After many months waiting for the work near GZ to be completed I now think that placing a replacement would be more a case of "cos I can" rather than "cos I should", so I am archiving the cache. Thanks to all the finders we have enjoyed all of your possitive comments.

Checked out the area and I guess the cache has been buried. I will leave it till the area has settled again from all the nearby construction, but I will try and get the cache back up and running ASAP as the views from up here are just too good to no have a cache.
We suspect the cache may be gone and/or destroyed and/or buried. (suspect, not sure).
Telstra has been right through the spot with a trench digger and dozer and moved rocks and earth everywhere, we looked in the posts, under the rocks, at the base of posts but couldn't seem to find it.
May need checking, Thanks for the views anyway. Neither do we know what the new building is.

Great view of the area which we have passed thousands of times over the years living nearby and never been up here for a look. Found GZ rather quickly as the sun was going down making the view even more spectacular. Any ideas what the new building in the olive plantation is for ???

Thanks for the great view, but beware of the 8 legged friend guarding the cache!
A quick find with Phetlern, we did wonder if 24/7 perhaps refered to the noise from the traffic. TFTC.

Found in conjunction with Team CDNB. Another great view, with dusk fast approaching. An interesting twist in cache containers.

[229] 3.10pm - Found on our Sunbury day with cdmark, Team Rubik and GeoJnr - What a great view from here! thanks for bringing us here - but I really, really was ready for a coffee break by now, but geezzz it's hard to stop cdmark and Team Rubik when they are on a caching run! - TFTC Keeper of Time - cheers
Our 21st cache on our Sunbury and beyond marathon with Team Rubik, Team GraMon and GeoJnr (D had to work today). Not sure what to expect when we reached GZ we were met with some great views of the surrounding area. Mon was a little disappointed as she thought there may have been a 7/11 and she was hanging for a caffeine fix by now . Rob found the cleverly constructed contained and we signed the log. Thanks for bringing us to a great view Keeper of Time. Cheers.
I didn't really tire of the great views around Sunbury all day. The cache container at this location was quite unique and a bit of a surprise when I found it. There was very little traffic on this road which made for a quick find and return. No birds however, although that would have been cool.
Thanks,

A great little cache to break up the tiring journey from Bendigo to Melbourne. Thanks! TNLN
A stopover from the freeway drive saw us captivated by the views down the Calder. We found the neat cache in the required place and left our name. Looks like the cache might have some competition from new neighbours who are starting to build next door though.

Nice find, was not expecting such a small cache for that area. Great views, although if in summer I would keep an eye out for snakes in this area.

Was on my way home after squash, thought I would drop in.
It was around 6:30 pm and the sun was descending.
Long shadows lay across the land and the colours of the surrounding landscape were spectacular.
Nice piece of plumbing...
Signed the log.

The views from gz were very pleasant, except for the wind trying to blow us off the side of the hill. The gpsr led us directly to the cache for a nice easy find. Signed the log and headed back for the warmth of the car

Thanks, Robmc.
Another nice vista of the surrounding countryside greeted us on arrival here. Thanks Keeper of time.
Found at 3.00pm GAFF1. What a great day to search for this cache - not a cloud in the sky and dead still. Took some photo's and enjoyed the scenery. Thanks KOT - like the container.
By the time I arrived here, it was totally dark. A quick hop from the car and the cache was mine. Great little container. Thanks for the cache.
Found 13:25, a great drive by, fantastic views.

A lovely place for a cache on a lovely day. At first I thought I was going to have problems with this one as there was lots of mowing going on next door. However the circuit took the mower behind the trees every 30 seconds or so so I was able to retrieve and replace easily. Thanks Keeper of Time.

Find # 1760 and 22nd of the day at 5:32pm. After dropping Feathertop of home after another saturday out caching got this on my own, Easy find. TNLN, Signed Log , Thanx Keeper of Time....
#13 of 33 finds in company with acts2youthgroup on our regular fortnightly cache assault. This time we assaulted places to the west of Melbourne. We found this one at 1220. We could see where this cache was on the map; we noted the cache name; and we theorised that it might be located at one of those all-singing, all-dancing roadside stops that have been popping up along the freeways, but it wasn't. Instead we were treated to some nice views of the countryside that didn't require a walk uphill. [^] I dropped off a Geocoin, but otherwise made no exchange. Thanks to Keeper of Time for the cache. Cheers, dak.

Ninth of Twenty-Two finds for the day in company with dak’s Emu Mob on one of our regular caching days, the cache was found at 12:20. I sat down while dak looked for the cache turns out the cache was under my foot and the size nine red backs soon uncovered the interesting container as we enjoyed the view. Thanks Keeper of time for the cache.

If we'd got our act together and searched for this one before fire brigade we could have been a FTF, and in a way we still were, just a fourth to find. Great views from up here.
Thanks Keeper for Time for the cache!

*FTF* by Pickupfamily Dad about 850hrs. Got up early to grab a few caches before joining the rest of the family for a birthday lunch in Heathcote. This was a logical insertion into the itinerary. Certainly good views from here, thanks Keeper of Time.

FOund this morning at about 9.10am. I obviously should get up earlier on Sundays as Pick up family beat me to it by 20min! Well Done guys. This is a great spot for a cache as the view from here is superb. For many years I wanted to own a house on the upper slopes of Mt Aitken so it was nice to pay a visit this morning. Thanks Keeper of Time.

A beautiful sunny day, two new Keeper of Time caches and another one we haven’t found in the general area, definitely warranted a visit by the Romax Team.
This has been a popular spot this am with us being the third to visit.
