bike series was completed we continued onto the Barossa series. LB bid us a fond farewell at Swan Reach so now the convoy consisted of feathertop, GoodLook,Rapidlywild, TheDame and The Drovers. After completing the Barossa Grape series we parted ways with the rest of the group as they ventured to another series that we had already completed. So it was just back to signing the log as Rapidlywild and FurfacesLL and we just let the GPS lead the way from cache to cache. Lovely little park log is full but got our stamp on it Thanks for the hide DISK and thanks for a fun adventure Rapidlywild
I've been feeling like caching for the entire Easter weekend, but the weather has been pretty average. So Emu and Baloo took advantage of the cooler evening and went on a mini caching spree. I always thought that this needed a cache, and this one was perfect for it. Quick find and sign, and we were back on our way.
Our great adventure begins - we're spending 4 weeks in Australia. We flew in on the red-eye from Singapore and landed at 8h40 in ADL - and 30mins later we're already outside. We'll get the rental and then it's off to Barossa Valley, where we will spend the first day. We approached this one with reapect amd a mirror. We rather do not waant to put our hands where we haven't had a look before. Spotted it and retrieved it. Logbook is quite full after the recent mega event. Thanks and kind regards from Switzerland, Hinni&Simo
Out for a bit of a stroll in the Gawler area, and this was my second find. No problems here
We extended our stay in Adelaide after the MEGA Leapyear events and are still refreshing our memories, enjoying new places and doing some caching. We passed this area. We found the cache and signed the log.Tftc DISK
We stay another week in Adelaide and pick up some more caches Found the cache with TBU1BIKESU Tftc
Heading back from the nearby Wherigo and this was in scope. There was a muggle sat on the nearest bench, but waited him out and was able to get down, and not too dirty, to make the find here. Nice statue nearby, handy.Have a longish day today with some driving required later on and an early start tomorrow with an airport run. A quick cache and grab on the way into work, then a drive out to Gawler after lunch but was too hot to really get into it so only a few finds there. Cheers to the COs.
Chooo ooo [Found] with youban and dty73 on our trip to SA to attend the Leapyear mega! Nice park! Thanks DISK!

TFTC DISK your cache Pioneer Park that we found today. Day 5 in Mallala as we wait for the Leap Day Mega. The day started with a Meet and Greet event in Gawler. After the event we continued where we left off in town chasing the rest of the multi caches in town as well as an AL, whereigo and a couple of puzzle caches. We also found a few traditionals. We could have kept going but we had had enough of travelling on dusty roads over the past couple of weeks. Back to camp to prepare for our move too Adelaide on Sunday.Found this a lot quicker than we expected.Find Count: 18431
Found it eventually, we looked kinda suss because it was the middle of the night happy 21st Hamish!

After a morning breakfast event in Gawler then a drive to Warren Reservoir and a few caches in Williamstown and Lyndoch I was back in Gawler to find a few more before heading home. I might as well make the drive here worth it. [^]
This one was a DNF back in Feb 2020 when the cache had gone missing from its previous location. Today I stopped here to turn this into a smiley. Spent a little bit of time looking before getting down on hands and knees and soon after the cache was in hand. Glad to now have the blue frown off my map.
Thanks for the cache DISK.

Found with Coybear2000. We'd been here 7 years ago, and had been looking in a totally different spot. I now see that the cache has been moved twice since our previous attempt. We arrived at GZ and C had the correct tool, spotted and retrieved the hide. Log signed and all replaced and we headed off on our walk. It was good to turn the blue frown to the yellow smile. TFTC.
Spending the day caching with Trodectus. Walked to GZ and quickly had CIH. This one had frustrated us 7 years ago. Log signed and returned. TFTC
I almost gave this one up as these cache hides are my nemesis. However once I got down and dirty the cache was spotted. TFTC
