Couldn’t find today. Dug away dirt and general leaf litter, scratched around everywhere, stuck fingers in every nook and cranny near GZ.
Fairly safe to say after no finds for such a while that it’s probably no longer there.
Can CO please attend to this cache to either confirm missing or to determine if it is actually there still.
Thanks

Well we couldn’t find it. Bit disappointing but worth it. Must have been on a metal pole since people are saying it was magnetic. Might go back again to see if we can find it.
Good luck finding!
Good luck finding!
Didn't choose a good time, lots of traffic and muggle neighbour sweeping the driveway.
I think I know where it should be - but couldn't quite feel that spot enough with the overgrowth.
Thanks anyway!

The sign has all but gone but the cache hasn't. I wonder what we will see on this site in the future. TFTC.
Nomads travelling in their caravan around Australia. We have been on the road since July 2011 and discovered caching in August 2013. We travel with a bunch of travel bugs belonging to our sons and grand children. Where ever possible, we will maintain your cache as we travel.
We now find our selves in the big smoke! So many more caches to find. Booked into the local caravan park for a week, hopefully doing some urban caching while here. Specialist appointment at the nearby Tennyson Centre, so Mr D went off on his own to find few caches.
Arrived to find The Worlds Largest not a carpark, but found the cache all he same. Thanks setsujoku

An easy find.
Had to use the first blank page of the log.
Cache still here but Lecornu’s is not.
Demolition almost complete.
What will they build on this historic site ?

I needed to complete a few errands this evening, including dropping off our cat at my parents' place, food shopping, etc. Down the highway was a regular run for me, and I also needed to consider finding a traditional cache type and multi-cache type to complete today's calendar grid. This geocache appeared to be on the way, and I was also scared about its ongoing existence since the previous business was in its final stages of getting torn down. However, it was nice that this geocache was placed outside of their premises, with the cache found after a few minutes of looking around GZ. Does it now appear to be the *Worlds Largest* demolition project? The logbook was placed upside down in the container, so it took another minute in extracting, but once that was done, it was stamped, and cache placed back in its hiding spot. All good, thanks setsujoku!
Stopped in to visit this cache while on the way to work having just landed in your wonderful city. Straightforward find. Thank you very much,
Cheers

#147 Quick find while geo BF was at a medical appointment. Parking is much cheaper here than at the hospital carpark! TFTC.
No longer the worlds largest unfortunately, the business is no longer and is a deserted car park instead!
Had to visit the hospital across the road so while killing time a cache find was in order. Quick find as the boys in blue went flying past at full noise
Have been meaning to stop and look for this one for an eternity. Today eventually was the day and a quick find was made in amongst all the rubbish, the cache was however found in great condition TFTC
Jumped on the pushbike at lunch and rode out to GZ. Found the cache in the first place I looked - bonus. Signed log
Caching day looking for mythical creatures this was an easy peace find.

Quick find even though it was dark... just needed to wait a minute for muggles to walk by

Easy find, it literally took 5 seconds. Jumped out first place I looked I found it !!! TFTC
It took me some minutes ( not only because of many muggles ), but finally I could grab the box and sign the log .

A quick find with CacheClosed1847 on our way home with CacheClosed1847.
Sad to see this iconic site deserted, and soon to be redeveloped into apartments and retail apparently. It wasn't just the largest furniture store in the world at one stage, but before that a Chrysler plant. My parents bought furniture from the Nth Adelaide LeCornus in 1960 so I grew up with their products.

Found with CachingTheJoint after watching the NRL. Quick find under torchlight. TFTC. #257
Came by here as I walked to the city today and as I read the description i wondered what I would find with such a large carpark... Kinda looks like a Swedish emporium only different... French I guess, but the website doesn't give much away. Sadly it seems this place is no longer open, but the cache was what I was here for anyway. A couple of civil workers were disturbingly close by so I explained I was playing a game and needed to find something and they turned their attention back to the footpath, leaving me to find the treasure trove. That done I bid them adeui and continued on my way. Thanks for bringing me to an interesting place I didn't know existed, and thanks for the find.
Geocaching is a funny game . Last time I was here I looked for it for about 15 minutes and then gave up. Today it took 30 seconds tops!
