The hint needs to be updated. Couldn't find the steel steps as mentioned in the hint. Other wise an easy find and cache is in good condition. TFTC
Found with Lekker_Ding on a beautiful sunny Sunday. Such a nice peaceful spot. It's a shame we left our lunch back at the car. Thanks March Brown
Thanks for taking me here! The best spot to spend a sunny Spring Sunday with S_38.
The path to GZ is very overgrown and we had to duck and weave around fallen trees. The structure in the hint is no longer there but we still managed to find the cache.
Thanks.
Thanks.
out and about with the Rafas caching. This cache had to be done after the event at Snug, a walk on the cliff top then over fallen trees then down rocks to GZ, Nice hide and catch, TFTC TNLN log dry.
Tassie Trip Day 73 - Today with new walking boots it was off for a little stroll along the coast and up a little hill that is to find a few cache that needed to be walked in to these were along the coast and up the little hill in the area.
Arrived at the GZ and could not locate the cache after again reading the clues and realising it was along a man made structure I soon realised that I was in the wrong location and after wroking my way down toward the froshore it was obvious where the structure once stood and after a short search the cache was in hand and the log signed.
Thanks March Brown for showing us this wonderful place to cache.

Nearly got lost! 2 trees over the path and no steel step any more. Worth the hike tho.

TFTC. Took a little finding for me and my 2 Geokids! We have popped a new log book in. Also a shell and fish
Another beautiful spot needs new log book agree no more steel steps but could just make them out 4th find of the day TFTC
Decided to go out on a walk today to make the most of the sunny winters day. Had a bit of difficulty finding the right track to this cache at times given the undergrowth and fallen trees, but somehow managed to find our way down. Found after a small search at GZ. TFTC.
hi march brown, the places one meets muggles, who would have thought!
just metres from the top of the stairs sat 2 muggles enjoying the views, their afternoon tea, and probably their moment away from all others. they looked quite settled, so rather than wait (or leave cacheless) we chatted to them about geocaching whilst geoJnr Ev descended to make the find.
thanks for showing us another spot.
will be back again another day for 'ChannelViews' but will probably tackle that from above, off OldStationRd.
Along with Lil Rafa and the geoGSP, we 4 EeePees enjoyed our walk from Coningham and return.
Thanks for your caches.

After finding The Cave cache, Lady membsec continued on the walking track, hoping to meet up with male membsec but that didn't happen. The road we thought would get us closer to this cache is gated and I had signed the cache and trying to think how I was going to meet up with male membsec when he phoned me. Ok, change of plans so I then decided to meet up with male membsec at the next cache, mmm.....which is all uphill! That's another story.
Loved the placement of this cache and saw lots of fish farms from GZ.
Another favourite point for bringing us to this part of Tassie which is stunning.

Thanks for this cache March Brown - the GeoGSP and I had a great afternoon in this area and this was a pretty easy find with the hint. It was all action just offshore - boats at the fish farm, a little sailboat nearby and a couple of motor boats zooming around on the water.
Walked from a view of the channel to this cache. Steps have seen been days as has the track. Still great to get this cache that has been on my hit list for quite a while.

Was a tricky one to find but a good spot. Muggle mate was busy shucking oysters the whole time
Day #6 of our holiday in Tasmania- first time as cachers [^] , and first time with 4 kidlets in tow
Out on the boat this afternoon with my brother who's in the fishing industry! Decided to pick up some caches in a more interesting way - by boat!! This was fun and a what a location - if only the water here was Qld temperature!!
Definitely a fav point from us - our first cache by boat

A great walk with scenic views, a quick find for us today. Thanks for the cache
After returning to the main trail Mrs y'stassie decided to head off along the Clifftop track to look for this cache. Found the little side track easily and headed off only to be confronted by a very large fallen dead tree about 30m from gz. What to do? Mrs y'stassie is not tall. No way under so was forced to back track until she could climb onto a branch and slowly make her way along the trunk. When she reached the clear part of the track she slowly lowered herself to the ground and headed to GZ where she quickly discovered a well hidden cache. Cache and contents were in excellent condition.
The view from gz is very nice and several fishing boats went by while the log was being signed. After repeating the tree walk it was off to the cliff top track for the next cache.
Thanks for another very good cache March Brown.

The tree that was down stopped Sue as she still had a caste for her broken wrist. Peter hopped over it and then hopped over a rail to make getting to the cache easier. TFTC March Brown
Peter decided to spend the morning helping the Friends of Coningham with weeding out Erica in the reserve while Sue went for a walk along the beaches and cliff tops, collecting a geocache on the way. After lunch we walked up to Sheppards Hill where we noticed that a lot of Erica had been sprayed and was looking very lifeless then down the eastern end and along the coastal cliff top track to the car, getting three more caches on the way. For Sue the days walking distance was 12k.

I parked near the new gate and walked up the hill to find Channel Views before continuing on to this cache. I had some trouble finding the path to the cache so just followed the arrow until I met it about half-way there from what would have been the old car park. If my arms were much shorter I would have had difficulty retreiving the cache! After finding this one I continued around the Cliffs Track to find The Cave and head back to the car.
Hello March Brown
Another easy find in a lovely area.
It's a pleasant walk along the Coningham Clifftop Track now the roads closed.

Track starting to get slowly over grown though lack of use, I remember it being alot wider years ago. A tree has fallen over next to the cache, moved a few branches, could just reach it lying flat on the landing. In good condition hard to get if you have short arms. TFTC
A tree fallen at GZ made this one extremely difficult, and the nearby dead bird didn't help either.
Found with whitewebbs on our "Down South" caching holiday, while the geohubbies were retrieving Channel views we headed off to find this cache, a great location thanks for bringing us here.
Headed out with Tassie Trekkers to pick up the 3 caches in the area. Nice coastal walk, dead calm when we started and blowing a gale by the time we came back. Mrs T and Mrs W retrieved the cache as geo hubbies were up the hill retrieving another cache. Glad Mrs T had long arms. Great spot which we would not have visited if not for a cache!
Found on a cold day - occasional patches of sun but lots of snow on the higher hills and The Mountain. We were bush walking in the area and our route took us past the location so why not grab a cache or two. The clue was invaluable. TNLN. Many thanks.
Accompanied JumpyLoopyPop on this expedition. Located in a nice little quiet area. Thanks
Even though there was noone within 500m, I felt very exposed to the workers out on the farms.
A grey day, but an interesting spot.
Thanks!

Won't log as a DNF as I didn't even get close to GZ... Approached via a dirt road and ended up in a car park with access to caves. Either I was in the wrong spot, or somehow missed the right path down as I ended up bush bashing and didn't think this was a good thing for the last 200 metres or so.
The walk was certainly worth this one . Even without the clue Mr L&L spotted this one . The salmon ponds were merrily entertaining a huge flock of seagulls. No wonder they are covered to stop the birds having a free feed . We also found some baby shivery grass [^]. It is so delicate and pretty [^]. TFTC
Left the car where it was for “The Cave†and took the short walk to this cache. Easy, quick find as I was a bit lucky, but a find’s a find . TN/LN/SL and continued to be amazed that you can still look for caches with sunglasses on at 8:30pm.
After muggles occupying the cave, Donald and the kids wandered down the track to look at the Fish farms. I love Conningham and this is another great part of the area. TNLN
Found at 1018hrs as my second find of the day and my 97th overall. Enjoyed watching the fish being fed. Cheers TFTC OldSaint
I ventured down to this one with Mrs red tag and it was interesting to see the fish farm. It was even more amusing watching Mrs red tag jumping up and down on the lower platform as the waves broke through the grate. Cache was found at 1400hrs. Thanks again March Brown.

Good views on a hazy day across the passage.
The salmon farm was still anchored offshore
Mmm! Salmon
But the only catch of the day I was interested in was the cache
I dropped in the Pirate's Dubloon 2006 geocoin, aaaargh !!

Had to climb over a number of fallen trees over the track but found it with the hint. Had a good look at the salmon rings, wish I had my fishing rod with me
I'm not sure what Littoral means, but in my opinion, it now stands for 'quality location for a cache'. As I said before, lucky I had nothing to swim in with me, cause that's as far as I would have gotten today.
I was thinking as I left this spot how caching has given me such a better appreciation of Tassies non-beach coastline. Would be a great spot for a dip. Thanks March Brown for another great seaside cache.

Top spot. Quilter and Sirius really enjoyed this cache. Watching the fish jump, the shark (?) in the bay, the boats and the views. Really peaceful and relaxing. Jnr cachers went on strike at this cache. They were hungry........ well it was after 3pm. Grabbed coin and off to find food. TFTC Cheers Quilter

It was a really windy day today but the water here was quite still. A really quiet protected spot.
TNLN,
Thanks.
TNLN,
Thanks.
This was our 2nd of 6 caches for the day; but this one was by far our favourite. A beautiful look out, beautiful light quality and Sienna was wrapped with the swap of a kittycat necklace. Left bouncy ball and a pink pencil iwth pink rubber. TFTC
Found track easily, but there had been a lot of dead fall on it, some quite sizeable trees down across the track. I wouldn't have wanted to be around when they came down. Cache easily found, logged and returned. No swaps today, TFTC
Sunday afternoon was the right time to visit this cache as there were no muggles. Great views. TNLN TFTC
Still don't get the "Littoral" thing. But we got the cache, and that's what matters in the end.

9 pm What exactly is wrong with me? Here we are in the middle of summer, on Australia Day, and I didn't go swimming at this great spot. If I hadn't failed to bring a swimming costume - and if it wasn't almost dark - and if I didn't have other caches to do - I would have swum here. Brilliant spot. And my, weren't the fish jumping!
The recent bush fires had taken out two (SMALL) wooden bridges in the track and charred some of the wooden track braces. But the trees down near GZ were certainly easy to get around with all the scrub gone. It was hardly worth mention we were taking the 'Tribute to Swampy' route (but we did). (Photos uploaded.)
Thank you for showing me this great spot.

Cache has survived the fire but there are a couple of trees down near GZ. Still not too difficult to reach the cache location.
Due to the fires at Conningham this cache will be unavailable. I will check it as soon as possible.
I was so excited being back in this area, I decided to follow the arrow cuz it was only 130m away.
Finally was able to get down to the shore at a gully and discovered the stairs. Hmmm.
Really should read everything and take the PDA with me next time.
Found after a short search. TNLN. thanks gspblu. Now off to The Cave.

A really interesting spot. GPS had me some distance away but the clue was specific. A couple of fishing muggles were fortunately moving away and the cache was grabbed, filled and replaced before thay could think about returning. Thanks gspblu.
Great fishing spot, good for muggles too, I will have to remember this one... TFTC gspblu.

Another incredible cache by gspblu. My 100th find!. Mr red tag made the find late tonight. Perfectly still night with a brilliant full moon. Torches were only used at GZ and to shine into the water to spot the fish. Yes there is a fish in the photo but it looked bigger at the time. The only other activity was the changing of the guards for the nearby fish farm. Thanks again gspblu for a TOP cache. TNLNSL
Found this one when I was a Cheesy Pig. Have now ventured out on my own, and am logging caches I found, but not logging the ones that only Mr Cheesy Pig found. Let me know if you'd prefer me to re-find and log as Greenish.
I didn't realise access was this easy to this area, have sailed past many times. Nice to be on the ground on the other side of the fish farm. Mr & Mrs Cheesy Pigs beat me by 30 minutes. Thanks for the cache Gspblu. TNLN
Sorry Rebulus, but if it is any consolation we left here and then went to Dru Point . Another great walk Gspblu nice location and amazing views. The Native Cherry trees wil look great in a few months when the fruit ripens. Plus the best part, FTF to the Cheesypigs yay!! TN left a keyring torch.
